This was easily the worst haircut I have ever received. I came in for a low fade and two inches off the top. Not only did they knick my scalp resulting in bald patches, but the left side of my head was faded all the way up into a part. The right side of my head was not blended and was still faded like it was a high fade. They pushed my hairline up 1/2inch. The back of the my head is the only thing that is remotely close to a low fade and with the combination they gave me it is horrid. read more

Never again will i come to this barbershop, went in asking for a low skin fade to let the rest grow out and got a fuzzy looking fade with a really bad line up. My side burns where pushed in about a quarter inch of my original hairline and my line up came out really crooked and i even have 2 big scabs from the line up. i paid 15$ and right after went to another barbershop and paid 20$ to fix my hair and save myself from having to go completly bald! Now i have to let my hair grow for another 2 months to get back to how it was. The best barber shop in the Lakewood/Tacoma/Puyallup area. I've had the same barber for almost 7yrs. When I first walked in I felt welcomed and treated like I had been a repeat customer. Yes they may be always busy but I wouldn't want to go to a barbershop that wasn't busy. My barber has even cut his lunch short because I had a last minute meeting and needed a cut two days earlier. I took my grandson to get a hair cut and allowed him to choose his own style of cut. He asked the barber for a high-top fade and provided him with a picture. Amazingly, that is exactly what he got, a well-crafted high-top fade. My grandson was so excited that the barber was able to mimic the picture. Although, I thought his hair was too short to get that cut. I thank Razor Sharp for such a great job and the ability to make my son a happy young man. He refuses to go anywhere. This place was a big mistake. My 4yr old grandson needed his hair cut so they waited and when it was his turn he sat in the booster chair they provided and was in good spirits because he was having his hair cut and didn't move. The barber spent most of the time holding his(my grandson's) head to one side while he spoke to his friends. He threatened to shave my grandson's head bald if he moved and he cut his hair crooked all across his hairline. There are spots throughout his head. He has red marks on his neck where the barber and the one barber that took over, wrapped the paper too tight. He has red marks and nicks all over his ears and face. This is and was completely ridiculous. We were there about 11/2 hours and my grandson started to cry, the other barber took over put the new neck tape on too tight and finished his hair. They should tell you in advance they can only be nice to children they know. I do not recommend you take your mixed child to this place. In my opinion they are definitely not qualified to cut kid's hair. read more

If i could leave zero stars i would. They are beyond unprofessional, there is no form of management here nothing at all. They are rude and tend to treat you like "crap". I had the worst experience possible with them. After asking to have my face lined up the barber cut off my beard "accidentally" and i was only offered a measley 3 free haircuts and might i add i bald DAMN, when i actually went to claim my "free" haircuts it didnt happen the person that screwed up my face refused to cut it and so did everyone else but yet you say i will fix the situation and cut your sons head can we sa hell no you had an attitude when you cut mine but im suppose to let you screw up my kids head dont think so. The whole shop is nothing but a ghetto hole in the wall piece of crap establishment. so all i can say is beware because please believe if they screw you over there will be nothing done and NOBODY will be willing to do a free cut even if they are wrong read more
