I was so fortunate to get Kim (the owner) on the phone and she was amazing. Not only was she very pleasant to speak with but she was also very knowledgeable, down to earth and honest. As a woman, she made me feel completely comfortable and good about trusting them with this installation. I then scheduled my appointment for 12-4-21 and dropped the car off that morning at 10am. They were completely done by around 1pm and called us to let us know we can come to pick up the car. We arrived and the car was out front and ready to go, the person who did the installation came out and showed my husband how the starter works and answered any questions he had. He headed out while the fam cuddled in for some Scooby Do cartoons, and was back within 30 min. The team dropped everything they were doing, lifted the camper while attached to the car, and had those tires replaced in a matter of minutes (Trailblazer approximates 12 minutes). What a great team!
