I stopped in to get a quote on a full outside detailing and paint sealant treatment so that my brand new car paint can get some level of protection from the elements so that it lasts a little longer than usual. I dropped off the car in the early morning and about five hours later it was all done. Even though my car is still pretty new (only a few months old) the paint still popped and the team here wiped down any of the black plastic panels my car had with some cleaning stuff that also made those sections pop! For what I paid I'm happy with what I got and if this type of service helps my car paint looks newer longer then it's worth the small investment at least twice a year. I'll certainly be back to maintain the sexiness of my whip!

As a result, you couldn't see clearly the cars that were being washed. If it's that filthy in the room that they're washing the cars, how clean are the cars getting?

I had to tell the guy to clean under there and polish it. I was upset just at this because as an experienced detailer, I can tell just by this that it was a poor job. When I used to detail cars, Id take everything off and make sure every crevice was clean. I picked up the car at night so I didn't see the paint too good, I just relied on the fact someone recommended this place. When I looked at the vehicle a few days later in good sunlight, I could immediately tell that this car was washed and waxed really quickly. A paint corrections was not done because there was light scratches that I was able to rub out by hand. A paint corrections requires the detailer to compound, polish, and seal the paint which was not done. I was basically ripped off. I just took the loss because I refused to have this amateur touch my vehicle again. The only reason I wasn't able to detail it is cause I didn't have a garage at the time and to be honest, I rather just pay someone than do the work myself. I have over 15 years in the automotive industry and All-star detailing is not a "professional" detailing spot.

I thought that was a great thing because everybody needs to get away and enjoy life with your family, but the fact that the whole business was shut down due to one person was my first sign that I should've gone elsewhere. I figured it was a smaller business and I wanted to support. The next week, I went back and it was open and I signed up. The next week I went back for a car wash and I pulled up and beeped my horn (as per directions) for so long over and over that I actually thought the place was closed. After waiting a total of seven minutes with the gate up, a short man came running through the wash area to help me. It was obvious to a duck, that he was working all by himself so I said nothing. The next time I went, I called myself going first thing in the morning, straight from work in Brooklyn. When I got there, the gate was open and the man came out very quickly, but told me that I had to wait a few minutes because the machinery was not working. I showed him my subscription sticker and he asked me to wait a few minutes. I was extremely tired first of all from working two tours in Brooklyn and then the drive up to my home, but I waited and after about four additional minutes, he got the machinery to work. The last time I went there it was raining in the morning, but the rain stopped before 9:30 AM., At 11:47 AM the sun was out and I went out and decided I would stop and get a car wash before I do my errands and the gate was down!! Meaning, they weren't doing car washes. I guess they considered it inclement weather that day, even though the rain stopped hours ago, and the forecast did not call for any additional rain for the whole day. As I was driving around back to the car wash area, I saw two trucks pulling out, which should've given me a hint, but I was hopeful and went to the back anyway. The gate was down I honked the horn a couple of times, and then I backed up and left. I'm canceling my subscription. I just can't play the guessing game every time I want my car washed. I need to go somewhere where I know for a fact I can get serviced. Aside from the car wash, they have an office attached to it at the front of the place. I went there to have my car inspected for the sticker on the front window and the man and younger female at the desk when you walk in the office told me it would be hours and hours of a wait. The female went on to say I would have to leave the car there if I wanted, but the man said I could wait but it would be hours. I asked them both if there was another place in the area that I could go get an inspection done. The place across the street recommended Dolson because the place I initially went to had a machine that wasn't working. In any event, that man and woman looked me in my face and told me there was no other place in the area, meanwhile.. I went right down the road on the right hand side diagonal from Rita's to a place called Middletown Auto Repair and Service and dealt with a man named Christopher or Chris He was a doll. While I know everybody is in business to make money, I don't think it's right to be so greedy and not give an honest answer when asked if there is someplace else a person can go to especially if you are too busy to service them. She arrived frazzled and parked a full lane away from the curb, then told us we were not allowed to touch our own luggage due to "DOT regulations." After arriving home--an hour and a half later--we discovered she never loaded two of our bags into the van. When we tried to address it, she became combative, offered no help whatsoever, and simply drove off. Thankfully, when we contacted JFK, they found the luggage left in the road where she had been parked. My husband had to make a three-hour round-trip drive to retrieve everything as soon as we got home. We only asked for reimbursement of the basic expenses we were forced to pay out of pocket: $40 gas $60 parking $20 to the person who safeguarded the luggage A total of $120--not even counting tolls, time, or inconvenience. She refused to compromise and claimed she had turned all communication over to her lawyer. This entire experience was unacceptable from start to finish. DO NOT USE THEM.

Lots of washers and dryers, complimentary sanitizing wipes to clean your folding table, clean restroom!! The added bonus is dryers are free!! I can't say for certain but I think they use soft water because my clothes not only look cleaner but are super soft. As if that isn't enough, there's a car wash right around the back. Hubby carries the clothes in and then while the clothes are getting washed, he can get our car washed as well! And yet another added bonus, the vacuums are free as well. We've been when it's been crazy busy - but I think we found a sweet spot time when there's a lull. It looks to be relatively clean - of course there are people who leave dryer sheets all over the floor and spill detergent or softener- but, hey, it's a public place.
