I ordered for a party of 30. The salad had a hair inside of it and one of the pizzas was wrong. No one at the party wanted to eat the food after they saw the hair. I spoke to tanya and she stated I should have called sooner and to bring the food I threw out in a garbage bag. I had to order an entirely different dinner for my party. Huge price increase. 75 dollars for 20 inch 4 item specialty pizza. They charge 15 dollars for the "free" 12 inch cheese in case you forget the coupon. Last 2 times we ordered, phone girl was rude and short about everything. Put you on hold for 12 minutes. Went to pick it up 45 min later and There was no one in the store(customers) and the phone wasn't ringing. I still waited 15 more minutes for my order. Been going here for 20 years. Have never had such bad service from here. The chicken we received in our wing order were all raw. Luckily we still had an (over cooked) pizza. When I called asking for a refund, the woman who answered the phone was not friendly and did not even apologize for our food being RAW. She was able to process the refund after I denied her initial offer of a new order or a credit for our next purchase. read more

This location doesn't do the coupons they offer. For ten years I've used the coupons on the box that say save 12 and get 50% off a pizza and I always use it for the extra large and was told today they won't honor it. GO TO THE CAROL STREAM LOCATION. Not this location. Update: just called the carol stream location and they honor the coupons (they let us order the largest size!) DEFINITELY GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION. We've been frequenting this place for a good 18 years and have always had an amazing experience. The staff is always helpful and the pizza is delicious! We've catered many kids birthday parties from here and the manager, Neil, is always very willing to help us find the perfect package and offer great deals for event. A couple of night's ago, I ordered The Windy City pizza for delivery. After a literal ten minute wait on the phone, I instructed the young lady that I wanted NO ONIONS on my pizza. I also told her that I had a coupon for FREE DELIVERY. My pizza arrives 65 minutes later covered in onions. As I'm signing for the delivery, I also notice that I was charged a $3.00 delivery fee. Two simple requests, two big failures. This is not the first time this establishment has messed up my order. With an abundance of pizza places around, I'm done with this Rosati's. read more

I've stopped in a few times for the slice deal, since I'm a big fan of pizza, in general. The slices are huge and the pizza is decent. However, the customer service could really be better. Today we were highly disappointed. We walked in and ordered two slices to go for a quick lunch, and we were told twenty minutes. We decided to walk to the Walgreens to grab a few items and pass the time. We were back in the allotted time and then waited another half an hour. Numerous pizzas went out as we waited, and there was no apology. In fact, we were told the pizza was being cut twice. Apparently this is a very time consuming process. I don't think we'll be back. The pizza is only ok, and I don't like being lied to. We could have purchased a frozen pizza, cooked, and eaten it in the time we waited. read more

Beware!! Very disturbing!! We would give 0 stars if we could. My husband and I got fried chicken and had it delivered. They said within an hour for delivery. We also had a free delivery coupon. Well it was well over an hour as my husband kept on calling to find out where are food was? They kept saying they were short on delivery drivers. Why didn't you say that in the first place? When he finally arrived I gave him the coupon and he walked away to his car. I never signed the slip or gave a tip. The bill was $21.22. the chicken was terrible and way overcooked. I looked at my debit card and was charged $26.22. I contacted them and they said the driver added a $5 tip and the manager saw no signature. They said they would refund us the $5. Never got it yet. Hmmm. It's the simple fact that the driver just did fraud. I did contact the police and they are fully aware of what took place. We also just had the night time shift manager (Hana) call back and tried to bribe us by taking off the Google review and she would refund us the whole amount plus give us a $10 credit for the next purchase. But she was very sorry for what happened. Not by bribing. I told her absolutely NOT! People need to see what you are doing. I also put in a phone call to the corporate office. First of all this isn't even a real Rosati's it to my Rosati's according to the corporate headquarters and they send out coupons and then when you go there they have to call the manager to get it approved...just stay away from this place. Pizza is average. Customer service sucks. Ordered a white pizza with mushrooms, got sausage instead (yuck). Was offered the correct pizza be delivered in an hour and a half (!!!) or a $25 credit . I happily took the credit. A few months later placed a deliver order and applied my credit (which covered the whole bill)with the girl over the phone. Got a call 10 min later from the manager that I can't apply a credit towards a special/coupon deal and was told my balance due to the driver was $23. Really ?!? In my opinion a credit is a credit and unless they can train their employees that take the orders to actually know that, they should have honored it. Two big mistakes for average pizza isn't worth it. Luckily we are in Winfield and the Carol Stream location delivers here too so that'll be our new Rosati's! read more

