Today I brought in my wife's car and see what the result was. I told the attendant, "Aren't you you going to finish my car?" It was full of soap and water. "Go talk to boss." Was all I got. The machines can also knock into cars unexpectedly and cause dings. Does it happen a lot? No. Can it happen? Yes. With a hand wash, the risk of damage is reduced and they will also reach areas that machines can't. The new owners are incredibly pleasant, attentive, and knowledgeable. You can tip on the credit card, too. These guys work hard and deserve their tips.
