I even had a slow leak that no other tire spot could figure out after charging me for new tire valve stems leaving me still with a leaking tire. These guys not only found my tire leak but charged me a fraction of what it cost me to replace the tire valve which wasn't the culprit. I believe they even sell used tires but I'm assuming that service since they do have racks of tires in the garage. These guys are my "go to" guys for tire repairs. As far as I know this shop is a simple tire repair shop, I don't think they do alignments and such.

I pull into the third bay and see it has an insert coins slot so I got some loose quarters I had in my cup holder I needed to get rid of just to see that every single slot is blocked off. I swipe my card instead, $3 start up fee whatever, just to find out the hose doesn't even work or switch to the other settings, the high pressure rinse which it was stuck on was at most misting onto my car. So i thought to test my luck with the second bay, the dial to switch between settings worked on this one but when I switch to the high pressure rinse to get the soap off my car i notice the hose is leaking soap so anytime I get close to my car to rinse off the preexisting soap new soap is dripping onto my car. At 530pm I called him to get an apology and affirmation that he read my review. He wanted me to stop by before close of business so that they could inspect my car. When I said that I am not near Newburgh and I won't be able to make it. I was told to go to the Middletown location the next day. Not asked, told. The manager didn't listen to anything I said but rather needed me to go to a shop on his terms. Instead of asking how they could make it better or what I was looking for, I was told what they were going to do. Instead of asking when I was available or what worked better for me, I was told when I needed to go. I reached out to email I was provided in this thread twice since the call with the manager, to no response. So that's it. Valvoline reached out and did their part, the customer is disgruntled and efforts cease. Clap, clap, clap. At this point I was have felt more pacified by a refund or voucher for a free oil change. One of the worst oil change experiences, top five in worst customer service escalations and resolutions and the top when it comes to dissatisfaction on so many levels. Go to local mechanics or even car washes that offer the SAME service for almost $50 cheaper.
