    Fajitas combo

In area for a VB game and the place was recommended to us. We were greeted warmly, great menu, shared the combo fajitas. They were sooo good! Seasoned just right.. we enjoyed every bite. Reasonably priced too! Friendly people. Will be back soon!

We ordered Seafood Taco Combo and #9 Enchilada Chile Relleno Taco Combo Our server Ery suggested the Seafood Taco Combo, and she was 100% right . We were very happy that both Ery our waitress and the staff allowed us to be there last customer's for the night! The food and the service were absolutely incredible. We could not have asked for a better experience. The ambiance was friendly, and the music was just right and authentic, lending to a great atmosphere

At EL Tepeyac Mexican Restaurant, my burrito was the "whole enchilada" (if you know what I mean), check out my pic. My buddy recommended that we meet here for lunch since they had large portions. He was right. Overall it's a simple and straight-forward restaurant. The staff was quick and attentive. They answered my questions and made useful suggestions. The chips and salsa were served promptly. The salsa was spicy but not hot enough to kill its flavor. The chips were standard fare. As to the "whole enchilada", or in this case my Burrito Ranchero, was quite large. You can see the scale by comparing it to my salsa bowl. The insides were about 80% pulled pork, whose flavor was okay and pulled apart readily. The rest of the filling was beans and rice. The tortilla was flavorful and held together well. The sauce is their Relleno sauce, which is mild but still has some flavor. As you can see there is ample cheese and nicely browned. I'm still full .............

    Regular Michelada and Horchata

Coming into town from Arizona, we stopped at this place for some lunch. The service was nice. The waitress was personable and we had refills when we needed them. The Michelada was delicious and had a good taste on the rim. The beer seemed a bit skunky but, the mix masked it. Would have tasted better with fresher beer. Horchata was good. My husband ordered the Green Enchiladas with a side of caldo de albóndigas. I ordered the full order of Caldo de Albóndigas. The Green Enchiladas with Chicken were not too good. They were decent but no flavor, it seems like they depended on the green salsa and it wasn't anything to depend on. The Caldo de Albóndigas is the reason I am rating so high. My husband and I LOVED the flavor. My nose was running and it reminded me of home. The onions and cilantro cut fresh really added to the flavor when I made my albondigas tacos. This soup mixed with my Michelada made for a great meal. We would come back for the soup only.

It's better than Pancho's in Manhattan Beach. I don't understand the reviews giving them a 1 star because of parking? Never had an issue with parking in the big lot. They have a Tesla supercharger in the parking structure just across from the train tracks that is great to use during a meal here. Veggie burrito is phenomenal. Their beans and rice are amazing. Fresh ingredients. Enchiladas are on point. We make it a habit to come here with extended family and everyone is always blown away and can't recall any Mexican restaurant that tops this one in terms of the food itself. Manuel's El Tepeyac in East LA maybe.... For the items we've had and continue to enjoy at Las Fuentes (burritos, enchiladas, combination plates, (kids love their Horchata), this is a win every time. Hands down.

COCKROACH Believe me!…read more Never thought it would happen to me. First, the host took long and never brought the menu. The waiter brought it, okay. The host brought the tortilla chips. I found a hair in the chips. It was underneath some chips and the rest sticking out. Okay, a hair, asked for new chips from the host since he was passing by and brought the first. I asked for some fresh ones and told him there was a hair in it. Didn't say anything but looked at the chips to see what I was talking about. I got through part of my burrito and felt something oddly crunchy. I was like, wtf, I took it out of my mouth and it was dark and flaky. Part of it looked red and part just too dark. Since I saw what was reddish, I thought it was a roasted pepper , that didn't seem right though. I thought I was a pepper, kept eating. Had some a third of the burrito left and was getting ready to ask for a box. As the waiter was passing, I started looking at the crunchy thing I took out of my mouth and took a closer look. It became more apparent that it was a ROACH . Yes, I unfortunately ate part of it if not most of it. I had been there a few times and never had an issue. I was still in disbelief but asked him what it was. I placed it in his hand. He said it looked like shrimp, that it turns dark when it's cooked, but it still shouldn't be there he said. I was just tripping on it and was like, no, but then was like it has to be. What else could it be? There's no way shrimp gets like that, I don't eat shrimp. I don't know what it turns out looking like... They didn't charge me for the meal. Marco's first reaction though when I told him was like ugh, you're going to put me through this and went off looking back at me. Yes, I put him through it. His service was mediocre but still gave him a decent tip. You tell me what it looks like. I was nauseous and disgusted all night and to this day. UNBELIEVABLE!
