When I lost my mother to cancer, it was one of the hardest moments of my life. Rose mortuary and cremation was there for me every step of the way. The owner personally took the time to walk me through the process of what cremation and funeral services would look like. I was so afraid of how my mother would look, the makeup done for her made her look like snow white resting. She was so at peace and it gave me tremendous closure and comfort to see her looking so beautiful after looking so sick at the hospital. Every detail of her services, we're touched with pieces of the ocean. I had mentioned to the owner how my mother loved the sea, when we walked in to her services it was a beautiful seascape, I was so blown away at the details, there were little sand bottles with her name, handprinted on them. These keepsakes are still in my living room, and I treasure them. I didn't have to do anything they helped withb all the details down to organizing our food in a buffett style. They provided an easel and huge picture of her, so when you walked in, you saw her beautiful face smiling. All I had to do was send in my photos, and they were printed and framed all throughout reception. They allowed us to put a playlist of her favorite music together and played it throughout the venue. There were tv's playing her picture video memorial. The memorial cards they printed on a nice quality photo paper, and I was able to choose several pictures to go on the back which helped me include all of my family I'm so thankful God led me to this venue. They were so flexible with payment as well and allowed me organize donations before final payment. Thank you so much Christal and team. Me and my family are forever greatful for your hospitality. Christal the owner here in particular was so warm and welcoming, and I will never forget her hugs at such a hard time in my life. Thank you Thank you read more

It is unfortunate that we need to use services like this, but it's a part of life and I'm glad I chose Rose Cremation! My father passed away suddenly a couple of weeks ago, and I was not prepared for everything that goes along with a loved one passing. After talking to Christal from Rose Cremation, I felt like I had found an angel to help me with this process. Throughout the process, Christal helped me understand the services offered, and I decided to do a direct cremation with my father's remains shipped to Florida, where I reside. The prices are a lot lower than many other mortuaries, and both Christal and Lindsey were an absolute pleasure to work with, kind and understanding that this is a hard time in life, while I felt many other mortuaries were just in the business of making money on deaths, Rose Cremation treated me right and made the process very easy for me, as I live out of the state and was only in California temporarily. I am looking forward to receiving my father's ashes soon, I have the perfect urn for him and will be having him placed into the urn by a local Orlando mortuary. Thank you Christal and Lindsey for everything! I cannot recommend these ladies and their services enough! read more

Dear Rose Cremation, you were referred to me and on the worst day of my life you held my hand through this whole process from the very first call with Christy to me holding my husbands urn while Henry transferred with U2 playing from his phone list. I highly recommend Rose and their compassionate team. Thank you! Christy, Crystal, Henry, and especially Lindsey for listening to me and answering all my questions. read more

Cristal and Henry are the best. My uncle passed away in October, and it was my first time going through the funeral arrangement process. Cristal made it extremely easy. My mind was at ease after our first conversation. We honestly didn't have to worry about much, which I was extremely grateful for considering we just lost a loved one. Cristal asked all of the right questions to ensure that everything was taken care of to our liking. The services exceeded my expectations, and the cost was significantly cheaper compared to Rose Hills or Forest Lawn, which is helpful when you are dealing with an unexpected loss. We will continue to use their services in the future. Thanks Cristal and Henry! read more

Sometimes you wish you can give a business more than 5 stars. If I could, Rose Cremation would get 100 stars from me! If you are looking for a business to handle funeral services and cremation services, Rose Cremations is it. From the time my wife took her last breath up to the time they handed her remains to me, the staff at Rose Cremations was there for my family and me every step of the way. I couldn't be any more happier with what they did for my wife and her services. They customized her funeral services from everything she enjoyed in life. The theme they put together for her services was beautiful. We received so many compliments on how well it was put together. They made my wife look so beautiful and natural unlike other mortuarys. During our planning session with the team, we just went over what the family would like and what my wife's wishes were. With a few strokes of the pen on the notepad, Christy and Christal took it from there. It was so easy to work with them and more important, they were so comforting, understanding and very passionate about their job and the families they are servicing. I've planned many funeral services in my life for previous loved ones, but working with Rose Cremations had to have been the easiest and most comforting out of all of them. I can not thank Christal, Henry, Christy, DJ, Lindsey and the rest of the supporting staff at Rose Cremations enough. Do yourself a favor and pre-plan services with Rose Cremations or have your loved ones services taken care by them. You will not be disappointed. Again, thank you so much to the Rose Cremation team. You have made this difficult chapter of my life a lot easier with your professionalism, supportive love and comforting words. read more

