It was such an aggressive wax. Then I told the owner and sent photos, and basically I'm being called a liar. Despite being charged for a wax, and clearly seeing waxes on my face and how my face is, Wendy said that all she did was tweeze me. Being a grown woman, I've had multiple waxes done in my life, including at this establishment. This has never happened to me before. The owner did not handle this professionally or care that their customer was injured.

Yesterday they told me since my nails were longer it was going to be $40 and $10 for each broken nail. So I went in today and the guy that works there the owner named Johnny told me that nobody wants to do my nails. He said that I didn't want to pay enough money but the problem is he kept changing his mind every day about the prices. He literally yelled at me in the store in front of customers and said that no one in the store wanted to do my nails. In my entire life of going to places like beauty salons and that kind of thing I have never been treated so badly as these people have treated me. Be aware.

1 Star (because 0 isn't an option) - WORST Nail Salon Experience Ever…read more Absolutely *DO NOT* waste your time or money at this place. I walked in expecting a relaxing, pampering experience. What I got instead was like a horror show. First of all, the place was *filthy*. The floors hadn't been mopped in what looked like weeks, there was nail dust everywhere, and the tools didn't look sanitized at all. I even saw a nail tech drop a buffer on the floor... and just keep using it. No disinfectant. Nothing. The tech who worked on me was clearly untrained or didn't care. She was rough, rushed the job, and left a large cut and my cuticles bleeding. When I flinched in excruciating pain, she rolled her eyes. I MAY HAVE TO GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM AND GET STITCHES. SHE KEPT USING THE SAME NAIL FILE THAT HAD MY BLOOD ON IT. Also, the place *smelled* awful -- not just from strong chemicals (which is expected to a degree), but like mildew and something rotting in the back. The chairs were cracked and sticky, the magazines were from 2014, and there was *literally* a roach crawling across the wall and what looked like mouse poop in the corners. Don't be fooled by the pretty pictures online. This place is a scam and a health hazard. Save your money, your nails, and your sanity -- and GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!

The workers were arguing while I was supposed to be relaxing and getting my nails done. The gel has already started to peel and it hasn't even been a day. The nail techs appear to hardly be amateur and they are the most impolite people I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to. I thought this place would be nice from the pictures and other reviews but that could not be further from the truth. I wouldn't come back here if I was paid to do so.
