Just came today because my car was filthy, it took them 18 minutes to do a horrible job. There was still fur and dirt all over the interior. my rubber floor mats were covered in water. So i had a wet furry interior. As awkward as it is I had to request for them to go back over the inside bc it was unacceptable for me to pay $37 for that service And the photos are after they went back over everything a second time. You too can have your side view mirror not only broken, but the glass cracked too. I have a photo but not sure if Yelp will let me post it. To make matters worse, no one seemed to understand what I was saying when I said "You broke my side view mirror", and then they denied they did it. Also, the car wash was trash. Paid for the deluxe package which includes vacuuming the vehicle. They either did a horrible job or never bothered to vacuum it. My floors looked exactly like they did before the wash. The outside of the car looked good though. Will NOT be going back here!!! read more

I appeared at the minute car wash to get my car inspected and while waiting I used their car wash service. The staff is friendly and their car wash machines did a great job in washing my vehicle . The car wash has a good amount of space if you want to get rid of your old garbage. read more

I have been using this place for several years. At first, I wasn't fond of it because the interior was not fully vacuumed or cleaned. What I forgot to realize was this is just a general vacuum associated with a car wash. This is not meant as a detail service for your vehicle. With different car wash packages, they'll dust your dashboard, do a basic vacuum of your car, clean the inside windows, wash your floor mats, hand-dry your car, and hand-shine your tires. Again, this is a basic once-over. If you want your interior to be immaculate, pay to get it detailed. The prices here are very reasonable for the services they provide. Staff work extremely hard and are always friendly. They used to try upselling, but they stopped doing that several years ago. If you ask for a package, that's what you get. They don't push you. The lines here move at a reasonable speed. On busy days, they have 2 lanes open. If the line goes too fast, that means they're cutting corners and not properly cleaning. If they take their time, the job is getting done properly. I've never had an unreasonable wait time here, and I come here frequently. I've paid for both the interior and exterior detailing services here. They really do a fantastic job - and they work fast. In one day, my truck looked like it came out of the factory showroom. Several small scratches were buffed out and gone. Every minor detail was tended to. This is more than just a car wash. I recommend this car wash to friends all the time. read more

Like how they clean inside and outside including floor mats,& if not satisfied just talk to management & they'll try to rectify problem. I always ask service people to correct a problem and they have always obliged me. Most car washes you drive thru and their job is done , at least here they throughly dry vehicles. Spend $50 on detail job for my car to sit outside for 30 minutes, door open and running. Not one person touched it until I started to yell. Then when they told me the car was done, I told them I was watching and it wasn't even touched. Only to pull my car to the side of the building and start a horrible detail job. The detailers so an excellent job bot on the interior and exterior. Been here four times and they have always brought my car back to showroom quality. I would give them five stars but it's often very unorganized as far as your appointment not being scheduled in the books as it was over the phone and trying to get through over the phone is sometimes a challenge. However the manager has always made sure everything was corrected and apologized. Will definitely continue coming here and have purchased numerous gift certificates for friends and family. I have used this car wash several times and on each occasion my car seem to come out dirtier than the time before. $25 plus tax and the inside and outside is still dirty. Crumbs still on the floor, and salt and dirt on the entire exterior of my vehicle. Normally i would call one of the attendants over and complain but today i just can't be bothered. Spent $28 dollars on a special car wash only to have the front bumper still dirty and my car not properly wiped down. When we brought it to the attention of the people who worked there we were told they were "too busy" to pay attention to the service we paid for? I'm not a stickler when it comes to car washes and I understand that it won't be a perfect job but this was pure laziness! Luckily, the manager did come out to see and allowed us to go through again and the guys who wipe down in the beginning did a better job although the people at the end still had the same attitude. My boyfriend ended up using his own towel and wiping it down as they neglected the same parts of the car even after manager spoke to them. At this price we won't be returning again. read more

I have been going to this car wash for over 10 yrs. when I first started getting my car washed there, they were fantastic. For the past 2 yrs. I have always found a problem when I left, eg: cup holder still dirty, dashboard dirty, inside back of small suv never vacuumed. On occasion I have complained and they did correct problem. But the problems are getting more frequent. Today I Paid $24 only to find coffee spilled in my cupholder still in it and trunk of small suv never vacuumed. Very disappointed. Think I will find another car wash. I travel about 15 miles to go to this car wash. read more

I took my car there Monday after coming back from the beach on the weekend. The car was full of sand and had hundreds of died bugs on the front grill. I went to the car wash to check out the prices to get it detailed. As soon as I pulled up I was greeted by the manager Abby. I told him what I want to do and he explain to me my best options. He was very detailed about explaining what they will do to my car to get it the way I wanted it. He told me to leave the car and it should be done around 5...5:30 in the afternoon. He ended up calling me at 4 saying my car was ready. When I got there he walked me to my car and explained everything that was done. I couldn't have been any happier the car look show room new not only did they finish my car earlier than what he said but they did an amazing job. I didn't think that it would be possible to clean some of the stains that were on the seats but somehow they did it. I was more than pleased with the job that they've done and will be looking forward to going back with my other cars to get them done. I would be letting everyone know that minute car wash was a great experience and should be there first option. Abby was such a pleasure to deal with, you can really tell he loves what he does and giving you the best experience you can have. Do NOT GO HERE. Wash on Broadway location tore the rear wiper off my car. Attendant retrieved it, but it was broken. They sent me to their 9W location to make a claim report. Was told I have to wait to see "Gary." Waited half hour while he vacuumed cars. Finally he took my info. Two weeks later no word. Guess small claims court is next. Would Not go back there. Also read in other reviews they steal anything from the cars. read more