I called Rose Cremation about 12 hours after my Grandfather passed. They answered all our questions within 15 minutes and met with us the very next day. He passed on Tuesday and we had wanted a service by that weekend because we had family in town that had to go home the next week. Somehow Rose was able to book us for that Saturday, which I'm pretty sure is the fastest I've ever seen a service done for one of my family members. They also went above and beyond for the service with their hospitality, printing and framing photos and having an amazing food and beverage display in their refreshment room for us! Other mortuaries had quoted me at nearly double the price as Rose, with NONE of the amenities that Rose offered. For example, other funeral homes offered only one hour for my family to grieve, no easels we can borrow, no rental caskets available, absolutely no food or drink and no printed photos. Rose offered everything from transporting his body, embalming, death certificate and an amazing service within 4 days for a better rate than anyone else I called. Their cremation prices were also the lowest I found. In short, Rose is one of a kind and took care of everything we needed in a very short amount of time. They personalized everything and offered services that most other mortuaries would not. My family was very satisfied and could not stop remarking at now nice everything had turned out! read more

I have nothing but good things to say about this Business but let me start from the beginning. I approached Christy with an idea I had to host my Daughter's Birthday Party in her Chapel Space and from the beginning she was nothing but encouraging and welcoming to my idea. I know It's not traditional to host a a birthday party in a place of Mourning but I'm so happy she agreed because It was absolutely perfect. The Venue fit my 60 guests very comfortably and the restroom is so big and clean, lots of parking too. Everyone had something to say about how beautiful the chapel was. Henry, Christy and Kosta went above and beyond to make sure that we were set up for a successful event. Henry and Christy saved the day as well by lending me a Tablecloth on the DAY OF when one of mine was not usable. Talk about going ABOVE and beyond! Btw if you plan to host your event here ask Christy about allowing you to rent the space a day before... it's life changing Party wise and she will make it happen for you which is very rare in most venues. Please wether it be to honor your Family member or to host any kind of event allow Rose Cremation Services to make it happen for you. 5/5 starts read more

Forever thankful that I found you girls during the hardest period of my life, thus far. From the moment I contacted Christy, I knew my dad would be in good hands. She went above and beyond to get things rolling for him that way my family and I wouldn't be extra overwhelmed when his time came. Communication was everything and more. I preferred texting during the process and Christy was always prompt in replying to my questions. She made me feel at ease, like I was talking to a friend. Once again, excellent communication. I appreciated it so much. Two days after the paperwork was filled out and ready, my dad passed away. That night, he was picked up from the hospital by Christy's team. Extremely professional. Her team (two men) were kind, respectful, and sympathetic during that time. In the following days, she continued to keep me informed. Then I met her counterpart Lindsey, and she was just as nice - very understanding and sweet. Thank you Rose Cremation, thank you ladies. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. read more

I would like to thank Rose Cremation for an absolutely beautiful service they provided for my little brother. They made a stressful and scary time so easy and I love how family oriented they are. They added so many personal touches to where it didn't feel like a funeral, but more of a gathering. What they provided for us was priceless and I cannot thank them enough! I am so glad I found them to do my brother's cremation services. I had called about 12 places before I spoke to Christal and she explained everything I'm such a manner I was able to understand. She was also the fastest provider I found. My brother's body was released from coroners office and within a week that he had been released we had the service. She was in constant communication always available to answer any questions. She even printed out some photos of my brother I had emailed her and set up a beautiful entrance and table inside the viewing room. She also included a memorial book and cards for guests. Her prices are sooo affordable and she's so caring and wonderful I cannot even recommend Rose Cremation enough. Thank you Christal from the bottom of our hearts. Didn't end up using their services. No one should deal with rudeness after the loss of a loved one. The hard core sell is unnecessary. Won't recommend this location. read more

We were shopping for a direct cremation service as my brother who had no wife or children had recently and suddenly passed away. My parents are in their 90's and were in no condition to take care of the arrangements, and wanted a basic cremation with essentially no bells or whistles. I called Rose Cremation and was put in contact with Lindsay. She was very helpful and never pressured us into anything that we did not want. This was very refreshing having just lost my father in law and dealing with the service in his area was like dealing with a used car salesman who was preying on people at a vulnerable time. I got the complete opposite from Rose. The bonus was that the fee that Rose charged was considerably less than what they charged to cremate my father in law in central CA and with no pressure. I highly recommend contacting Rose Cremation Services if you are in the unfortunate need of their services. read more

Great place and friendly staff! My father passed away unexpectedly last month. We knew that he wanted to be cremated, but we did not want to have an impersonal type of a funeral. Christal and her staff made my father's service the most pleasant and wonderful service that we could have, in light of this global pandemic. The process was easy. They took care of everything! I didn't worry about much. It was great! I know that I've been in contact with these ladies in dire circumstances and our interactions have been very little, but I feel like I've known them forever! They're genuine people and have your best intentions in mind. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone! read more

