We ordered take out from this restaunt for a family gathering. We got a TON of pizza and everyone was so happy with the many options they had! Lots of fun combinations of toppings and the deep dish was a big hit. My biggest complaint would be the pricing. We ordered a lot but it was far more expensive that I would anticiapte for pizza. I ordered a 10 inch stuffed with sausage and green pepper. The flavor was very good. My slice had way more green pepper than sausage and I would have preferred equal amounts. I think they are pretty expensive compared to some other local pizza places. This pizza was almost $40. I would return, but next time I would try a thin crust. This location seems to burn thin crust pizzas . The last 3 times I ordered the top and crust was burnt . When they first reopened even my stuffed pizza was burnt which I got credit for since usually after you wait an hour to eat pizza you don't want to start all over. I am disappointed for repeated ruined dinners. Something is wrong here. read more

Ordered a thin crust pizza, arrived 20 minutes later than promise time (delivery). We decided to give it a try. The top (cheesy) part was burnt and the crust was so greased up it was totally adhered to the cardboard pizzas are put on to the point of not able to separate, we took one bite and before throwing it into the garbage called the location. Asked to speak to the manager on duty and the phone person asked what was the issue. I explained and she said that's how we cook our pizzas normally dark, i asked burnt? she said she would speak to MOD and put me on hold.....returned after a quite a bit of time and said the MOD said he would give 15$ credit (paid aprrox $40). I would think I should be entitled to refund and she disagreed. I said i would reach out via email to customer service.....its been a week or so and no response from customer service. I will not and advise not to order from Nancys pizza.. read more

It's been yearsssss since I've ordered Nancy's, and honestly it'll probably be another few years if I order from them again. The pizza is just very average - there are definitely other Chicago style pizza places nearby that are way better. I ordered the roccos party original stuffed pizza. It honestly just felt like I ordered a cheese pizza - there was barely any meat or veggies in it. Also, their pizzas here are quite small. I ordered a medium & it came out more as a small. For the size, the pizzas in my opinion are a little bit on the pricey side. We ordered the Parmesan pesto fries too, and those were just average as well. I liked that the fries weren't completely drenched in sauce tho. read more

Great pizza but you need to take a loan out to get one. Also their large stuffed is a 12 inch while most places are 14 inches.

Good pizza. We tried Nancy's because we had coupons...we usually don't end up at that end of town because it is a bit of a drive. In the end, it was worth the drive. We had the deep dish and it was lush. Lot's of cheese and the tomato sauce had a nice tang. Filled with sausage and pepperoni, we had no complaints with the meat fixings, although there could have been more of the mushrooms. Nancy's is strictly a take-out place, as there really isn't much seating to eat your pizza there. A couple of stools in the window is all you'll find. The bottom on our takeout deep dish was a bit soggy when we got home, but I think that is just a problem with carryout...the pizza was still very good. All around good pizza...we will go back. read more

Great customer service ! First time ordering and my husband and I fell in love with the rustic crust! The Deep dish was good but there wasn't any pepperoni on it we called to inform them of our concern and their manager was amazing ! Very friendly and you could tell he really cares about his customers, he insisted on making us a new one and the new one was GORGEOUS! I even took pics of how amazed I was with the night and day difference definitely will become a nancys regular ! The delivery guy was also such a nice guy ! read more

Lately the hubs and I have been trying new pizzas in our area. We received a coupon for Nancys and decided to try it. And we were NOT disappointed! The pizza was amazing! I called and made our order and the person who answered the phone was friendly and super helpful as this was our first time ordering. I said we also wanted garlic bread. She suggested the cheesy garlic bread with the tomato on top. It was AMAZING!! I wanted more! We also ordered a large pizza. Half veggie for me and half sausage for the hubs. The crust was crispy and thin, which we love. There were a ton of ingredients. All delicious. We ordered for delivery. They quoted an hour and made it in 45 minutes. Poorly run place. No management. Shouldn't take an hour and a half for a pickup when the place isn't even busy. Last pizza was pretty bad but we decided to give them another try since we used to like them, but when we got there to pick up our pie an hour after ordering it, it looked like they hadn't even started it. You could see they weren't all that busy in the kitchen. If you can't properly run the place, shut it down. We won't be wasting our time here again. read more

New to the state and been trying to find a good pizza places and Nancy's is the first great place we found. Their original crust Lots of meat is awesome. And their 2 1/2 in. Stuff crust pizza is delicious, not too hearty the crust is fluffy and light. Their large salads come in a bread bowl and is really good to munch on along with the salad. read more

They claim to have created Chicago deep dish pizza so I had to give it a try. The brochure in my hotel room said their 2-1/2" deep dish was unique and everybody else simply copied their 1-1/2" pie. Turns out the 2-1/2" basically had more bread, as opposed to toppings. Definitely good pizza but Aurelio's and Geno's East still has them beat. read more

Nancy's is known primarily for pizza, not sandwiches. If you want a beef sandwich, go to Al's Beef which has the best beef sandwich. Nancy has the best stuffed pizza, especially the Rocco's Party Pizza which has sausage, green peppers, mushrooms, and onions. read more

HORRIBLE! They screwed up my pizza 2 weeks ago, the girl on the phone told me I would receive a $10.00 credit on my next order. I call in to place my order and they tell me I only get $5.00 for getting a pizza that stuck to their crappy tin foil which made it almost inedible. The pizza was an x-large and cost me $17.00. The owner/manager then tells the girl after my arguing that it was for $10.00 says they won't deliver to me as I am out of the area now - hahaha - I am 5 minutes from them. This is how you want to run a business Nancy's in Tinley? Nancy's has different owners so I won't punish other locations just the ones that these cheap, ignorant lying owners run.
