BAIT AND SWITCH. The kiosk where you pay says free unlimited vacuuming. Except they don't have a vacuum. And when you ask, the employees laugh at you. The main reason to wash my car was to get the dog hair out of the carpet. 20 bucks later I got nothing. Never coming back. read more

Horrible horrible horrible!! The only good thing about this was nothing! Had to wash it again myself , I was too tired and cold to go in and argue for my money back!! So that's on me, don't bother don't to come here you'll leave with a dirtier car. One star was for I know we're not to go for a clean car and polite workers. read more

Cold water, no towels, and very limited staff. I'm not sure why I use this car wash whenever I'm in town, as they always disappoint me. If you need a quick rinse of your vehicle, by all means use them. However you're probably better off hosing your car down with dish washing liquid for free. read more

Panache Car Wash - Car wash - Car Wash Near Me - Middletown, New York

The automatic side drying drums have been broken for at least half a year, will have to dry the side of the car yourself. Dirt in the automatic brushes, will give your car scratches along the whole side on both sides. read more

Unfortunately they have changed for the worse. It was a go-to in Middletown for a while just to get a cheap wash done now they took away the cheap one and offer the $10 wash as the "bottom" choice. I would pay but not worth it there, down the road you can get one better for the same price. read more

Easy to drive into but unfortunately this place is a total sh*thole and the workers are completely unhelpful. Don't waste your money and drive a little further for a decent wash read more

So, who knew you cant relocate your Clean Car Pass sticker -- guess they want the advertising. I was told ( in an argumentative tone) I couldnt "handle" the sticker by the "nice" women who runs it -- as if I was stealing services. GFY read more

Should be ZERO rating STAY AWAY !!! You can Apologize all you want but YOU HAVE BILLED ME YET AGAIN !!! for yet another month, your email to me confirming the cancellation was on 3/7 you billed me on 4/6 and I had to fight it with the bank, you then apologize a few days latter and now on 5/6 bill me yet again.... WARNING TO ALL STAY AWAY !! read more

This place is trash! Their posted hours say they close at 6pm but they're almost always closed prior to! One drop of rain and they close. They give your car a half-ass spray before you go through the automated wash. You dry and vacuum yourself. Recently it took 3 days to get bird poop off my window, and that was after I pointed it out each time! Had to go back 3 days in a row bc apparently the "unlimited" pass only entitles you to 1 wash a day. The staff is not friendly or helpful in any way. They all look like they hate being there and like you're a bother to them. It's too bad bc it would be super convenient if only they gave half a shit. read more

Very disappointed. Have tried this place a few times. They vacuum the floor mats but nothing else. They did not use auto glass spray for the windows. read more

just used this place after they changed it to express. it was fast but they don't dry your car anymore so i had water spots all over. Having small children it does make it a lot easier, it was 5 degrees outside so its nice i didnt have to take them out in the cold just to wash off the salt. but it would be nice to have the option of getting vacuumed and wiped down on the inside. Overall I may come back if im in a hurry and my car is filthy, and more likely in really hot or cold weather. but I will probably try and go somewhere else so i can get cleaning done on the inside. The price was kind of a lot just for the outside wash and no hand dry. I could get the same results spraying it down in a self service car wash for cheaper too. I saw they had a membership thing I might take a closer look at that. If its a reasonable price for unlimited washes i will change my review and add a star read more

Damage to car- Paint Removed! If I could give zero stars I would. On Tuesday I ran my SUV through the Middletown location's car wash. I made a brief stop home before getting back into my car to leave again. As soon as I looked at the front of my car my eyes were drawn to the area that was missing paint. I immediately called Panache and told the employee that I would be coming back around 4:30 to speak to the manager. When I arrived the manager looked at my car and asked why I didn't immediately say something after exiting the car wash. I explained that where the paint was removed was on the down curve of the hood and not in my line of vision while seated in the car. He told me that the paint on my car is old and should be replaced (it's a 2013). I questioned him and he said this is what happens on Hondas (I have a Nissan which I pointed out to him). He pointed to the minuscule dings from rocks hitting my car from driving on the highway and said that it's common for a car wash to remove paint on little dings like that. Then he said there was no way to prove that the car wash did it. I replied that I had been running errands all day and got in and out of my car several times. There is no way that could've been there and I didn't notice. He finally agreed to take my name and number and have the owner call me Wednesday. When I didn't receive a call by 3:00 pm, I called and left a voicemail. No return call. Today (Friday) my husband called and the manager was incredibly rude to him. I am not one to leave negative reviews but my hope is this will impact their business in a way that force them to take accountability when damage is caused. read more

It's definitely a car wash. As in you drive through and there's soap. My car came out cleaner than it went in, I suppose? The guy only sprayed one side before I went through and there's NO toweling off, so the car is completely full of water spots after, unless you bring your own rags. I'll be looking for another place for next time. read more

If you want dirty floppy rag like flaps hanging from the ceiling rubbing back and forth on your paint then this is the place for you. It's not 1990 anymore folks, go to a better car wash, this place is ghetto! read more

