I'm visiting from Louisiana and needed a quick acrylic set while in town, so I ended up at Rose Nails & Spa--but unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this place. While the service was fast, it definitely felt rushed, and my nails show it. The polish is uneven, with some areas thicker than others, creating visible lumps. After curing them under the gel light, the tech filed the sides of my nails and ended up scuffing the polish. There are also bumps and bits of powder that got sealed into the gel, which just makes them look messy. I was hoping for a clean, polished set, but left disappointed. read more

I just had the worst manicure/pedicure experience of my life. I have used this business before in the past and have always been happy with the results...until today. The technician acted like she was annoyed that I even existed. The pedicure was rushed and subpar, she did a terrible job filing my nails, all the edges are rough and I will have to re-file them myself. The manicure was pathetic. It took her maybe eight minutes to do my complete manicure and again, my nails will need to be reshaped because they're all crooked and rough on the edges. There is polish all over my cuticles. Sloppy, sloppy job. I really regret tipping her now that I'm home and can really see just how bad this manicure looks. I have an event tomorrow, now I need to find someone to redo this mess. It will be a long time, if ever, that I go back to this nail salon. Extremely disappointed in my service and that technician might need to find herself a new job because she obviously does not like what she's doing for a living. read more

I've had other bad experiences here but it's been a year or so since I've been. Nothing fancy, just regular polish. The nails are fully painted, there are bubbles, there's polish over the nail on my skin. It took all of 10 minutes before being pushed over to a dryer. Terrible work. read more

I used to love this place. I went in today and the lady i got, Tina, was inattentive and kind of rude. She was on the phone the entire time and ignored every request I had. I got a gel pedicure with frenchies, and an acrylic fill and got white French tips as well. I told her I didn't like something about my toes and she blatantly ignored me and continued what she was doing. Don't even get me started on my nails. They're uneven, chunky, and inconsistent. I told her I wanted the deeper frenches and I was willing to pay the extra, and this is what I got. And I still had to pay full price. I'm so disappointed. I have been going to Rose Nails for 7 years and have nothing but positive things to say about the salon. It's best to call ahead to get who you like. I always schedule my appointments during the week to avoid the busy weekend rush. The pedicure area is relaxing and I love the massage chairs. Not many salons do pink & white nail dip and I have never found anyone in the area or in my travels that does as good a job as they do. We stopped by this nail salon while we were on a trip in Florida to see my mom. I had previously gotten a gel pedicure back in California and I had needed to get it removed. I was wanting just a plain pedicure with no polish. The did a great job taking my gel off and buffing up my nails. My husband and father were also joining me on this trip and my husband's nail technician did an excellent job on his feet. He has super dry feet and they took good care of him and mage is feet smooth as butter. I highly recommend this place! read more

My mother and I had a terrible experience here. From the moment we sat down, they were rushing the whole dip manicure. Their work was sloppy, messy and rough. The didn't take pride in making the dip smooth. The dip was crusted on to our cuticles and fingers. Their work stations and screen were dirty!!! The whole time the guy kept asking us to do yellow color and rushed us to pick a color. Nothing about this place or experience was good. No gentle hand massage. I had to come home and file my own nails after paying $48. 00. Disappointing to say the least! read more

My nail technician was very sweet but my gel nails lasted three days. Day two of them I noticed my left thumb nail was chipped and today on day three I noticed two nails are chipped. Gel nails are not suppose to do that. I'm sad that this happened. read more

I really liked them..been going for quite some time..even talked them up..then noticed the techs were on timers therefore rushing thru your service.. Some techs aren't trained enough.. Getting fills leaves your nails so thick I can't pickup coins...my last appointment apparently my tech had an appointment and kept looking at the clock again rushing thru my nails.. I give this place 2 stars because the staff is friendly but I got my nails done here about 2 weeks ago and I won't be going back there. I paid 50 bucks for the pink and white powder tips which I don't care about the price I want my nails to look beautiful. Well the day after I got them done I noticed my nails looked uneven but all well they were very nice, 3 days later one of my nails comes off and 2 days after that 2 other nails came off. My right pointer finger the nail is slowly deteriorating and it's look chipped but it isn't... Not happy that I paid for beautiful month lasting nails but got nails that seem like dollar tree stick ons. read more

This was a last minutes decision to have a pedicure and my husband and I did not regret it.

My wife had a terrible experience at her visit to this salon. The man who was assigned to complete the service of removing healthy nails and applying acrylic overlay with gel color was everything less than professional, competent, and his demeanor reeked of arrogance. He attempted to apply acrylic without removing healthy nails. When she said something to him, he was visibly upset. He replies, "I have been doing nails a long time, 14 years." She smiled and nodded. Throughout the process, the file speed was so high it was burning. She would pull her hand back and he would proceed to smile and laugh. He also filed and trimmed so carelessly making multiple areas bleeding around the nails. He even had the audacity to say, "You're a baby!" and laughing about it. She has never been treated such a horrible manner. I feel that when a customer visits an establishment every 10-14 days paying approximately $100, they shouldn't receive services of subpar performance. I do not recommend this nail salon. read more

I am originally from Michigan so randomly choosing a nail salon nearby was a dicey thing. However, Rose Nail salon was a good gamble. I did not have an appointment so I just did a walk in. I waited for someone to finish to take care of me. The service was friendly. My beautician was extremely nice. We have plenty conversation and explained everything he was doing. He was also attentive to my preferences. They only negative things about my experience was the price and what I originally asked to get. I requested a full set of acrylics but received a gel manicure. So at the end of the service I was surprised to be charged $45 for the gel manicure than an acrylic sets. I would have been more upset but I was actually very happen with how my nails came out. I would definitely come back if I'm around again. read more
