I have ordered from this place a few times but today at 613 Sunday I ordered a pizza at 415 and they told me one hour and half. I received my pizza at 603 pm. So I called they put me on hold and would not answer my call because they have caller Id. So I called from another number and guess what they picked up the phone. They felt they satisfied me by giving me whooping $5 credit. Wow thanks. I will not order from them again because I shouldn't have to heat my pizza up. Customer service horrible. read more

Horrible pizza.. I would've rather gone to Speedway Gas station to get a whole pizza for the same price as a slice and a drink here. Cheese was firm like it had been there since lunch time. Tasted cheap and chewy. Will not be back. Don't waste you're time. I wanted Giordano's but decided to go here because I'm by myself and it was less money.. bad choice, learn from my mistake. read more

This is my new Go To ! This pizza was so delicious and their staff is amazing. Kevin took my somewhat difficult order and perfected it I can't wait to go back! read more

Ordered a deep dish pizza, got it in 2 hours. Then noticed that the deep dish was 90% bread. Call to talk to manager and every time I call they put me on hold for minutes at a time and then tell me the manager will be back on 15 minutes. Never again. read more

Lovely food most times but this location appears to have a great deal of foreign staff. They say "I don't understand, what's the problem" all the time. I usually just order online. Last but not least my last order, the driver arrived smelling like marijuana. I immediately called to make them aware of this...she didn't understand me and said there was no manager on duty. I asked for the manager to call me when they arrived...I received no call at all. Choose another location...I know I am!!! read more

Best pizza around tinley, matteson and Frankfort area, recommend buffalo chicken wings. Pizza has a good crunchy crust and flavorful. We order from there every Saturday night, highly recommend. read more

Food was good. Had chicken parmesan. It was status quo. Also had a chicken Caesar, very litlle chicken and too many croutons. Not the best or worst. read more

HORRENDOUS customer service. DO NOT patronize this establishment. Management LIED to us about their delivery policy, and then cancelled our order with NO notification. With service like this from management, this location won't be open long. The one time I ordered pizza carry out from here, it was average at best. Save your time and energy, trust me. read more

By far the worst deep dish I've ever had. The pizza crust was wet underneath. The taste was horrible. I feel like $32.33 was stolen from me. Little Ceasars is better than Rosattis. I wish I could give negative stars. read more

Ruined our night. We ordered two pizzas, one for kids one for adults. The kid's pizza which was supposed to be cheese only, came with other toppings. We immediately called and asked if they could hurry out the correct pizza....we were rudely told NO! They stated it would be a minimum of 45 minutes and that we needed to have the wrong pizza ready to return. Never again. When you screw up a family's night, you could at least try to be pleasant and attempt to minimize your mistake. Plenty of pizza places out there, won't order from here again. read more

Our second time ordering and great tasting just like the first time. Fast delivery despite being down a delivery driver. We had the white pizza which was better than we thought it was going to be and the fresh garlic just seeps from the box. The other pizza was ground beef, green pepper, and onion which was tasty as well. The only recommendation would be is lowering the cost of each ingredient. It costs $2.25 per ingredient while the competitors charge $1 to $2. read more

Been there every day for the last 3 months and they tell me they can't serve me without a mask. Let me say it again slower. I have been there every day since the quarantine started. And now they don't want to serve me. Will never go back again read more

My job ordered pizza for me to be "delivered" to my home by 06:30pm. The Matteson location was given my information by my employer including name, location, and contact information. Pizza was ordered eariler in the day, hours earlier! I get of work at 0630pm no pizza, no calls! Ok, I call the location around 0650 to find out: My order has not been made, they will not deliver to my address. I received no call, neither did the manager that ordered the pizza! No apologies, no explaination just horrible customer service. Which has been the typical response from this location. No ownership of wrong, just excuses with no results!!! I am disappointed, I had great hopes to love this Rosati's but this is not the first time customer service has failed this location. Great food! But horrible service! Needless to say I canceled my order and ordered from Beggers where I have gotten better service. read more

