White's Funeral Home was very efficient, great at explaining the process, and amazing with providing necessary updates. Jennifer Carrillo was always available to answer my calls or any questions that came up during the process. Although the pandemic did place a delay on picking up my mother's remains, Jennifer always remained in touch with me and sincerely apologized for the delay. My family used White's when my father passed away in 2002 and I'm glad that I chose them again to plan my mother's cremation as well. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family in the future.

Losing someone you love is never easy, but having caring and supportive people guiding you through the process makes a huge difference. I would definitely recommend their funeral services to other families going through a loss. The only things I would suggest improving are the way families are notified when their service time is coming to an end, and making sure the microphones and screens are checked beforehand so everything is working properly. However, these were very minor issues compared to the overall experience. The care, compassion, and service we received were truly great and meant so much more to us during this difficult time. Glenn's mortuary was referred to us on a list provided by the LA County Coroner's office. I called every one of them. Everything was handled over the phone as it was what they call 'a direct cremation' which is a very simple, and inexpensive, way to handle this sensitive matter. He would even be able to arrange special delivery of the cremation remains but we opted to go into town to receive them. Everything can be handled from afar is my point in case you live out of town. He also will perform complete funeral ceremonies tailored to your and your loved one's desires. He has been doing this for decades and still is as caring and understanding a person you would wish for under such sensitive circumstances.