Loose material still on seat. $50 is supposed to make me feel good about the car and instead I am seething. I called the place up 30 minutes prior to me getting there, ask the person that I spoke with if they do photo inspection for new policies for Liberty Mutual. She replied yes. I asked if she will be able to do it today. Female replied yes. I told her I'm 30 minutes away would she be able to do it? She replied yes. I got there within 30 minutes went inside I waited two minutes until she acknowledge that I was there this is after she was finished from her back rub by unknown male. Tells me oh you just poked me 30 minutes ago sorry I can't do the photo inspection it's starting to rain! I said huh it's cloudy outside but not raining? She replied yeah it's policy that we're not supposed to do it on the rain. I replied what rain it's cloudy outside. She replied back yeah sorry we can't do it! I told her at least you could have told me over the phone that you can't do it if it's raining at least I could have taken my chances. They offered no resolution whatsoever. All she said was its policy that we can't do it while it's raining and I said what rain it's cloudy outside! I left the place without hesitation. This lady was trashy the whole place was trashy and unprofessional. She wasted 30 minutes of my day 20 miles later for me to get told she's not doing it after she told me that she was able to do it. I would not recommend this to anybody. this place is in Newburgh I'm assuming it's in town of Newburgh cuz it's a lot of crackheads around it! I'm really surprised that Liberty Mutual would associate themselves with this type of individuals or company! I've called Liberty Mutual to remove them from the listings and I hope they do. I had the Complete Detail done on my car at the Robinson Ave. location in Newburgh. They did an amazing job! My car had not been cleaned in a long time and I do a lot of driving. They made my car look brand new! Everything was shining and super clean and they were even able to remove the coffee stains from my seats. They were very thorough and didn't miss any spots. I was very impressed with how great it came out! The woman who handles the phone was also very nice and helpful as well as the guys who worked on my car. This used to be my favorite car wash. Not anymore. The quality of the car wash seems to decrease weekly. I recently just paid for the top level wash. When I got home, there was still mud on the passenger side behind the wheel. There is a much better car wash in Chester and it is worth the trip rather than pay top dollar and get inferior service. read more

I stopped here today because it was super convenient in my errands around the 'Burgh and my brother told me to check it out. Every one was super nice and I LOVED their description of service for the levels of cleanliness on their menu. Of course I want "really shiney tires"! And I do have them now! The outside of my car is squeaky clean and the inside is pretty good but...I have a big Black Labrador who likes to shed in the back seat, I know it's hard to get his hair up but there was a good amount left behind after the Special Wash. There was some dust left on the dash too, and the cup holders on the console weren't clean but for the price it's not too bad. Would I go back? These guys here are in a hurry to work on the next car that they forget about yours once you pay and drop the tips off in that box. Got out check my car front still dirty not wipe off my sides mirrors full of dirt, my interior not properly wioe off. I'm done not going back there. NOT RECOMMEND save yourself the aggravation. My husband was on his way to work and ran through a puddle of tar/sealant that was spilt on the road. It got all over the passenger hubcaps, front and back, both passenger side wheel wells, the front and back passenger doors about 4 inches up from the ground and the inside floor board. After asking our mechanic, a body shop, and the dealership how to get this cleaned, it was recommended we find a detail shop. We found Minute Car Wash and called to see if they could handle this problem. Nik said probably but they would need to see the car first. My husband Rich took the car down and they said they could do the job and clean the car. Wow!! What a wonderful job they did!!! Both hubcaps look like new, the wheel wells got cleaned out and the doors got cleaned off. The service they provided was superb on all levels, from the initial phone call to the actual cleaning of the car. They even told us to bring the car back 2 days later so they could recheck it and touch up anything that needed redone. I am so thrilled they were able to handle such a difficult job that we handed them and am happy to recommend them to anyone. read more

Very disappointed with my experience here. I got a gift certificate for a full car detail but what I got was less than expected. For starters, I had to leave it overnight although I dropped it off at 8am and it wasn't done until 6pm and by then I didn't have a ride. I came the next morning to pick up my vehicle and the employees could not find my keys at first.... well that's because they were INSIDE MY CAR which was parked on the side of the building- meanwhile, this is NOT in a safe location and certainly not one that I would leave my car unlocked at. Then, as I am driving the next day I start to realize that my radio was sounding odd with a weird thumping sound on songs.. I at first thought they had gotten something in my speakers and called to complain. I then had my boyfriend come over and look at the sound settings to find out they were all (bass, treble, etc) set to the HIGHEST setting. Which could have very well blown my speakers... meaning that the employees must have been fiddling around with my car and listening to the sound system all the while cleaning my car but forgot to put it back to the regular settings.
