I've been going here for years haven't been there in a while, went through the drive-through purchased, which I thought it was a complete wash for $21 and they didn't even vacuum the inside of my car or clean anything inside it was just exterior. I should've looked at what I was purchasing a little closer. When I got to the end, the supervisor was obnoxious ignored my complaint didn't even come over to me to see what was wrong because I was conveying to the cashier that I paid for the wrong service. I wasn't capable of vacuuming my own car that's why I went there. I will never go back there ever!!! and they did a horrible job washing the outside of my car very disappointed. read more

gave directions to pull into the car wash, which ended up damaging the tire and rim on my challenger. Proceeded to dry the car after eggs the wash and say nothing read more

Unfortunately this car wash is not worth the money spent. I went with "The best" wash for $25.99 and came home to a car that was not cleaned. I try not to get upset about it, but it's certainly frustrating given the reality that my car was not washed at a car wash (with the most expensive option selected) read more

I have seen 80 year old people move faster I should not take 20 minutes to go through a car wash when there is no one in front of you.

Pretty upset considering this is what they consider "the best". I went in wanting to have my outside of my car clean but most importantly the interior vacuumed and wiped. After a literal five minutes of waiting they come around and this is what my result was. It was like this all around my car. Pretty bummed because I wanted my car clean for when my baby arrives and I spent $23 on nothing. read more

Definitely not a quick stop. If you enJoy waiting and watching the workers talk and text on their phones this is the place for you. Allow for 30 minutes of sitting in your car while nothing happens. Much better options elsewhere. Don't waste your time. read more

They do a nice job vacuuming, and washing interior windows plus you get to watch the car go through from inside!

I have been to this carwash multiple times and it never disappoints. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, they helped me choose the right wash for my car and it always comes out spotless. Best carwash in the area for sure! I always go with "the best" wash. read more

Great Carwash! I always stop by when I'm in this area. I am always satisfied with the staff and my car always comes out looking great definitely recommend this place. read more

Saved 80 cents a gallon using my stop & shop points. SWEET! Anyway, I don't get my car washed here. But I have used the convenience part of the station. Good beer selection, the usual chips and beer and bags of ice for the summer parties. I hate going to places like this and getting stuck behind someone playing Lotto with 600 different number combinations that sooner or later the clerk screws up and they have to fix. Have a separate line for that, please! read more

Well after giving this carwash multiple chances I rate it a big fat 0. From start to finish this is hands down the worst car wash I have ever visited. The interior was barely vacuumed, then when the car goes thru a very short 20 foot tunnel it is wiped down by only one of the staff. Dirt was left all over the car, particularly the front, windows streaked, and the "new equipment" for the tire shine is a disaster. The tires get nothing and the wheels are covered in dirty tire shine(please see picture of my wheel on here, it's a mess). The manager named Mike was nice enough to run it thru again. Unfortunately this gesture didn't make a difference, this carwash just can't get it right. 24.00 down the drain. Enter as your own risk people. read more

Nice people working here but I was disappointed when I drove away and realized that the rear window and side view mirrors on my RAV weren't cleaned, and I noticed that immediately in the sun. For the $24 top wash, I would like to see them clean, not foggy so I probably won't be going back. Sudz in Peekskill did a more thorough job. I would go back there instead next time. read more

Quick Stop Carwash - All shiny and red again! - Car Wash Near Me - Cortlandt Manor, New York

Excellent car wash. I end up there about twice a week, and stick to the "best" wash. Great service as they treat each car with care. I heard they got new & improved equipment but haven't been there yet to see it. Definitely reccomend. read more

Took my car here a few weeks ago. Went through the car wash with no issues. After pulling out to the right and getting the car dried, I could hear the employee who was drying the car pushing so hard on the rear glass it was making a squeak sound. Got out to inspect, found the trunk entirely scratched up. Spoke to the manager who told me the damage was on my previously flawless car before it went through the wash.. He didn't even see the car before it went through. They refused to fix it. (Took 3 hours to fix I can still sort of see the scratches in direct sunlight.) Won't go back, I would advise everyone to stay away. read more

Fast, clean, easy. I would have left it at that, but Yelp wanted me to write more, so the attendant moved my seat, changed my radio station, and bumped my rearview mirror. I'm docking this review a star upon further review. Next time, be careful what you wish for. read more

Gets the job done and gets it done right. One of the most thorough inside/outside washes I've ever had. They always deliver professional service with attention to detail when they wash and clean my car. I highly recommend this place! read more

Quick Stop Carwash - Got my car washed here today. These guys are the best!!! - Car Wash Near Me - Cortlandt Manor, New York

I come here every other week. The manager of the car wash is hands on, he gets in there and cleans heavily. He manages the men well, showing them how to clean better and FASTER. I actually lost a $100 bill in my car. I forgot about it until the manager (I feel bad I don't know his name) brought it to me and said it was wedged in tee seat. I will continue to go there. Honest, friendly, and the car is always clean. Try not to go when there is a line, though. They push the cars throug the actual wash faster. read more

I called them they told me they did inside and outside detail when I got there they told me they can only do outside wash I decided to do the best at $14.99 when I pulled out I waited over 5 mins for them to dry my car before I had to go find someone and after my car was half dried he told me I was done had to remind them about tire shine I will never go back and do not recommend this car wash at all read more

Car wash is a bit overpriced and very sloppy when wiping down your car. I have gone repeatedly and complained with no results. They have missed areas of dirt on my car and also missed cleaning windows in my car as well. read more

What happened to this place? I used to go here twice a month to get the mid and premium car washing packages and they always came out decent. The quick service gave justification for the price, but not anymore. I went here yesterday and I'm displeased with the sloppy job. They seemed to totally forget to clean the rear seats as well as windex the windshield, and this was for the premium package! Will not be returning anytime soon. read more

Needed a quick car wash and this was local. The exterior was not thoroughly cleaned and I had to finish drying car with napkins I had in my glove compartment because my car was still dripping in some areas. Very basic and not thorough. read more

Worse car wash ever. I got the best package and it was a waste of 23.95 it includes wheel shine but they hardly clean the wheels and let's not talk about the water down armor all job where they don't even dry the wheel off before applying. They clean the inside window but left some of the window cleaner around the corners of the glass. I should have gone to wonder wash. They are lucky they get a one star from me since it's the lowest o could go. read more

I bring my car here occasionally. They do a terrible job. They don't wipe down the car properly and they miss spots and rush when washing the car. When you pay a premium for a car wash, you expect at least some attention to your car. read more

They do an ok job but don't go expecting your car to be perfectly clean, don't expect your windows to get cleaned on the inside even tho it's part of your package. read more

This is hands down the worst place and the worst people to deal with. The manager at the location is a very unpleasant man and was beyond disrespectful (on a separate occasion). The company was contacted and of course nothing done about it. Then when you ask for a supervisor at the main office they start by telling you that there really isn't a supervisor they are all working together in the office. So anyone knows that a business does not run like that. I ask a few more questions and get told a few more run around stories. After a couple of minutes I hear someone yelling to the person I am on the phone with about what she is telling me. I asked if that person wanted to speak with me since they felt so inclined to get involved and the girl on the phone said she doesn't get involved with things like this because she is the boss (thought there wasn't any bosses in the office). Never had a good experience there and will never go back. There are plenty of local car washes that are less expensive and do a better job. read more
