Really gives my vehicle a great look. After he removed my doors my driver side light is completely ruined. I called him immediately at which he told me to come so he can take a look, already stating that it wasn't his fault sight unseen and telling me he has cameras in the bay and the doors didn't fall or that they were not mishandled. I left my car there, how would I know if my light was hit. I go to his shop "what a waist of time" he now proceeds to take the light out to show me what I already know the projector is broken. He now is telling me I should be able to go back to the company and they should fix it, not him and how convenient there was no video footage. After all the business I have given him, not to mention the referrals. He didn't feel he should do anything. Not to mention my husband, Sister and Son were coming to him due to my recommendation. Let me add that every time I got my tint done I had to return due to something not being done correctly, tint rolling inside my door well, bubbles etc. He definitely LOST ME as a Customer and my son made his appointment which he cancelled. He has no honor, not to mention as many times as I've gone to him, he has no idea on how to keep his customers, 4 cars and never a break on the pricing. In some cases, unnecessary parts were sold to customers who didn't need them, and at times, the work billed was not fully completed. These practices were not isolated or accidental--they happened frequently enough to be considered routine. Additionally, the shop often lacked qualified technicians to perform repairs properly. Corners were cut, and customer vehicles did not always receive the level of care and attention they deserved. I'm sharing this to encourage others to ask questions, request to see the old parts that were "replaced," and to get second opinions if something doesn't feel right.
