I have seen 80 year old people move faster I should not take 20 minutes to go through a car wash when there is no one in front of you.

Pretty upset considering this is what they consider "the best". I went in wanting to have my outside of my car clean but most importantly the interior vacuumed and wiped. After a literal five minutes of waiting they come around and this is what my result was. It was like this all around my car. Saved 80 cents a gallon using my stop & shop points. SWEET! Anyway, I don't get my car washed here. But I have used the convenience part of the station. Good beer selection, the usual chips and beer and bags of ice for the summer parties. I hate going to places like this and getting stuck behind someone playing Lotto with 600 different number combinations that sooner or later the clerk screws up and they have to fix. Well after giving this carwash multiple chances I rate it a big fat 0. From start to finish this is hands down the worst car wash I have ever visited. The interior was barely vacuumed, then when the car goes thru a very short 20 foot tunnel it is wiped down by only one of the staff. Dirt was left all over the car, particularly the front, windows streaked, and the "new equipment" for the tire shine is a disaster. The tires get nothing and the wheels are covered in dirty tire shine(please see picture of my wheel on here, it's a mess). The manager named Mike was nice enough to run it thru again. Unfortunately this gesture didn't make a difference, this carwash just can't get it right. 24.00 down the drain. Enter as your own risk people. read more

Took my car here a few weeks ago. Went through the car wash with no issues. After pulling out to the right and getting the car dried, I could hear the employee who was drying the car pushing so hard on the rear glass it was making a squeak sound. Got out to inspect, found the trunk entirely scratched up. Spoke to the manager who told me the damage was on my previously flawless car before it went through the wash.. He didn't even see the car before it went through. They refused to fix it. (Took 3 hours to fix I can still sort of see the scratches in direct sunlight.) Won't go back, I would advise everyone to stay away. read more

I come here every other week. The manager of the car wash is hands on, he gets in there and cleans heavily. He manages the men well, showing them how to clean better and FASTER. I actually lost a $100 bill in my car. I forgot about it until the manager (I feel bad I don't know his name) brought it to me and said it was wedged in tee seat. I will continue to go there. Honest, friendly, and the car is always clean. Try not to go when there is a line, though. They push the cars throug the actual wash faster. read more

I called them they told me they did inside and outside detail when I got there they told me they can only do outside wash I decided to do the best at $14.99 when I pulled out I waited over 5 mins for them to dry my car before I had to go find someone and after my car was half dried he told me I was done had to remind them about tire shine I will never go back and do not recommend this car wash at all read more

What happened to this place? I used to go here twice a month to get the mid and premium car washing packages and they always came out decent. The quick service gave justification for the price, but not anymore. I went here yesterday and I'm displeased with the sloppy job. Worse car wash ever. I got the best package and it was a waste of 23.95 it includes wheel shine but they hardly clean the wheels and let's not talk about the water down armor all job where they don't even dry the wheel off before applying. They clean the inside window but left some of the window cleaner around the corners of the glass. I should have gone to wonder wash. This is hands down the worst place and the worst people to deal with. The manager at the location is a very unpleasant man and was beyond disrespectful (on a separate occasion). The company was contacted and of course nothing done about it. Then when you ask for a supervisor at the main office they start by telling you that there really isn't a supervisor they are all working together in the office. So anyone knows that a business does not run like that. I ask a few more questions and get told a few more run around stories. After a couple of minutes I hear someone yelling to the person I am on the phone with about what she is telling me. I asked if that person wanted to speak with me since they felt so inclined to get involved and the girl on the phone said she doesn't get involved with things like this because she is the boss (thought there wasn't any bosses in the office). Never had a good experience there and will never go back. There are plenty of local car washes that are less expensive and do a better job. read more
