The "hash" on my plate had approximately 3 pieces of pepper/onion and the rest was quite large chunks of potato. I'm told the eggs Chesapeake were pretty good. He is a proffesional. He will make suggestions, answer questions and if needed he will ask the kitchen about any diner's concerns. Leah also came by to see how we were doing. Leah is always looking around making sure the dining area is clean, and that diner's have all the appropriate flat and glassware. She is fastidious that everything should be right and in their place. The food was excellent!!! The food is delicious and unpretenious. The Chef offered a brunch menu that looked fantastic. If I hadn't snacked before going to brunch, I would have definitely gone that route. I had the frittata with the breakfast potatoes and it was delicious. I really appreciate that the food is properly seasoned and that the flavors are not covered up by a overpowering sauces. The portions are fair and there is real value for money.
