They were delivered on time as promised, and when I arrived for dinner I was totally blown away by how beautiful they'd turned out! When we picked it up, we politely asked if they could add more filler to make it look fuller and even said we'd PAY extra for it. Instead, the two rude women working there acted like we insulted their life's work. One of them actually took the bouquet apart in front of us, barely moved anything around, then tied it back even tighter so it looked smaller than before. Their attitudes were absolutely disgusting -- they acted like they worked at Chanel instead of a mediocre flower shop selling grocery-store quality roses. And somehow they had the audacity to charge $83 for a dozen roses that looked worse than the bouquets you can buy at ShopRite for half the price. Honestly, ShopRite flowers look more professional and cared for than this mess. I ended up having to completely redo the bouquet myself at home and go buy extra filler because they clearly couldn't be bothered to do the bare minimum for such an important occasion. The photos speak for themselves -- it's painfully obvious which bouquet came from this place. -1000 stars for both quality and customer service. Rude, lazy, overpriced, and completely unhelpful. Save your money and make your own bouquet because these people clearly do not care about their customers or their work.

She used white roses, which had a green tint. According to her that was because of the species of the rose. Four days later, three of the roses rotted at their base and fell of the stems. On non-holidays, you usually have a choice between the soup or the salad of the day. You select your pot of tea from over 60 premium tea flavors. Today, I chose the "Paris" special tea, which had notes of vanilla, caramel, and bergamot. For the Mother's Day Queen's Tea, we had the broccoli and cheddar quiche, a pear, goat cheese, candied walnut, mixed green salad, scones, assorted mini sandwiches, and several mini desserts. Every course was fresh and excellent. The caramel scones are one of the best things I have ever eaten. They are served warm with clotted cream and lemon curd. The caramel is so goey and melts in your mouth. We brought some orange juice and prosecco to have mimosas with our tea. They have glassware in the back that you can request when making your reservation. The service is always top-notch. Holly is the best server! She is super sweet and always hardworking. At the entrance, there is a little gift shop with lots of cute vintage items, tea-themed trinkets, and some of the loose lea tea available in small bags.