Earlier that day I tried the pizza slice combo and it was so delicious we ordered pizza again later, not to mention it was really filling. The slice came with their double dough crust. Thanks to the pizza picture post we tried the thin crust spinach, mushroom, and hot giardiniera and it was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection! We also ordered the classic thin crust cheese and sausage equally as good. It's refreshing to have a new pizza establishment in the area. I must say the customer service of the young lady on the phone and at the register was very professional and kind as well. Prices are slightly high yet pretty average for pizza. Hopefully, they'll start offering coupons, but, I would definitely eat here again and again. I forgot to post a pic of my pizza but I'll get it next time. read more

Best pizza I've had in a while. Delivery was on time and the pizza was still hot! Will be ordering again soon.

New spot to Matteson. We ordered sasage pizza and penne rosati chicken pasta, came w/garlic bread. Absolutely delish! Pizza slice $4 large enough for 2 people. Pasta large portion. Pasta cooked perfectly. Nice customer service. Will be back. Carry out only read more

Since my review in July I have to update this because now that they have been open a few months the service has changed drastically. Maybe they were on their A game when they first opened but not anymore. The last 2 times we ordered delivery it has taken 2 HOURS to get our food. Average delivery for places around here is 45 mins - 1 hour. When it happened once I let it go thinking maybe there was some sort of mistake and gave them the benefit of the doubt. That was until we tried ordering and it happened again. Total bummer cause I really enjoy their food (except the chicken and the chicken strips... something about the quality of the meat is off there). read more

ive made purchases from this location several times and the service is sub-par at best. unfortunately being a resident of matteson wanting to support the businesses, i cannot and will not patronize this restaurant going forward. this location must work on the customer service and admitting when they are wrong or lacking. offering me 10% off my next order does absolutely nothing to remedy a current issue. read more

The pizza is good but I usually can't get the website to work for placing an order and they NEVER answer the phone so I usually have to drive there to place my order. Sitting here now waiting for my pizza. If you can forget the bad customer service, the pizza is worth the wait. Better than gagging on Beggars. read more

Very good food, my kids are picky eaters but they like the pizza here and really like their bone in chicken wings. Can't wait to try other menu items. read more

Ordered through Uber Eats. Driver cancelled. Transaction was refunded. I reordered and they didn't remake the food. They sent a two hour old order that was ice cold and were too stupid to remove the original receipt. They denied it all despite having the receipts as proof. Trash. read more

My mother ordered from the Matteson location and placed an order for delivery. Her bill came to less than $13 and she had twenty dollar bill to pay with. When the delivery person arrived, he only had $1 in change to give her back, so she ended up paying $19 for delivery of a sandwich and fries. You would think that if you are a delivery driver that you would have change on hand to give customers when they place an order. This may be a scam, you may be trying to take advantage of senior citizens or maybe the driver was just not prepared to do his job. Any way you look at it is horrible business practice and in the future we will not patronize a business that operates like this. Totally Unacceptable - Beware! read more

Oh my! My husband has always told me how he loved Rosati's Pizza, but there hasn't been one in the south suburbs. Tonight, my mom mentioned that she had received a flyer in the mail, but couldn't remember the name of the new pizza place. While running an errand down Route 30, she screams "that's it!", so I called home to see if my husband was interested in me picking up Rosati's for our regular Friday night pizza. He was in! Mom and I finished up our stops and headed for Rosati's and placed our orders. The young lady at the counter was friendly and helpful. We placed our order and milled around the strip mall a bit while we waited. Time was up, and we went back in to pick up our pizzas and head home. Was it good? Well, after eating five pieces of a thin crust with sausage, mushroom, and onion, I turned to my husband and said "I want to go eat the rest of the pizza, but I'm full, and out of points (Weight Watchers). The pizza was INCREDIBLE. I know where my new regular Friday night pizza is coming from. Seriously. read more

