I ordered a pizza well done, it wasn't. I called, obviously not happy and made a complaint. Honestly, I was rude, I own it and apologize. The manager, showing great customer service, was very professional and offered to remake the pizza. I declined and she refunded my money. I had a bad experience, hopefully yours is better. I stopped by to grab a slice of pizza for lunch and here are some thots: -$6 for a giant slice of pizza and a soda--excellent lunch value! -I got the "special" which was pepperoni and green pepper. I came in for a late lunch (2pm), so not super fresh, but very good. -Friendly service, nice atmosphere. Mostly a take out place with 4 or 5 barstools for quick eat in option. -I've had better pizza, but a pretty good slice option, top 5 in the area in my book. Highly recommended! read more

I have order from this Rosati's múltiple times and I just can't order again without leaving my review. The deep dish pizza is more than phenomenal. I love how the sauce and cheese and all ingredients overall are well measured and not overdone. Other places overdo it and at the end is just all sauce. I fully recommend this location! read more

Terrible customer service. You did not fulfill my order and resolution was to give me back my money for just the toppings you didn't put on my pizza, which was all of them. Do not order from this place it doesn't care about it customers and will not resolve customer issues. So many other options for pizza in this area, go somewhere else. read more

Compared to other Rosati's this is the worst. The pasta was all dry and they charge me for toppings. They didn't even put in it and when I they say it was $10 extra and when I called and for a refund, they say they only can give me credit three dollars read more

Been ordering from this location for over 20 years. The quality and flavor of their food is not like it was then. Beef has zero flavor, skimpy on meat also. Stopped ordering it from here. Pasta has also taken a nose dive. The Chicken Parmigiana is just a frozen round breaded chicken patty. Not real chicken! Baked Mostaccioli today was awful! Not baked at all! Meat sauce was real skimpy on the beef. Pasta thrown in container, sauce plopped on top, cheese looks like it was microwaved...definitely not BAKED! In the last two months, the pizza has totally changed. The crust is not as crispy as it used to be... The sausage is not the same. I used to be able to count on Rosati's as my go to thin crust pizza. I used to be able to count on this location for consistency, quick and great tasting pizza. After several bad experiences, I now have to seek out a new pizza place after 15 years of loyalty. Just ordered a 16 inch pizza 1/2 sausage 1/2 cheese and before the $3 coupon, $26. I knew we were in trouble when I picked up the box and it was so light I thought the pizza wasn't in there. Not the Rosati's I remember. If I wanted this kind of pizza I could find other places that charge less than 1/2 the cost. Very disappointing. Friendly employees though. read more

The delivery person was very nice and the pizza was delivered much sooner than expected. Which was a pleasant surprise. The young woman that took my order heard it incorrectly & let me know she wasnt happy that I corrected her. Mistakes happen, thats why they read the order back to you. What happened to this place? We ordered delivery and part of our order was missing and it took over an hour and a half to have the remaining part of the order delivered. The fried chicken was literally inedible. We were jokingly hitting it on the table because it was so hard. It was disgusting. The pizza was OK, not like the old rosatis pizza used to be. My regular pizza spot was having phone issues so I ordered from here. It's a lot closer than the other place, had issues with this location before but decided to give them another shot. Last time I ordered a double dough pizza they pie cut it, this time it was square cut. Their menu online says they have a 12 PC wing but I got 10, they were fried too hard. This will be the last time we order from this location. Our pizza was mediocre--as usual, but that wasn't the problem. I ordered breadsticks which I always do with pizza and ALWAYS have been given the marinara sauce with it. Unfortunately this time I was given the meat sauce and I didn't realize until a few bites in (I'm totally congested otherwise I would've smelled it). But if you're interested in overcooked and burnt pizza with crumbling and broken crust, then this is the shop for you. Absolute favorite place to order pizza and it's right in the neighborhood. Rosati's always makes it hot, fresh, and fast. Save up enough coupons on the side of their boxes for 50% off your next pizza. We used this for their mega 28-inch, (feeds about 15 people) and...let me tell you, this pizza did not even fit in the trunk of my Jetta! We had to put one of the front seats down. But it was worth it! Just as delicious as we expected. Side note: They sell their own pizza dough, fairly inexpensive, so you can bring it home and bake up your own pizza pie :) read more

Definitely some solid pizza here. In general AND in relation to other Rosati's locations. I went to the one off 14 (barrington i think) and it was terrible. I live in walking distance here and will likely go here anytime i want pizza (except 2am since they are not open which is unfortunate). I am slowly trying some of their other menu items too. Definitely give them a try. Of the closest other pizza places (pizza bella, sarpinos, dominoes) it is the best by far. I also like them better than slice of chicago in palatine. They are probably better or equal to than malnati's thin crust but i have not had their deep dish The only reason i did not put 5 stars is because for me, it would need to be a little cheaper and open later. Since I moved to the area I've tried a few pizza places but this one knocks the other guys' socks off. The pizza is delicious- i usually get thin crust with garlic and basil- sides are great also. The side salad is cheap and enormous; you could easily feed three people with it. The service is always pleasant, they are always on time- what else do you want from a pizza joint?! I guess there have been a few times where we considered trying other pizza places out for the hell of it but when you're really hungry and know what's good, why try anything else? read more

I live in Palatine. Rosati's on Dundee was literally out my back door for 4 years. Pizza is consistently top notch in the area at this location. The menu deserves a deeper dive. The chicken parm and eggplant parm can be entrees or sandwiches. I eat the former, my daughter enjoys the later. Toasted ravioli is a treat. Salads are fresh and chilled. The ribs and shrimp are tempting. When I want carry out I think of traditional Italian quick service with a red sauce: meatballs, sausage, pizza, toasted ravioli, chicken or eggplant parm. I have limited delivery experience since I moved away. I prefer to see the familiar faces. So I drive to them. Two miles is not far for the best carry out pizza and red sauced food in my town. This is one of my favorite pizza places. Can't go wrong here. They'll make your favorite pizza and if you're not in the mood for pizza, they have other options. If you live in Palatine it is a very close option depending on what side you live on. They have carry out and delivery! The wait on food is pretty short as well. My classic "go to" order is sausage and cheese pizza with fries. I tried sausage, green pepper, and onions, which is usually my favorite pizza but will take a pass on it here. I ate it of course. I live behind this facility and one of there delivery guys was reving his Pontiac for 45 minutes, while the whole apartment complex complained. I went to the restaurant and told them that there a people working, kids sleeping and mothers taking a break and when I left the individual who owned the car ran out and reved his pos engine for another 10 mins after I told him about the kids and mom. Xome to find out its the managers family and he didn't care. Went back over there only to have the employees come out screaming at me... had to call the cops for my safety. I consider myself a regular at Rosati's. When we order delivery it's usually from them. ( I used them a few days ago) I've never been disappointed until last night. I ordered eggplant which I've had before. I have to say there was nothing but breading and seeds! I was eating oil soaked breading with seeds in it-not one slice of identifiable eggplant. It was not worth eating. Such a disappointment when you're really in the mood for a good meal. I think we're done with them. read more