Im giving this place 4 stars, here's why: - Pizzas are usually very good - the Chicago style, deep dish, and "meat lovers" are the best. Tons of ingredients to choose from also. - Sandwiches are all usually very good! Philly steak sandwich is great, as is the Cheef. - Check out their cheeseburgers! I don't know if it was a freak accident, or just coincidence - but let's hope this is the norm. I ordered one last week - and we had delivery - this sucker was so HUGE (and it was only about 5 bucks) it was almost twice the size of the bun!! It was also very good, too. I cannot tell you how large this thing was for the price (compared to the 7-8 dollar burgers say at Chili's, Friday's, and so forth - that are smaller. - I was pleasantly surprised! This was twice the size of a burger at 'Five Guy's and $2 cheaper. - Their menu is HUGE. Twice the size of their competitors like the nearby Taylor Street Pizza. - their fish and golden fried shrimp are excellent!! (and fairly priced). A dozen golden fried large shrimp for under $14 with fries. The same dozen shrimp (smaller) at Taylor Street Pizza for near $18. - Fried perch - very good. - Fries are good, though can be salty. You can ask for no salt on the fries, though. - Wait times (if you go in and place an order right then) can be on the longer side, especially during peak times over the weekend say on a Friday or Sat evening. A few times I stopped there just on the way home for a sandwich, and the wait was about 25-30 minutes, though I wasn't overly bothered by this. If time is a big deal, plan or order ahead. Delivery times can also be on the longer side, but I usually just pick up our orders. **** This place also has a VERY CUTE girl working there who I overheard was a 'manager.' Latina, Long black hair, glasses, CUTE. :) I have to give them 4 stars based on all of this. I go here often. There have indeed been a FEW times over the years we have gotten some wrong orders, or there was skimping on the pizzas, but this has only been a few times over various years. Mediocre Pizza and rude management. I was charged twice for a pizza because of a supposed power outage. The girl on the phone was very nice and polite about the whole thing, but said that I'd have to come in and speak with her manager. I showed up to speak with her manager on a Friday night. Her manager said it was a bad night to be dealing with this, but dug through the records and printed off my receipt from the night I ordered pizza. She then claimed she had no record of a second transaction, and that I'd need a bank statement to verify. I showed her the live feed of my bank account on my phone, but she insisted on a bank statement, and that she'd need her accountant to look after it. To make everything worse, the pizza is mediocre, at best. The cracker crust is fine, but the pepperoni pizza we ordered was greasier than a pepperoni pizza should be, and it was cold upon delivery. The place is under a half mile from my house. How it got cold in that half mile is beyond me. read more

I had an amazing and mind blowing experience here at Rosati's Pizza place. Their service is top-notch! All of their staff are decent, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. They greet me the time I entered the place and even show a big smile to me as a welcome. They guide me to the perfect vacant spot, take my orders properly, and they talk to me in very professional way. All of them are nice, they are fast workers, they serve the food in just right amount of time, and also they will give you many reasons to come back. They are so reliable and personable staff. When it comes to their food, their pizza is on fire! It is so unique, so thin, crispy, tasty, flavorful, and the toppings are overload. Their serving is huge, fair, and creative. You will absolutely love their pizza and it can really fill your tummy up. I also enjoyed the awesome ambiance of the place, it is so great, and the vibe is really awesome. Ordered through grub hub and in the past straight from this location, never again. Placed the order at 6 food was not delivered until 7:30 soggy and almost cold, I found 3 pasta shells in my order- barely any sauce but lots of cheese burnt on top and instead of Italian sausage it was chorizo... last chance never again from this Rosati's. read more

If I could give this place a zero I would, worse customer service experience. I had order a pizza to be delivered to my apartment, sadly the pizza was so salty and disgusting. I was so disappointed even doe it wasn't the first time. I called to see if I could get another pizza or a refund since we were unable to eat it. They told me that I had to bring it in the pizza for "prof". Sadly I don't have an available vehicle to go that's why I had the pizza delivered. I used to really dislike Rosati's. They were on the expensive side, but I'm a cheese snob. They hit a home run last night. Cheese all over the place, good sauce, their wings are nothing to write home about though. They put corn meal on the bottom of the box to prevent sticking, love that! and the texture/flavor. Thin crust wins. I got half sausage mushroom and black olive. They did not skimp on the toppings. And the 18" is so large it could feed a family of 5. I normally go to a Rosati's somewhere else, but decided to try here because of the coupon I received in the mail. When I called, everything went smooth and waited roughly 20-30 to pick up my pizza. I just ordered a large classic combo (coupon was 15% off when the total is greater than $20) to try this place out. This place was fantastic! I went there and the people were pretty nice , I got a 24" pizza with sliced tomato on it and double dough. The pizza was very thick all around the sides and in the middle it was thin , it was soaked all the way through. That's why I get a double dough, I hate soggy Pizza. I grew up on Rosatis pizza and have always been a big fan. The last couple of times I have gone to this Rosatis, the pizza has been less than good. I paid nearly $60 for three large pizzas - which is high but worth it for good quality pie. The problem was that this was not quality pizza. Very little of everything and very big edges on the crust. This tells me you are going on the cheap. To bad. Rosatis has always been high on my list of Chicago pizza. Maybe it is just this location. Unfortunately, its the closest to my house.
