The foods fine IF you actually get it and IF it hasn't been placed on its side so all the cheese slides to one side. Delivery takes forever and when I didn't get my food they insisted it had been delivered and stopped taking my calls. Go elsewhere. read more

I'm shocked by some of the poor reviews. We are new to town and have greatly enjoyed Rosatis. Their staff is always friendly, their online ordering is a breeze, and their deliveries are always very prompt, sometimes even ahead of schedule. The pizza is really good and always arrives hot. We ordered last night 5-29-24 from my job and I work at a senior building. My friend order 3 small pizzas and moz sticks and dough nuggetts 86.00 and something cents. Pizza was horrible and dry and not.much cheese on it at all on all 3 pizzas. Then I ordered cheese beef and mozzarella sticks and salads. The beef was hardly any beef on it I could count the pieces and see all the bread and little cheese. It was horrible. I called to complain and he said u want me to remake it. I said no can you take my names and replace the meal at later time. He said no. U want 20.00 refund. I was mad and said no 3 pizzas and a beef sandwich cost more then that. Now I pissed and want a full refund bc we spend total of 129.72. Food was horrible, andnow the ervice was horrible. I asked for owner. He said tomorrow call. I called today at 3pm 5-30-24 I asked for owner same guy answer and said no and is this same person from last night. I said please take my number and have owner call me and he said other store he at. If I could leave no stars I would. -.- I placed my order through door dash (first mistake, but I'm human) Received it in a timely manner and was disappointed when I didn't get what I ordered. I ordered 1 chicken parmigiana 1 pick 2 any slices (cheese & pepperoni) 1 cheesy garlic stix Cool. Opening the packaging and I received one slice of pepperoni, and plain bread sticks.. not even garlic and sure as hell no cheese. I called the restaurant because surely there was just an error reading the receipt or miscommunication somewhere. Well after being screamed at by a man with an Indian accent, apparently I was supposed to know that the menu they offer on door dash is wrong and that their prices went up so I only paid for one pizza when my receipt clearly says two. Oh and they don't even offer cheesy garlic sticks at a PIZZA place so they just gave me the plain bread sticks. As I calmly explain that menu issues on a 3rd party site are not the consumers fault/problem/issue (I'm a General manager of one of the top fast casual restaurants in the country) and I should have gotten what, to my understanding from the site, I ordered. Or at least called to be communicated that "hey we don't actually have this or do that", I got screamed at and hung up on. Super professional buddy. I live very close to this establishment that competes with one other pizza place in my small town. Needless to say Rosati's will never get my business again. Now to figure out dinner for one person that neglected to get their slice of pizza and another disappointed over their plain bread sticks with no marinara sauce! Lol what a joke. Rosati pizza has quality pizza on average level. The 5 dollar slices are good. And it can be a little too saucy but delicious. What a Great deal comes with a drink. Overall, it's a nice experience for a quick slice read more

I've had other Rosati's food which was always fine. This location however is absolutely disgusting. I ordered a chicken sandwich and I got a huge bun with tons of lettuce and two tiny hard as a rock, dried out pieces of alleged chicken that was about an eighth inch thick and microwaved to death. Completely unacceptable. The managers need to really reevaluate their standards. I wouldn't eat their food if it was free. Third time ordering, third time the food was inedible. This place has terrible customer service. In a snowstorm, I was on my way home from work and decided to call and order a pizza. They said 25 min. Shortly after that, I slid into a ditch because of the snow. My first instinct was not to call and cancel my pizza order. The guy called me 6 times, left me 3 voicemails, and text me on his personal phone harassing me and demanding that I come get this pizza...as I am currently in a ditch trying to find a tow truck to come get me and completely shaken up BECAUSE I JUST SLID IN A DITCH! Saying that he is going to call the police if I don't call and pay for this pizza. Asking for my address repeatedly to have someone come deliver it. Which honestly freaked me out. I'D GIVE 0 STARS. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE! My sandwich was disgusting for $8 it was cold, precooked chicken from a bag. The entire center of our pizza had no toppings like it was dropped. We called to ask for a new pizza and were offered 15% off our "next order" but continued to argue that "they made it the way they always do". Well that doesn't help because I'd never order from here again and I'd get 15% with one of the 20 Rosatis coupons I have anyway....Horrible food, even worse customer service. You have been warned. Horrible. I ordered penne pasta with grilled chicken mushrooms & vodka sauce for dinner tonight. I got noodles with marinara, soggy mushrooms, fake looking chicken, and Italian sausage. I took a few bites and it was so terrible, I ended up throwing it in the trash. 100% will never order from here again. This is the second time they screwed up my order and were very rude the last time I ordered. Not to mention the last time, the delivery guy was rude and made me feel guilty of making him drive to my house in the snow. read more

We have spent a lot of money here and found a coupon online recently for $20 16" pizza and 12 boneless wings. We were given a hard time about the coupon....which said right on it that it could be shown on a mobile divice or printed. Our delivery guy said the woman that took the order was freaking out about it. We also ordered a Caesar salad that we didn't get. On a time crunch today and we were craving some pasta. Didn't have time to go all the way to new lenox so we figured we would give rosatis a try. The man on the phone was very nice and knowledgeable and even offered a $2 coupon. We had ordered pastas with the meat sauce. Unfortunately the meat sauce was chunky and looked like dog food. It was very fatty with not much flavor. I am not sure if this is a Manhattan location thing or a corporate thing but we will not be getting pasta from here again. read more