Christy !!! She is your go to for any of your funeral arrangements questions you name it. She was a God sent Angel in the midst of dealing with the lost of my beloved father. We had been trying to get funeral arrangements with another mortuary which was not going well and to my rescue I found Christy. Although we did not go with their services she offered her time and sympathy through the arrangement of my fathers body to be transferred through another mortuary. With that being said , you can't find people like her which is why I named her my earthly God Sent Angel. Thank you so much for all that you assisted me with even if it was just to hear me cry. read more

We had just received word that my mom was getting worse, breathing was poor, heart rate low and we should make arrangements. WHO CAN PREPARE AT A TIME LIKE THAT???? 5 siblings who are thrust in a room to make decisions and agree on something so important was going to take a caring touch. We got a referral list and checked reviews. We made our call to Rose Cremation Services after 9:30 PM and Crystal answered all our hard questions. She gave us something we hadn't had in days... peace of mind. We called other places but the caring we needed as a family drew us back to Rose Cremation Services. Customer service is excellent!! I unfortunately could not use them because my loved one was out of the area but I needed information and knowledge of the process because I was afraid of the mortuary I was using. I thought they might be doing shady things so I called here because they had so many good reviews. I can't say enough good thing about them. Lindsay helped me at 8:30am on a Saturday morning with this issue and I wasn't even using them. My family is grieving and her help made our process so much easier because we are grieving and emotions are high and I was about to be unprofessional to another business because the process was not working out the way we believed. Rose Cremation Services - I am so grateful with the entire staff for making my mother's funeral service perfect. - Cremation Services Near Me - Bellflower, California

Writing a review for a cremation service isn't something you would expect. But Rose Cremation Services provided such a great service that it deserves recognition. The death of my father happened very suddenly back in May and when I called Rose Cremation Services, the process was handled so smoothly and with ease. Christy, who's one of the co-directors, helped me out from the start and laid all the pricing and services they offer, and once we chose what we wanted, she took care of the rest. She's incredibly kind and sympathetic as a person, and took a lot of weight off our shoulders. Their service is amazing and took care of everything as quickly as they could. They recovered the body within 2 days of his death from the hospital, took care of setting up the funeral with our local church, got him cremated, and had the death certificates ready. The entire process was handled with extreme professionalism and efficiency. It's always hard to lose a loved one but Rose Cremation Services made everything so easy during a time when everything can feel so overwhelming. Highly, HIGHLY recommend them. Thank you! read more

After researching and contacting many different establishments when our uncle passed away, we decided to go with Rose Cremation Services and are glad we did. Christy handled our uncle's cremation in a compassionate and professional manner. She initially told us to think of her as our personal concierge through this difficult time and she did exactly that and more. She answered every question we had, gave us a time frame of what to expect and exceeded our expectations. She made herself available through this confusing and difficult time, handling our many requests and questions in a patent and efficient manner. We highly recommend Rose Cremation Services and Christy in particular. One last thing, after deciding to go with RCS, the whole process took about a week. Thank you, Christy for your patience and kindness. read more

To start, it is hard to put into words just how amazing Rose Cremation was through this process. Specifically with Lindsey who worked with us from beginning to end. Her compassion, communication, and understanding has been greatly appreciated by our family. The personable, kind and caring demeanor coming from Lindsey during an emotional/stressful time, has just made this process so much easier. We cannot express it enough how thankful for the time, attention and communication we experienced. We will definitely recommend them to our family and friends in their times of need. read more

My family worked with Christy and Christal to plan and set up an intimate memorial for my grandfather. The costs were reasonable compared to other locations, and we were so thankful with how beautiful the memorial for our grandfather was. The team was very thoughtful and patient with us, and I appreciated all the details that they arranged. We had put together a photo slideshow, which they played on two screens in the corners of the memorial service room. There were tables in the foyer where we were able to leave to-go containers with food for our friends and family to take home, and in addition to that, the staff even provided coffee and pastries. They picked out flowers early that morning and made a beautiful arrangement for my grandfather's casket. Many of my grandfather's friends and family were from other parts of the country or from overseas, so it was really helpful too that they had the equipment to livestream the service. It was livestreamed on YouTube, and the quality of the video was great, complete with a beautiful title screen and a small graphic of my grandfather's portrait, his name, and birth & death year in the corner of the video. It was a simple service, but things ran smoothly, and the staff were very thoughtful, and the space was beautiful. read more
