Meg is the contact person for this company and she maintained contact with every step of the way from scheduling an in-home estimate, processing the down payment and when the order came in to the scheduled installation, which was sooner than I expected. Needless, to say Buddy never called back. After wasting 2 weeks of our time this so called PROFESSIONAL did not ever have the decency to follow up as promised!
