The times she has gone on vacation I've come back, and every time I regret it. I needed a one week fill. Instead of charging me for a one week fill with foreign lash fee, they charged me for a 6 week fill!! Even the tech told me that wasn't right.. The second time I came back the tech was struggling, it felt like she spent more time ungluing my lashes from the pad then actually doing my lashes. When I got home, I noticed she had CUT a third of my bottom lashes because she didn't cover them with the pad correctly. And the last time, I was told I didn't have an appointment, when I showed the tech my text confirmation she said the tech is on her way she was over 30 minutes late and finished a full set in about 40 minutes. I had showed the tech a picture from THEIR yelp page of what I wanted and my lashes looked nothing like it. Then she said "let me check your profile" because my biggest complaint was the length. She used 14/15s when I get 19/20s.. and she said oh ,ok. So she tried to add longer lashes in, four times she took off the pads thinking she was done but I kept saying they are too short and look nothing like the picture. I finally gave up. She glued lashes on top of lashes so now I have thick clumps of glue along my lash line that are too heavy for my lashes. The longer lashes look messy and out of place. I reached out via email thre days later to get this rectified but I haven't received a response.

When I had my eyelash extensions done here, the way I've experienced it was that the setup is multiple employees and their clients in the same room. I was skeptical when I saw a 20% off coupon on the back of my H-E-B receipt, but decided that since I don't pursue extreme activities like bungee, jumping, hiking, and perilous trails I will, however , try different nail salons. I called Deluxe as soon as they opened, mentioned the coupon and asked if an appointment was necessary. I was told: Appointment not required, but recommended. Upon check-in, I was immediately greeted politely and offered a clipboard walking me through the checkbox list of services. I specified that I wanted today: a glow-in-the-dark nail color and in what service they have that available: dipping powder or acrylic. I was shown to a pedicure spot where two attendants were already waiting since my menu of checkboxes was secret service style called to them already, and their trays were prepared with all of the exfoliants and potions. I put on the back massager, and I was ready for some relaxation. I opted for the basic pedicure and added a 15 minute massage on the legs. I don't know about you but there's nothing like a good leg massage that I always found lacking at other places. I was offered my choice of wine, soda or coffee, and I went with the mimosa and was offered a refill. Everything was complete and clocked in about one hour and my coupon was honored and I am definitely a fan. Five out of five, will return and I will bring my pedicure pal next time!

This time they ruined my natural nails and it will take a year for my nails to grow back out thick like they were. I asked BELLA ( who raved about how beautiful my nails were when I sat down) not to file my natural nails, she kept insisting my gel polish would not stay on without filing my nails and I told her it has never been a problem before and please don't file my nails. She soaked my polish in acetone and then began filing off what she said was paint and I told her repeatedly to stop filing my nails. The 4th day, my index finger nail broke all the way down past the quick and started bleeding. Over the next 2 weeks 4 more nails did the same thing because she filed them so thin. I went back when the nails had grown out enough that I would be able to put it in acetone, wanting them to soak off this polish and give me a regular polish manicure for free since they don't know how to remove gel polish from natural nails. I spoke to management (TRACY) who had a nasty attitude and I explained to her what happened and that my nails were ruined and she said it looked like regular wear and tear even though I have been coming here consistently to get my nails done and have never even had a chip in my nails, let alone completely broken off . Not to mention, the rest of my nails had no chips in them. I have a crack in my other index finger now and it looks like it's going to break all the way down my nail bed like the other one did.