Horrible horrible horrible! My wiper arm was damaged and they had the audacity to deny it and then blamed me that I had my wipers on! What a crock of shit! Panache Car Wash - Car Wash Near Me - Middletown, New York

Not happy this place is always closed early today is just the lastest went at 4:30 and closed sign up time to go elsewhere

It's a typical car wash... took my rogue there out of desperation and it was FILTHY to start, came out super clean. No new scratches noticed as of yet (bought the car certified pre owned from Nissan and already had a few scratches). Did the $10 option just to get salt off the car and under carriage. Overall, the case wash didn't exceed or fall short of my expectations. Does anybody know of a stellar wash in Middletown that details the inside as well? Maybe I should start my own car wash/detailing business read more

This place is ridiculous , its an automated wash where the guy sprays your car down nonchalantly with some water , spray and pray, car came out still dirty and with scratches and then the tire shine is applied at the end of the wash via the machine and only works on one side. Which by the way people have mentioned for years that its broke. Fix it already!! Avoid this place they have unlimited washes with a monthly pass but its never open during normal hours closed way early at like 4pm and you have to run your car through like 3 times to get a decent clean but tire shine on one side. and the vacuums which barely have any suction are self service .Avoid !!! read more

Thief's. They automatically sign you up for a monthly account and steal your money. They don't pick up the phone when you call and had to cancel my credit card in order to stop payment. The car wash wasn't even good either. Got rid of staff for an automated one that would be as clean if I used a hose in the front yard. read more

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE !!!!! I bought the unlimited car wash for a month for my son in law for Christmas. I was there, spoke to the lady in charge, explained it was one month only and she assured me that I would only be charged that month. That was 12/26, low and behold today 1/27/2020 they charged me again. Now I have to take time today to go there and explain the fact that they are idiots to them. There was someone yelling about this the day I went in to buy it, I should have known better! DO NOT EVER buy the unlimited and trust them with your credit card!! read more

Really friendly staff and the vacuums are great, but the car wash is extremely rough, and beats the piss out of your car. It will get the car clean, but it will also leave a few scratches on it and possibly break some plastic. Was going weekly and ended up cracking my bumper. Didn't notice until I got home. Wish I could use them but just way too rough. read more

Horrible car wash. 25.00 for them to wash your car through the machine they don't do your windows or vacuum what a rip off. You're better off going to the car wash further down the road and they wash your windows and vacuum. I would not,I repeat not recommend them! read more

Just paid $15 for a car wash. I assumed that there would be people vacuuming the car, wiping it down, cleaning windows, applying armor all to tires, Etc. Nope, just a drive thru car wash with no attendants. Paid extra for armor all and vacuum but I guess the armor all was sprayed on in the wash, and I had to vacuum myself! What a ripoff!!! Last time I was here was three or four years ago and they had a full service operation. Avoid this place! What I am most upset about is that I could've gone to the one in Chester and paid the same price for full-service. read more

Not the best place to get your car cleaned. Twice I've gone here just to get some salt off my car and they failed terribly. The reason I would go back is the vacuum machines after you wash your car. They always run and I can clean it to my standards. But for a much better exterior wash I will go to the wash on the westbound side of 211 heading to Middletown. read more

Middletown has it's fair share of bad car washes and this one is no exception. You are better of doing it yourself for what they charge. I will never go again to this place. Streaks, no interior cleaning. Horrible. Ugh. read more

The associates here STEAL and the business OWNER here is not customer service friendly! My mother and I were in Middletown and i thought i would stop in to get my car washed here. First off, the car wash does not get your car clean so if you want a clean car go down the street. If that isn't enough my mother and i both watched the associate TAKE MY ANTENNA OFF my car and tape the back windshield wiper and then never give the antenna back. When i called to inquire the owner assured me they don't remove antennas when in fact his associate who answers the phones there said they do. Get your stories straight, which is it? The owner then promised me pictures because he claims my car came in without an ANTENNA and that he has cameras everywhere. I said perfect send it. Weeks after speaking with the owner i never received an email with the photo. Finally the owner sends me a text of the picture, its of my car ALREADY inside his facility AFTER HIS ASSOCIATE ALREADY TOUCHED MY CAR - LOL. I cant even be assured this is my car...where is the front view camera showing me this is indeed my car entering and that it had no antenna upon arrival? He assured me he can send me a picture of my car entering the car wash. If this were my car entering why cant i see the front plate? Because if you have been here before you know this is a photo of a car already inside the wash. WHAT A JOKE! The associates steal and the business owner is a LIAR protecting thieves who work for him! Take your business and money elsewhere...spend the extra $5.00/$10.00 for a better wash where they have honest working people...because at the end of the day a new ANTENNA costs $45.00. The business owner told me and i quote "he doesn't need a $20.00 headache"...well instead ill be your $45.00 worst nightmare. read more

Panache Car Wash - this car is already in the car wash facility not just entering...they are liars and thieves...save your antenna go elsewhere! - Car Wash Near Me - Middletown, New York

