During such a difficult and emotional time, it brings so much peace knowing that someone has your back and is doing everything they can to make things a little easier. Mario and the entire staff were wonderful to our family. They showed us compassion, offered their condolences, and were very attentive throughout the entire process. They truly helped make such a painful transition feel smoother and less overwhelming. We are extremely thankful for all of their help and for the services they provided. Losing someone you love is never easy, but having caring and supportive people guiding you through the process makes a huge difference. I would definitely recommend their funeral services to other families going through a loss. The only things I would suggest improving are the way families are notified when their service time is coming to an end, and making sure the microphones and screens are checked beforehand so everything is working properly. However, these were very minor issues compared to the overall experience. The care, compassion, and service we received were truly great and meant so much more to us during this difficult time. We are incredibly grateful to Mario and the entire staff for their kindness, patience, and support during one of the hardest times for our family. Thank you for helping make everything a little easier for us. read more

We recently used Deco Familia Rosecrans Funeral Home for my Mother-in-law's services. From step one to the end, everyone that assisted us was very professional and very courteous. They explained everything and helped things go so smoothly. This was our first time having to deal with a death in the family and Deco Familia made it as easy and stress free as possible. The viewing was beautiful, the way all the flowers and photos we took were arranged were beautiful. Even from the church to the cemetery was so smooth. The driver from Deco Familia helped us so much at the cemetery, he let us know what's next, when the priest would get there and what the next steps were. Deco Familia made an already difficult time as stress free and beautiful as it can be. We are very happy with the professionalism we received throughout the whole process. Thank you Deco Familia. read more

Mario and staff, are kind and patient. True professionals with the care they provide. Upon mom passing, I wasn't sure what I was going to do with her remains; when I mentioned cremation; I wasn't made to feel like thats a bad idea. I was worried about costs, and again, I was assured that my budgeted $ would be sufficient; if not they'd adjust the nominal fee, to help me. They kept me informed of the process and the delays. No hesitation about calling me and emailing to get the Correct details. THANK ALL OF YOU read more

My experience with Deco Familia/Paramount. Years ago, when my dad's health began to decline, I stopped by their office to inquire about the funeral service plans they offered. I found one and paid for it in monthly installments. Addressing the financial aspect ahead of time made a huge difference. I was not overcome financially. My father passed away on May 29, 2022, by this date his plan had already been fully paid. As soon as he passed away, I contacted Deco Familia's representative, Jimmy. Frankly, his professionalism merits admiration. His empathic, confident temperament gave me the assurance I needed to organize my father funeral services. His support team was also very caring and compassionate. Their warmth, and respectful care helped transform a simple building into an extension of our home. We were able to gather with our friends and family in this sacred space to celebrate my dad's life and bid him farewell. Thank you, Deco Familia, especially Jimmy for facilitating this process. read more

Horrible, horrible funeral home! Had my children's father's viewing here and it was disgusting. The AC wasn't working. The thermostat was literally reading 89 degrees inside. So many people in a small space, trying to say their last goodbyes and this place wasn't up to par. So hot, flies everywhere. Family was trying to shoo flies off my ex husbands body. When we asked about turning the AC on, they said it is on. When they realized it wasn't working, they brought huge fans in that didn't do anything at all. Their social skills suck. Very rude and unprofessional. Come across as very insensitive to guests. Would NEVER use this place for any loved one! read more
