We ordered a spinach, sausage, green pepper, onion and black olive 18 inch pie. It took about 15 minutes for it to be ready. The service was great and the ladies behind the counter were very personable. Another delicious pizza devoured quickly. read more

Best pizza in McHenry County in my opinion! Having young staff can be an issue at any establishment. The pizza tastes just like I remember as a kid growing up in the northwest Chicago suburbs. Thank you Rosati's for bringing us a true Chicago pizza! read more

Order my usual here large pizza mozzarella sticks and an extra side of marinara get the order delivered came with one side of marinara and no mozzarella sticks. Called in asked to have the order replaced and told them we would give the pizza back since it would be cold by the time the second delivery got to us the manager on dity refused and started belittling me trying to get me to repeat after him "we will not replace your order" while calling me bro and dude... will be calling the general manager in the morning to discuss his choice of managers and calling corporate to discuss this as well. read more

Friendly staff and great service. My go to for a quick and easy lunch with a hot pizza slice or all other great menu options for dinner.

Every time I order pizza from this establishment I know I'm getting the best carry out pizza in mcHenry... Never disappointed.

very disappointing as they refused to deliver to nurse at hospital would give them one star ..

Although we've been good customers over several years, we lately have noticed that the quality of food has gone down while prices have risen. The straw that broke the camel's back was the fact that tonight, we waited more than an hour for a simple delivery and received none of the main dishes. After calling the store, I was told the driver still had the food. Then, the store called and said they would make the dishes and send them right out. So, where does the truth lie? We are done ordering from this store and suggest others do the same. read more

I love this place! The people there are always really nice, and its super fast! I love the breaded cauliflower.

Was great the first few times. Then when I went to order I was laughed at for wanting to use a coupon that gave me a free small cheese pizza with the purchase of 30 bucks or more (this is something we've been ordering for years and can still be found online). Then, everytime we ordered we had to wait an hour and our pizza would already be cooled off and our fries soggy. I wouldn't mind waiting the hour if the food was still hot. They are only 7 minutes away and when we first moved here we did not have this problem. I love Rosati's but I do not care for this location. read more

Very bad experience here. I usually order from the lakemore rosatis. I wish I had this time. When it came time for me to order my large order for 5lbs of Italian beef, the guy on the phone gave me a hard time. When I told him I wanted to order a full tray of chopped salad which they have on their menu, he told me that they usually don't do full trays and That I couldn't afford it anyway. I should have just cancelled it then and there but I needed the food. When we got our food the Au Ju was so salty and way over powering with seasoning and garlic. The ranch dressing also did not taste like ranch. It had so much dill in it that it over powered everything and no one wanted to eat it. I called yesterday I complain and the same guy I talked to earlier told me he made it himself and he made it the same way he usually does. If that's the case he is clearly doing it wrong. It was nasty! I ordered a lot of food and it was not cheap and a lot of it is going to waste. I will never order from there again. Go to lakemore. They are much more polite and there food is good. read more

Mchenry location. Manager JIM was extremely unprofessional. We called to see if our order was on its way after ordering an hour and a half ago. JIM stated the driver was already there rang the door bell and called the number my husband had given him. I asked him to repeat the address. It was completely wrong as well as the phone number. JIM stated my husband was a liar because he gave the wrong address and phone number. This makes no sense, we were hungry and waiting for our delivery. He did manage to get our credit card number correct. Of course. JIM then went on to say "give me your actual number and address so I can block it from our system." As well as adding some other unprofessional words I won't repeat. Absolutely disgusted. There are multiple reviews on this manager JIM. Something needs to be done. My family and neighbors will not order from this place again. Contacted corporate. Doesn't look like anything was done. Very disappointed. read more

Rosati's in Mchenry is okay, the beef sandwich is really light for the price, the Italian Saug is bland (might be nice if a real spicey it Sa was an option, since the one offered is so bland) but the help is always friendly and its on the West Side, which is nice. The one in Crystal Lake at 176/CL Blacktop (walkup) in the Nw corner seems better for some reason. read more

Ordered a small pizza and an appetizer for delivery. It took over an hour to get to my house (really for a small pizza?) and of course when it got there it was freezing cold. read more

I have mixed feelings about this place. I love them for a fast hot thin pizza at a reasonable price. I strongly recommend NOT ordering Deep-Dish or Stuffed type of pizza from here. Last deep-dish pizza I got from here was very bland and sausage looked like cubes of Spam. Call Buddyz for the Deep-Dish style instead. read more

best best best pizza in mchenry &!! always hot, fresh & most of all consistent! never had a bad pizza! (we order almost weekly) very generous on the toppings! & tons of cheese! exactly what a "thin crust" Chicago pizza should be! Today I felt like a ordering a calzone like I have many times before like last week but when they delivered something half the size for the same price I was confused and gave the restaurant a call and asked if they changed sizes what I got was an ass fucking slathered in shit of lie stating that "they have always been this size... Have been this way for months" and when confronted that they are lying because they usually come in a medium box and fill it out I got a "well it is what it is" if I really wanted an ass raping I would have just went to prison if I could give this crap shack of a restaurant a zero I would. read more