I have called this place many times since July 2016. Somebody stole my credit card number from this place and this place has been allowing them to use since July 2016. The customer service is awful regarding this matter. When they finally returned my call on January 27, 2017 they only canceled the stolen membership rather then refunding all the money back onto the card. Not sure why they would allow a stolen credit card number to be used for months. Absolutely disgraceful!!!careful using a credit card here. read more

I brought my car there for the first time ever, I wasn't impressed, the car really didn't clean well at all I was stupid and tried it again at another time. I can tell you, the prices went up a lot in one months time. Definitely not worth it. Take my advice, find another place to get your washed. I wouldn't even give this place one star. read more

I have a car wash pass, this company states their hours are 8-6 Monday-Friday, I have gone their all this week and they have closed early every time. This company is not worth the time, they were closed by 5:40 all this week. Not worth the aggravation! I have called to complain but no one answers the phone or returns my messages they obviously don't care about customer service! read more

Friendly helpful staff...good auto car wash...dryers could be a little better at removing all the water but overall a good experience.

This place is a total rip off !!!!! They charge $15 for a service that cost $5 they don't wash your mats and hey have the nerve to tell you you have to vacuum your own vehicle and you only have 5 mins to do so. What a joke !!!! Don't waste your money or time going here it's pitiful and I'm so disgusted on the kind of service they have the nerve to offer people. ITS TRASH ! read more

This place is a total rip off. I paid $20 for a platinum detail and all they (their machine) did was wash the exterior of my car. I paid for a reason. They refused to give my money back and said they added wax to the experience. Don't go to them. I ended cleaning the interior myself. read more

This place was better before the change to the new system. My cars were much better looking when they were done. Now that it's exterior only by a machine, spots are now visible. There were no vacuums out to use. The only thing I like is the unlimited wash. I wash my car at least 2-3 times a week. Going somewhere else I'll be spending much more. Since it's only machines, there is no tipping involved. I'm not sure if this place is going to stay in business too long. read more

terrible. paid for exterior wash left side of car NOT washed. Rude manager , Pedro, ran thru again , same result. I actually wrote "Pedro" in the dirt after second attempt. ran thru a THIRD time....this time didn't even remove the writing in the dirt! Spoke to owner, Anthony, on phone, also rude, he told me to" wipe it off myself, what do you want for 7 dollars" . Well Anthony, I want my money back CALL the office 203 798 8800 speak to Anthony jr and sr !! Waste of 7.00 read more

Scratched the hell out of the sides of my new BMW. The first set of brushes are stiff and even though the material may be non abrasive, the rate at which they push cars through this wash doesn't give the dirt from the first vehicle time to come off thus turning it into wet sand paper when it contacts yours. Just the sound of these things contacting your car sounds like a belt sander. The water was dirty and left a film on my car which I'll have to hand wash off. Horrible and costly experience. Manager tried to school me on how I need to use good wax on a black car. Why? So it will cover up the damage done by the car wash? NEVER AGAIN! Refund promised but obviously will not cover the damage to my paint. Wouldn't offer a fix either. read more

I went there as I had to make an emergency trip to Virginia with my dogs. Many people referred them saying that if anyone could get rid of the dog hair in the car, it would be them. The first time I attempted to go there, no one was there. The hours were clearly posted on the door but apparently the car wash was closed that day. I went again today as I noticed they were open. I asked what package I needed to select to ensure that the dog hair would be removed from my car. The gentleman spoke broken English and said package 5 which with tax was $29. When I got my car back, the dog hair was still in the car and the detailing of the car was terrible. All of the chrome parts of the car were not polished clean and were all streaky. The center cup holder and change holder were still dirty and there were crumbs where the shifter was. I would not recommend this car wash if you need a serious clean. In the end, it wound up costing me $35 dollars for a job that I could have done myself.. read more

I wish there was a way to give this place zero stars cause giving one star is far too generous. They USED to key word there USED to be a great place to go to wash your car. I don't know if it's new management or what, but wow talk about terrible. Now I strongly advise anyone against going there. It's turned into this express crap that is overpriced and your car leaves there in worse condition than when you arrived. I paid $24 to go through an automatic car wash that smeared all this wax junk all over my car and they don't even clean the interior anymore...that's up to you to do. So then what did I just pay you $24 dollars for?!?! I could have gone to BayWash if i wanted to do it myself, paid less and have had a better end result. Then when you call you get some pompous guy on the phone who says "well I have a thousand customers who are completely satisfied." Really buddy maybe you should read the comments about your establishment since you've changed to an express car wash on YELP or on FACEBOOK and you'll see the bad outweighs the good. read more

I used to love this place so I decided to go there the other day when I needed a car wash badly. I pulled up and saw these kiosks there which was the first red flag. Everything is worked by the computer so you can't even get someone to help you anymore. I chose the car wash I wanted which was $15 and figured that it would include the inside as well. I pull up to the car wash, go through it, and when I come out at the end I realized that it does not include the inside of the car, and they don't even dry it clean. I saw vacuums outside which they provide so you can vacuum your car yourself but the max time allowed is 5 minutes. What a joke. I spent $15 minutes to serve myself at a car wash and nobody there did a thing. They are definitely trying to maximize their profit this way. I will NEVER return here. I feel so ripped off and my car is still filthy. read more
