One of the best meatball sandwiches I've ever seen. The cheese is melted over the meatballs albeit not browned so they probably poured it from a bowl or melting pot instead of putting it in an oven. This helps keep the rest of the ingredients from drying out, but maybe take a torch to it & brown it a bit afterwards for a more delectable appearance. They also missed the peppers on one meatball. 4/5 Taste - Quite good. On some bites you get an odd sugar hit (they sprinkled sugar on the "sweet peppers" it seems which is my first time experiencing this so it's weird.) Everything works well although the bread should be a bit larger considering the massive size of the meatballs. A soft hoagie bread probably would contain this better. Trying to eat the thing was a mess as the sauce soaked through the bread's middle which caused it to split into separate halfs. Other than the actual eating experience, the ingredients themselves are good. The sauce stands out a bit more here since the meatballs have relatively mild seasoning. 4/5 Overall: Rosati's offers a solid menu for a fairly inexpensive price. A medium pizza is $14 & the toppings are $2 each. A basic meatball sandwich is $9. Adding the bells & whistles to the sandwich only brough it up to $11 so definitely not a bank breaker there. My family and I hosted a house warming get together on our new property. We were looking for something quick and easy as we had younger members attending our home too. I searched up near pizza places, and we ended ordering from Rosati's here. This was our first time ever and took a chance on Rosati's. I'm glad I did because when I said everyone loved their pizza, I mean there were only crumbs left. We ordered a Large Cheese, a Large Pepperoni, and a Medium Sausage, green pepper, and mushroom pizza. We recommend the sausage, green pepper, and mushroom MYO pizza. You won't regret it. This review is only regarding the food. I read some bad customer service reviews but I didn't experience that. Ordered through Uber Eats. Ordered a small Caesar salad and the Chicken Parm. The salad was delicious. More than I expected for 3 dollars. The Chicken Parm was also delicious. Way more food that I could ever expect for the price. I barely made a dent in the dish and it was very well prepared. The chicken was perfect, the linguini was perfect, the sauce was delicious, and there was so much cheese, yum! No stars off, but some requests: please add more butter and garlic to the bread, and please thicken the sauce just a touch. Otherwise, a very delicious meal. ROTTEN TOMATO; We picked up a pizza this past FRIDAY. My husband came and showed me later that the tomato had mold on it. I called the store when they opened Saturday morning and asked for a manager. I was told no manager was in but asked whats the problem. I explained about the mold on the tomatoes, this man asked me " why didn't I call last night'. WHAT? I ordered a thin crust cheese pizza and usually the pizza is good; however when chewing the crust I noticed a weird texture. Wait pizza crust should not have a texture. Upon closer inspection of the pizza crust it looks like it had some type of "seeds" in it or maybe the pizza crust was made with a whole grain flour? First time it took almost 2 hours to deliver but the app said it was delivered 45 min after I made the phone call. 2nd time it was delivered on time but the pizza was a mess. This is our second time ordering from the new location and oh my what a wonderful experience. First of all they deliver which is an added plus. This place will not make it. Customer service is absolutely ridiculous. I tried to order a pizza via phone and was put on hold for 15 mins. I then had my friend try to call at the same time as me and they were also placed on hold for 20 mins. We then went to the store to find that she was hanging up and holding all calls due to messing up an order for another customer that was there. There were about 3 people in line and 2 others walking in. The customer that was experiencing the issue stated the the manager Kevin walked out of the business while attempting to help her.