I ordered online for delivery b/c you get 20% off your first online order. After I submitted the order I received a receipt/confirmation that stated I would have my order between 8-8:10p. By 8:10 I still had not received my order so I used the provided link to check the status of my order which stated it needed approval from a manager. I placed this order at 6:59p and had not been notified of any issues with the order. I proceeded to call the store to which a gentleman informed me the order was in route. Fast forward to 8:30 I still have no food. I call back to the restaurant and get put on hold for 5 mins. The staff does not speak good English at all so I'm assuming they didn't understand why I was calling. I proceeded to go to the restaurant all while I'm still on hold. I get to the restaurant just to find out they never even looked at my order. I had hungry children at home and this entire situation took over 2 hours of my time energy and money. And at the end of it all I only received a voided order and a weak apology. I will never order from this location again. read more

Food is good. I've been going here since this establishment opened, however the last couple of times, the newer cashier has been extremely RUDE/DISRESPECTFUL. She seems as though she doesn't like to touch your credit/debit card, hand you a pen, give you your food in your hand. I asked for crushed peppers for a large pizza, I asked for crushed peppers and she threw two packets on the counter (1st off, don't throw anything at me, I'm not a dog, last mistake in my book) then when I told her, 'nope, I'm going to need a few more than that, I'm feeding a family, she attempted to hand me more, but since I had an order of wings, I asked for a plastic bag then made her put the crushed peppers in the bag, along with the wings..Last time I went there, same cashier didn't even close my wings box, told me, that's how they come, in an open box! Girl, don't play with me. I told her to get me somebody else who knew how to close a box of wings..I'm done with this place. If you spend your money in a place that doesn't respect you as a people, go right a head. read more

I recently received a flyer in the mail for this place. I normally toss these as pizza is the last item on our list to kick to eating healthy. But the pizza on the flyer looked soooooo good! I fought it and fought it... "it" won. I ordered the monster, thin crust, with spinach, tomato, jalapeno, and canadian bacon. It was absolutely amazing! I usually get my pizza from beggars. Beggars is delicious and definitely a favorite of mine but this, although only my first pizza, will absolutely be one of my favorites if they stay consistent. I have to try the double crust as I don't know what the hell that is. The thin crust with the items I named was epic. read more

The Matteson Rosati's forgot to put sauce on my pizza. Not sure who directed them on a teaspoon of sauce, but no an EPIC FAIL! Rosati's is a great pizza but Matteson need to get it together, maybe my pie maker had dropped my sauce on the floor dunno. read more

We decided to try the pasta here tonight for the first time. Big mistake. Its very overpriced for the portion sizes, the sauces were runny and didn't stick to the noodles. I just love there thin crust pizza. When I ordered I asked if they had Butter Crust and they said no but was willing to make the pizza the way I wanted it. Now that is a great business. I just hope that they can stay in Matteson. I know that these property taxes kinda close alot of businesses around here. I just don't want that one to be you so please don't go anywhere. And for anyone that likes pizza go here!!!! read more

We ordered pizza on Friday night after Thanksgiving. I placed the order online, ticket # 89 @ 7:15 for delivery. Received confirmation email with order status tracker. Delivery scheduled for 8:25 per order tracker. by 8:30 the tracker showed our pizzas were delivered, but no pizzas received. I called the store, spoke to Erick, told me the tracker is inaccurate that there been several complaints about it but my pizza left the store and should be there in 5 or 6 minutes. Now 8:55, called the store again. Erick reads me the exact same line, so I say "what happened 25 minutes ago". Erick says the rain and traffic are slowing down the driver. I ask to speak to a manager and he tells me there is no manager on duty. Pizzas were received at 9 and were Luke warm at best as well as the baked pasta ordered. The customer service from this establishment is pathetic! I'll spend my money were the customers is treated with respect and consideration, I hope you all do the same! Mattesson folks deserve better! read more
