The service was fast, the workers were incredibly kind, and on top of that, the August special flavor "The Luna" just BLEW my mind! Me and my boyfriend shared it, but next time I am making him get his own! Also, this place is very "Instagrammable"! If you're into that. It is very cleanly and pleasant. It is also a very small place and I commend the owners & workers of this place for being able to serve the insane lines I see they have on the weekends! Luckily, today is a Tuesday so I did not have to wait! The Luna has dragonfruit, peach, and lime with condensed milk and a ball of vanilla ice cream in the middle. It is SO CREAMY. As cringey as this sounds... I am a "texture person" and I was in heaven eating it! Can't wait to see next month's feature flavor, I am definitely coming back! Too good! IG: realrealruthless

The rich cream, fresh strawberries and whipped cream were a treat sent straight from the heavens. As we walked in the sweet girl handling the ice cream was washing her hands and I appreciated that. She was fast to make our treats and her customer service was genuine. My husband ordered a Oreo milkshake and it was AMAZING. It just totally blew us away! On my way out I ordered a frozen chamangato add to my michelada for later on in the evening. Trust me, eat here!

The person who took my order showed no interest in providing good service, which resulted in the product being prepared incorrectly. The employee pretended not to speak Spanish (despite me hearing her speak it with the staff). When I saw that she was preparing the product incorrectly, I told her it was not what I had ordered. Instead of offering a solution or an apology, the staff reacted with a mocking, arrogant, and defiant attitude. They even called the owner because, according to them, there was nothing they could do, even though the cameras could have verified what was happening. The issue is not the money, but the unwillingness to properly serve customers, especially Spanish-speaking customers. If you don't like your job, then you shouldn't work there, and the owner shouldn't have employees like that.
