He was extremely nice and took my constructive criticism well. A couple months later and I decided to give Giordano's another try. Either way, the boxes came out fresh and hot! Everything travelled well back home to enjoy. Finally got the Giordano's product we know and love! I highly recommend not ordering ahead, showing up early from the given time, previewing the menu to order clearly, and order the thin crust over tavern style. So happy to restore a five star review!

It was great…read more I feel that they should not be a vendor at the New Lenox pavillion venue unless they can provide pizza more than once every two hours. I stopped by their booth 4 times spaced apart by 2 hours from earliest visit to latest. The real issue is that each time the two young girls were receiving communication that "the pizza will be here in ## minutes. Where ## ranged from 10 minutes to 20 minutes. My last stop was a mistake. I relied on a 20 minute promise. It was actually 45 minutes. I missed seeing Toad The Wet Sprocket sing 4 of their songs. I'm unable to eat the typical greasy food at these types of places. I had no other choice but one smoothy and that was not enough food since I had not ate for 8 hours. Whoever is managing or owns this franchise is totally incompetent. If I was given a truthful answer that next pizza available in 2 hours I would have ate a dried out pretzel at some other venue to sustain me.

They have slices for $3 11am to 3pm on the weekends! We made a last minute decision to add a sausage and pepperoni slice! The slices were good! The slices were still available at 2:40 pm! The not good: not many toppings on the dinner salad! The pizza is not as good as the Homewood location! The pizza had a lot of cheese and was not light cheese. The pizza needed to be left in the oven a little longer to get a crispy undercarriage. Overall this is an ok Aurelio's location.
