I'm writing this review as a former employee who wants to offer insight for potential customers…read more During my time working at this mechanic shop, I witnessed several troubling practices that customers deserve to be aware of. There were instances where parts were charged for but never actually installed. In some cases, unnecessary parts were sold to customers who didn't need them, and at times, the work billed was not fully completed. These practices were not isolated or accidental--they happened frequently enough to be considered routine. Additionally, the shop often lacked qualified technicians to perform repairs properly. Corners were cut, and customer vehicles did not always receive the level of care and attention they deserved. I'm sharing this to encourage others to ask questions, request to see the old parts that were "replaced," and to get second opinions if something doesn't feel right. Your safety and your wallet are worth protecting!

I brought my vehicle in to this shop shortly after it had sustained some minor damage from a…read moreparking lot hit and run. The repair, I was originally told, would take about 2 days. My car ended up being there over a week! I was told several times that there was a delay in the shop obtaining a replacement part due to a supply issue. This created a hardship for me, as like most people, I need my vehicle for work and other important weekly obligations. Fast-forward a few months later. While vacuuming out the rear of my car's hatchback area, I notice several chunks of glass stuck in crevices under the rug and along the perimeter of the storage area. I soon realized what they were from - my rear glass window had been broken at some point! Upon careful examination, I could clearly tell the glass had been recently replaced, as the defrost lines were brand-new and the condition of the glass was that of a new automobile. I then realized that this shop had broken the glass, and rather than call me about the matter to explain their mistake (of which I would have been OK with - we all break things accidentally), they lied to me about why the repair was taking so long - because they needed to buy time to replace the broken glass! When I confronted them about this, they admitted to breaking the glass and said they lied to me because they didnt' want to upset me about the damage to the glass! Unbelievable !

A couple years ago I took my Acura MDX here and paid a few hundred dollars for a paint correction…read more When I picked up the vehicle, there was a ton of soot and dirt under the bug shield in the front. I had to tell the guy to clean under there and polish it. I was upset just at this because as an experienced detailer, I can tell just by this that it was a poor job. When I used to detail cars, Id take everything off and make sure every crevice was clean. I picked up the car at night so I didn't see the paint too good, I just relied on the fact someone recommended this place. When I looked at the vehicle a few days later in good sunlight, I could immediately tell that this car was washed and waxed really quickly. A paint corrections was not done because there was light scratches that I was able to rub out by hand. A paint corrections requires the detailer to compound, polish, and seal the paint which was not done. I was basically ripped off. I just took the loss because I refused to have this amateur touch my vehicle again. The only reason I wasn't able to detail it is cause I didn't have a garage at the time and to be honest, I rather just pay someone than do the work myself. I have over 15 years in the automotive industry and All-star detailing is not a "professional" detailing spot.
