Once we decided what we wanted to include on our menu(s), they assisted us with budgeting and logistics and even coordinated with the other vendors to ensure everything went off without a hitch. The wedding was executed perfectly. Everything was prepared behind the scenes, so well that I barely noticed their presence. The food was delicious and our menu was diverse, something for everyone. After everything was said and done, we received a custom 'welcome to the family' cutting board from Andrew and Brandon as a thank you gift. Our experience working together was as positive as it gets. Originally from Portland, Maine, the cousins later settled in Southern California. Impressed with the Los Angeles food truck industry, they decided to start selling Maine lobster in the L.A. area. The menu consists of items made from Maine lobsters, such as Maine Lobster Rolls, Connecticut Lobster Rolls, lobster quesadillas, lobster tacos, lobster grilled cheese, lobster bisque, as well as New England Clam Chowder. After looking over the menu, I decided to order some "Lobster Tots" (tater tots served with warmed Maine lobster, cilantro lime sauce, pico de gallo). I was standing outside waiting my turn so the fresh air was great and the trees blowing and talking to people while standing on that horrendous line to try samples. Will not do that again
