Living in Des Moines, Tacoma seemed a little far but I was in a crisis so I booked the slot for 1 pm with Terry Ross. I was nervous because the person who ruined my hair shattered my trust. When I walked in, I immediately noticed the establishment was modern with its open floor plan, clean and both customers and hairdressers all seemed happy, engaged in conversation while working - immediately a good vibe. Terry acknowledges me and as soon as she's finished with the previous customer she comes over to me to take a look at what she's dealing with (a color disaster to say the least) Terry really took her time to evaluate what was done to my hair by the previous person. She went over the details of what she planned on doing to correct my hair color making sure to address all my questions in the process. As I was getting my hair shampooed I mentioned to Anna that I was getting my hair colored the next day, that girl that colors my hair doesn't cut it. Anna told me that she's also a colorist and that she was available to color my hair right then. I haven't been happy with my other colorist the last few times noticing my hair color has been very brassy so I decided to give Anna a try and let her color and cut my hair. Anna is amazing she corrected the damage and did a terrific job with my highlights my all over color and my cut.
