Ordered a breakfast burrito with bacon, egg, cheese, beans. Was very good. Burrito came out very hot so I was able to keep up all the way to Running Springs, about 20 minutes away. When I got the burrito was perfect temp for eating. Everything in the burrito was delicious. I have ordered the burrito with and without beans and I like it both ways. Love when I get a chance to swing by for some great food! Everyone was very friendly, and I will be back. I love the casual outdoor vibe here as well. read more

I haven't been here in many many years... How did I forget about this place? I stopped in an ordered a Garbage Burrito... The burrito comes with a small drink for and the price isn't that bad at all... The burrito was kick ass and tasty. I even used the hot sauce, good flavor and not overly burn your mouth kind of sauce.. I am happy I came by as I really was happy with my dinner choice. Have stopped by several times for a breakfast burrito and they are quick and the burrito is tasty and piping hot! The salsa is great and has a good kick to get the day started! I recently have asked for chilaquiles in the breakfast burrito and it was an amazing addition that I highly recommend. If enough people try it out, I bet they may make it a menu item! I stopped in this morning to try the breakfast burrito. I have been to Cha Cha's before, but it has been some time. I ordered a potato, egg, bacon, and cheese burrito. The burrito was reasonably priced, and made perfectly. Perfect ratio of all of the ingredients. Service was pretty quick, and had a few other customers waiting with me. Worst Mexican food I've ever tasted. We ate there so the food should have been hot and fresh. My husband ordered 2 enchiladas with rice no beans. They were cold to start off. A small amount of cheese, that wasn't even melted. No cheese inside of the enchiladas only on top. Again cheese wasn't even melted. They dipped the tortilla in red sauce, folded and let it sit. Sprinkled a small amount of cheese on top. "That's it!" added a large amount of rice on the side. That was also cold! I ordered a chorizo & egg burrito with beans and potato. It was... mostly beans, cold. Potato was warm. Maybe a tablespoon of Chorizo and egg. "Im being generous" I kept eating looking for the Chorizo... but none. Opened it to see if there was any at all and found a bite, maybe concentrated in the middle. Not even enough to turn the tortilla a reddish color. I tossed mine, as well as my husband tossed his after complaining. But was told in a nasty tone "NO REFUNDS" Only go there if you ready to toss $23.00 or more away. We wanted to try it because there always seems to be people there. But... If you want decent Mexican food. Go to Cuca's on State St. A thousand times better! read more

First time trying it and it was okay, will come back to try other options on the menu. Tortas are good but they are small portion size and the chimichanga was good but a little on the dry side. Nothing inside of it so that can be our fault for not asking what does it come with. I ordered 2 tacos on the side (fish, pastor) and the pastor meat was good. I love their enchiladas here! I don't know what makes their sauce so different for me, but I honestly am not satisfied with any other enchiladas unless I get them fresh from here. Parking: small lot but adequate, fairly easy access Venue: Food stand style with outdoor seating. Can get cold and on occasion can be very windy. Not a problem if you do take out though Service: Lines can get long. For some reason every time I come here it takes awhile to get your food. It always comes out late for my standards. Food: Amazing. Great taste and options. I really like the Garbage burrito and California Red Overall worth a stop. If you are in a hurry and see a line run away. read more

I'm honestly battling between a 3 and 4 star review. As I'm not native to this location (originally from the Midwest) I like to venture and try different food spots because why not?! I simply chose this location due to proximity and just driving around looking. Once I arrived I began chatting with the person taking my order, I'm friendly so I just make conversation, she was friendly and helped with my questions. HOWEVER, she is in a relation with the cook and same said cook felt the need to come to the order window and let the be known. Repeatedly. Now no threats were made, again I'm friendly so I oblige and suggest maybe I shouldn't talk to her anymore at all then (partially as a joke since she's a waitress) and he confirms that idea. So that left a real sour taste in my mouth. The food was fair I'd say 7 or 8/10 Just be careful with talking to who works there I guess haha read more

We decided to come here for a quick meal before church.. The wait wasn't abnormal, maybe 20-25mins but our french fries were fresh out of the oil and they used seasoning salt on them.. iykyk! That was the highlight of the trip.. The chicken soft tacos were wrapped in foil so by the time we drove down the street they were extremely soggy. The hard shell chicken tacos had a great crunch but my jaw was exhausted after just one. The meat in this one was pretty dry so it made the taco really chewy. The quesadilla was for my kids and honestly the best thing we ordered. The chicken was moist and well seasoned, there could have been more cheese but my kids love meat more than cheese so it worked out for us. They have tables inside and a nice size patio area in front of the restaurant to enjoy some outdoor seating. I'm thrilled to have found Taco Shack and will definitely be stopping by again to try more items off of their menu. I work locally so we come here often. We get a discount of 15% and last time the manager made me go…read moreto my car to get my discount card (no biggie) but proceeded to tell my niece she was having a bad day, ok cool we still ate there and it was very mediocre. She was so weird about giving the discount and didn't want to. She was irritated that I even asked. Today I go and take my family on my lunch break and show my discount card with a bill of $54 and she gave me $1.35 and said that was the discount and when I explained to her that I always go there she proceeded to tell me that next time I could get a free drink. Patio has a lot of flies. They should really do something about that. All of our food minus my dad's burrito was very cold. Everything! 2/10 I had an hour lunch and just needed to rush back to work. She also told me that soon there will be no discounts, not even for seniors. Ok, so cool, you guys stay raising your prices and then want to be unkind and now this. No thanks. I told her it was ok but this is literally 2 times back to back I come here for some nonsense. I'm not going back. Also, the older man who cleans the tables is very sweet and kind. Too bad everyone else can't say the same.

Even the naan tasted okay. It definitely felt like it was store bought. Over all, I'm not sure if I would come here again, but I didn't hate the experience. If you're interested in Indian fusion, I'd try them out but it wasn't for me.

Hubby inquired if there were any food options that didn't contain nuts and the employee replied that all food had nuts some nuts. After looking at the menu, hubby decided to order Manchurian flavored vegan wings and garlic naan for hubby. Our food was deliciously prepared and had a good taste balance of sweet and spicy. Hubby said the garlic naan was crispy, flavorful, and he loved how he tasted garlic with each bite.
