You made your new employee take over everything and you always talk so highly about them and how quickly they caught on and how they're just going to take over everything when I've been there trying my best putting my all into this and being there for you even when you weren't at the shop. I would go there to help you And I didn't even get paid hourly for that. Not training me properly and belittling me for asking questions or making mistakes is insane. I don't know why you think threatening people to make them learn is a good idea it's not Especially when you knew I had little to no experience. You are the one who lied and took advantage of me.
