The selection was plentiful and prices were $45+, depending on size. I chose the Deluxe Wild Child option which is the designers choice. I figured they would make something amazing. I left a note for the florist that the recipient loves bright colors, roses, and exotic flower to help with the decision. I'm in a different time zone and the day was passing by without an update. I gave Rosaspina a call and the knew exactly my order, was very pleasant on the phone, and was also eager to celebrate. I was told a photo of the flowers would be sent to me as well. The flowers were delivered an hour or so later. I wasn't sure what to expect. Well, the flowers turned out to be a piece of art. Absolutely stunning! A bright birthday bouquet that was perfect. I loved the detailed email updates, the studio photo of the creation, and the delivery was wonderful. The flowers came in a stylish square vase. Cost: $58 for standard, $115 for deluxe, and $173 for premium. $20 for hand delivery. I left a $10 tip for their excellent service. This local florist in Montclair, NJ is top tier. Thank you!

Rude owner. Under pays workers, curses off customers and employees…read more I never lied about my experience with you. You are simply rude and manipulative! I wasn't a reliable employee ? I literally came to work the next day when we had some of the worst rain and flooding we have seen in years and I still made it to work I didn't call out I came in. I did everything you asked of me and I asked you for more hours and you said no. There have been multiple times where I would stay at the shop to try and learn and just to help you out . I'm not unreliable I just can't stand Rude fake people. Calling me names and paying me 8 dollars an hour is beyond disgusting. I told you that was too low and you Promised me better pay once I got a little better at my job. Which I did! Maybe I wasn't the best at arrangements but you never took the time to teach me. You would just do an arrangement and tell me to now do it my self. You lied! You wanted cheap labor from a person who needed a job desperately. You lead me to believe I would be trained and would work my way to a pay raise. How many times did I ask you to give me a pay raise ? You raise all your prices yet you can't pay your employees ? All the driving I did for you . Literally just bought a car and my seats were ruined working with you . You didn't pay for gas at all And as far as me not showing up for shifts and being unreliable you literally told me not to come into work for three weeks straight. You literally left me hanging for weeks without pay while you were paying me eight dollars an hour . I would literally show up to the shop on time and even before hand for you just to text me to go home . Once I did come back you literally replaced me and then belittled me about it . You made your new employee take over everything and you always talk so highly about them and how quickly they caught on and how they're just going to take over everything when I've been there trying my best putting my all into this and being there for you even when you weren't at the shop. I would go there to help you And I didn't even get paid hourly for that. Not training me properly and belittling me for asking questions or making mistakes is insane. I don't know why you think threatening people to make them learn is a good idea it's not Especially when you knew I had little to no experience. You are the one who lied and took advantage of me. Maybe if you weren't a liar and manipulator this wouldn't have happened. You said you would train me and teach me. You never did!!! All you did was tell me you'll finish it all and to go home. You literally called me a retard because I was admiring and studying an arrangement. Maybe it never occurred to you that some people actually learn by studying things and looking at detail. To you I was just a retard. I don't see the big deal since no one was in the store and I did literally everything you asked me to do that day and more. I don't know where you get off thinking you could talk to people and treat them however you like, your fake façade doesn't fool everyone that's for sure. You lied to me when I could of said yes to a billion other employers yet I wasted my time on you. I was a bad employee?? You are a bad teacher and employer ! Don't say I'm a liar when you have the emotional capacity and empathy of a hormonal teenager grow up and learn respect.

Update: The owner of this shop did not like my review - reading it too quickly too realise I had…read morewritten we did receive the bear. She called up my son in the hospital and raged that she would call the police on me because the review below was not to her liking. This really scares me. No business should be harassing the receiver of gifts no matter what. I am going to report this odd and harassing behavior to YELP. If the owner calls my son again, I will put a restraining order on her. Below is my original review, untouched: We ordered flowers from this establishment in the morning giving the lady on the phone precise details - hospital name, room number, my DIL's name etc. By very late in the day - after closing hours, flowers had yet to be delivered. We called the shop. The lady who answered made a call and discovered her driver had been misdirected by someone at the hospital to go somewhere else. He had the precise room number, address etc and chose not to double-check. Finally, late into evening, a very small flower arrangment with just okay looking flowers arrived at the hospital. Ouch. Not even in a pretty vase. The teddy bear we ordered STILL had not arrived after all this. A while later, a little teddy bear (at a very high price) arrived in a small black gift bag. Another ouch. A black gift back for a newborn baby girl's teddy? How oddly inappropriate. This is not our first adventure in ordering flowers for a DIL in the hospital giving birth. Our first flower order (in DC) for our first rgandchild was amazing. The flower arrangement was gorgeous that time and huge, the vase the flowers were delivered in ON TIME was stunning, the teddy bear, large and adorable. Same pricing but just WOW. This was not Wow. This sent the message, "We don't care that much." Ouch. We saw the photos. It was embarassing. I'm very sorry we trusted the reviews for this establishment. The lady on the phone is very nice, but there is no quality going on here. And the delivery man should learn his city. If a client says, "This hospital, this room," believe them. Do not waste your money. You will end up being embarassed. Follow up: We asked for "baby colors for a little girl." It was appropriate to expect the gift bag would not be black which represents death and Halloween to most people. There are no "bear" dimensions on the site to check. Last time we ordered a stuffed animal it was 3x the size. Saying "You should have checked on the website" is not a reasonable response. A more thoughtful answer could have been, "Sorry you were disappointed. We will put measurements up on our website for others in the future." That would have been a classy answer. If I had not followed up and checked on the delivery, out gift would have stayed at the wrong hospital overnight. The driver should have double-checked when misdirected. Without my check-in call, those flowers would still have never arrived. A no-brainer to follow through when given a specific address and room number. We looked at the photos of other flower companies and also of order we've been happy with before. For 50 dollars less, more flowers and a pretty vase were always the norm. We have the right to be disappointed and state so. With so many positive reviews for this venue, it's beyond shocking this store owner would actually PHONE my son. He did not pay for this order. His wife just had a difficult delivery. He does NOT need this tasteless drama handedd his way. It's easy enough to email back and forth privately with class. I am beyond shocked that any business owner would make such hostile and crazy choices. "I am calling the police on your mother because I didn't like her review!" OMG.

Best florist in Bergen County, hands down!…read more A friend recommended this place after I saw the gorgeous graduation bouquet they made for her son. It was so beautiful that I had to order one here too. I only mentioned that the recipient loves purple, and they created the most stunning bouquet with all the purple vibes. Just look at the photos. I absolutely loved it the moment I picked it up! The florist was incredibly kind and welcoming. I was able to place my order over the phone in advance, which made everything so easy. They're open every day, making it super convenient to pick up your flowers whenever works best for you. I picked up my bouquet around closing time, and almost all the flowers were sold out, so I highly recommend ordering ahead if you want the best selection and specific designs. This is definitely my new go to florist! Just a heads up, there's no parking lot, but you can easily pull over right in front for a few minutes with your hazard lights on.

After several visits to Brookside, this city girl that has only known concrete officially has a green thumb. The staff at Brookside are extremely helpful. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Leroy and he was able direct me to the most beautiful plants the store had to offer. He was very knowledgeable about gardening and the life spans of all of the flowers and plants. He encouraged me to make lovely pots at home. What a clever salesman. The prices were reasonable which also encouraged me to buy more. The cashier and office staff were also very cordial. This seems to be a well ran family business (I don't know, just guessing).
