At first, the owner was polite and seemed to want to help resolve the issue. I followed his guidelines taking the vehicle to his mechanic who confirmed the switch was broken. He assured us that he would order the parts and fix the issue. Until the next day where he called me telling me there was no way he broke it and he would not be fixing my car, right before he HUNG UP ON ME! now he won't return my calls and e-mails.
