So disappointed in the phone service. They either choose to stop answering the phone or they just pick up the phone and leave it on the counter without answering. I have called four times, this morning alone and have been hung up on twice. The women there are mostly rude. I understand this is a busy establishment. The best shredded beef burrito I have ever had in my life! Have been going here since it opened but now that I live in Riverside it is not very often, probably have only been here less than 5 times in the last 10 years but from now on this will be the place I have to go each and every time I am in yucaipa! So I finally called them, spoked to 2 women on the phone, either of them could give me the address, or tryed to find it for me,so I finally get there. This place have great burritos and the tortillas are made from scratched. The food is fresh and it never disappoints. This is one of my favorite mexican restaurant too go too. I think the Tahitian are the only think that it can be better. read more

It's not to authentic, the service was great the place is super old and dingy looking but the burritos we ordered were good and we also ordered nachos they were ok nothing to rave about.. People were coming and going so that was a great sign just the food needs something, and they could use some cleaning up the restraunt and upgrading it does not make u want to eat in here it's pretty nasty and old one of the booths I sat on almost fell off! I love Rosie's I grew up eating their burritos and it was a go to spot for a lot of my friends and I in High School. However, Rosie's is not the place to go to if you want a good customer service experience. They are often really slow especially with to go orders. They have a reputation for getting many orders wrong also but with that said their food is pretty delicious! The only time I had something that I took back was a breakfast burrito and that is because the hashbrowns were not cooked all the way. They were cold and seemed like they were tossed on the grill for 2.5 seconds. I will always go to Rosie's though it brings a lot of nostalgia and I always love the grub. read more

While there food is usually good, went there tonight at 6:50 only to find them closed, should have been open till 7: 30. Sign on door said back in 5, waited but it wasn't so, probably wanted to close early because of Dodger game. While I waited at least half dozen people came and went. Ended up going to Bakers. Bad business practice in my opinion. Called from home at 7:20 just to see if anyone came back, no answer. Disappointing. If they're going to close early for whatever reason they shouldn't put a sign up saying they're coming back and not. bad business. read more

Very disappointed that they were closed at 9:45am on sunday, this is not the first time that they have been closed when they said they were suppose to be open for business. There was no notice to inform customers they would be closed or when they would be opening. Two other cars pulled up and checked while I was there and also expecting them to be open for business. One couple tried calling the restaurant to get a response and see if anyone was inside to see when they would open and no one answered. They really need to focus on customer service and see that this is not the way to run a business if they want to keep the customers coming back, it just shows they must not care about their customers or their reputation. SMH, that's why I will be taking business the the Taco Bar and Grill up on Yucaipa boulevard across from Big 5, excellent food and excellent customer service. I will not be recommending Rosie's to any friends or family due to the poor customer service and mediocre food that is at best average for the prices they charge. read more

LOVE Burritos from Rosies. They're the go to choice for my family. I get the bean rice and cheese with shredded beef or chili verde. I've never been disappointed with the food. The prices are great. Used to be my favorite restaurant in Yucaipa, have been coming here for years, low prices, big burritos, huge smile... Now not so much. They've realised how great there burritos are (notably the bean & cheese) so they jack up the price, that wasn't too big of a deal but the last time I went my burrito was small, and by small I mean about half the size it used to be; still hungry when I left, no longer worth it. I don't think I will be coming back... Which is sad because this is where me and my now wife went for our first date. RIP Rosie's. read more

Crap! I ordered a carne asada burrito add guacamole. I didn't see any guacamole , I needed a straw because inside the soft fresh warm tortilla was bean soup! the meat was terrible! a very small amount of meat ( I wouldn't call it carne asada ) over half ended up in my napkin due to it being extremely fatty gristle. even the house sauce was bland. I give 1 star for the fresh tortilla being the only enjoyable ingredient. wish I could get a refund. read more

No one can beat the chile verde at Rosies and you can watch them making the fresh soft tortillas in the back. The chili rellenos are hand made and of course topped with their delicious chile verde. The food here is flavorful, fresh and served in a timely manner. read more

Was very disappointed, after hearing good things I tried it and sorry I did. First you can see into the kitchen from seating area the same person making the food was also on her hands and knees cleaning the kitchen floor wearing NO gloves. I ordered the Mechecca plate eggs were burned no flavor at all in the meat. Rice was just a tomatoes mess no flavor all mushy, chili Verde burritos was all egg very little meat and only at bottom. Should of left after being ignored at the counter then treated rude by him. Will never go back read more

This place is pretty dirty and the building doesn't look especially safe, but if you order the food and take it to go, it's super good. Love the garbage burrito. The Yucaipa one is good too. The parking is always full so the food is definitely a hit! read more

I moved back to the area ( Yucaipa ) and went to Rosie's and ordered a carne asada burrito around 3 pm. The beans were cold the meat was chewy and i was disappointing. There are too many options for Mexican food in the area to have what they served me. read more
