I was soooo hungry when I ran up in Jets. They had single squares of pizza ready to go in a hotbox. I bought a couple of cheese squares and immediately began to eat them. They were mildly warm, however I expected them to be a little stale but they were still fresh. The crust was buttery and slightly crispy. It had the right amount of cheese and the sauce was on point. So I ordered a couple pizzas a week and a half ago. Usually my wife does the ordering these days since I am recently gone deaf. Wife's not home, so I try to use the app. Big mistake. Admittedly I'm not very tech savvy. But I do (because of my hearing loss) use several other apps with little difficulty. But the Jets app is a whole other animal. After repeatedly modifying my order due to the app somehow SEVERAL TIMES erroneously recognizing my Detroit style buffalo ranch chicken pizza as extra toppings instead of pizza, I ultimately somehow ended up with a hand tossed pizza. It's a 40 minute round trip (my daughter picked it up) and we were pretty ticked off. It essentially ruined our dinner but we weren't up for another road trip. The icing on the cake was their corporate office flat out ignoring my feedback which was sent via that same dumb app. Twice. Both that night and again a week later. Granted, I could've possibly hit a wrong button on the order after fighting with it, but regardless, after 12 years of being a customer (various locations) I don't appreciate just being ignored. One more reason to think twice (in addition to discontinuing chicken Parmesan Detroit style) before I give them any more of our hard earned money read more

Really good pizza. My go to place for slices. I inhaled 3 pepperoni slices. The crust is just right and each piece comes in it's own box. These can be consumed in the car with minimal mess which makes it easy for addressing a pizza Jones during the pandemic A bit more info on how the pizza is served. It comes in a box c. See photo. The pizza does not stick to the cardboard. This makes it easy to eat with one hand. At worst you have to pull a small portion from the corrugated bottom. But this is never a hassle. Liked this pizza the couple times we have had it. While they do have some New York-style pizza offerings (round and thin crust), they seem to specialize in the squared off 9" by 13" pan pizza, which comes with thick bread-like crust crispy around the edges, and all the toppings you could wish for. Last time here we had the BBQ chicken pizza and it was 4 star stuff. The staff here is friendly and helpful. While this is a franchise chain, they are a step above the usual chains such as Domino's and Pizza Hut and the like. This neighborhood location has a few seats along the windows, but is really more of an order and pick-it-up kind of place. Delivery is ok, but it is fresher when you pick it up yourself. Very disappointed. Never experienced any issues with carry out orders but you need to work on delivery orders. 20 minutes late. I might as well should've made a frozen pizza because that's what y'all delivered me. Had I know I was going to be five this type of service I would've ordered from Little Caesar's. Jets Pizza Tinley Park was pretty good for me until one afternoon I stopped for pizza, and asked to use their washroom, as I had to go. I was refused by a little snippit counter girl, who told me that there was no public washroom, and to go down to the Walgreens about a half mile away. Being older now, sometimes you just gotta go. How can a restaurant not have a washroom for a customer to use if necessary ? Some customer service... Don't think I'll be back anytime soon. The pizza was good.. But the mamager is arrogant and rude. I asled to use the bathroom, which is not at public access. You have to adk yo go into the kitchen area, which I thought was illegal if you are serving food. Anyways, it wasn't clean. The toilet needed a good scrubbing, both inside and out. Garnage can was overflowing..mirror needed to be wiped down. On my way out, I mentioned it to the manager, and his response was... WELL, IT'S NOT JUST PUBLIC BATHROOM. This place has awful customer and food service. We one ordered 10 boxes of wings and we specifically asked for a lot of ranch. Even on the recipe it said RANCH wings! This is not the first time something like this happened. I had to drive all the way back just to get the ranch because I do not like dry wings. Jets is okay...not great...not terrible, but okay in the better than average sense of the word. I'd put them above Dominos, Cesars, and the Hutt, but tied with Marcos. I'm basing this review entirely on the deep dish. Crust was good (best part), sauce wasn't a strong point, cheese was okay, sausage was cooked on top and hard...looked like giant brown raisins, and pepperoni was either perfect or slightly burnt.
