Cold draft beer and hot pizza! Good as it gets! Staff is super friendly too! The patio is a good place for a birthday party or a small gathering; bartender says a reservation for the patio is a good idea. Dining at the bar last week and the Trump Women's group set up on the patio; saw masks on. Not a sponsored Rosati's event per se; they reserved the patio for the evening it seemed; not too rowdy; I recommend the thin crust personally; salads look super fresh too!! The Long Gone Blonde draft is perfection!! read more

Amazing pizza! We went for the first time today. Compliant in every way, service was mediocre but to be expected with a new opening. Overall, food was excellent, cool bar and a great beer selection. Definitely plan to be back. read more

We are very familiar with Rosati's from Chicago to Waco to Arizona locations. We are very exited too see a location closer to home. Our first order was online and included pizza and sandwiches. We had some trouble related to the online system, but this 5-star comes from how the manager responded above and beyond to our situation. So, the food is terrific. The taste of Chicago in Texas is awesome, and the manager is a star. read more

Excellent Chicago Style Pizza !! The sauce , the cheese , the toppings and the real Chicago giardiniera ! I've missed Chicago pizza since moving to Austin 2 yrs ago ! Sooo good . The owner is super sweet and makes sure everything comes out on correctly on time . Definitely check it out in Cedar Park and you won't go anywhere else . The Patio is beautiful and I can see many more dinner nights in our future ! read more

We had wings and the double dough pizza. The food was fresh and very tasty. Our waitress, Regina was very attentive and her Custer service was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant!!! We will be coming back for sure!! read more

Was good. I ordered thin crust with extra cheese. They didn't put much sauce on it, so it was like cheese bread with pepperoni. I liked the flavor. Would love if the would have used old world stick pepperoni like Marco's. Hate to say this, but Marco's thin is better. read more

We love being able to get a taste of home right here in Texas. They have a great atmosphere for both indoor and outdoor eating. Highly recommend. read more

First time here and other than the wait due to circumstances out of their control I was extremely pleased with the owner who was trying her best to recover lost time. Will definitely be back! read more

Wife and I ordered a large double dough pizza to go on Friday. We were told the wait was one hour as they were busy. No big deal. I picked it up and when we got it home the pizza was barely luke warm and going cold. We paid $34 for the pizza and are not happy about this. Very disappointing. read more

My experience last night was terrible. I have been to Rosati's many times in Dallas area and was excited to find a "new" location in Cedar Park while visiting my daughter. However, this location is just a mess. The website would not take delayed take-out orders. I phone ordered three deep dish pizzas and dough nuggets for take-out for $75. They gave me a 1 hour pick up time. I even showed up 5 minutes late for pickup just in case. I paid then sat/stood with 10 other folks in a cramped vestibule. It soon became obvious that NO orders were being delivered on time.... usually averaging 90 minutes or so. But my order never seemed to come... and I waited. The conversation in the "waiting room" turned to how late everything was and why, if this is the case for everyone, the managers had not stopped by to apologize and explain. And I waited. If I asked about status, it was always "just a few more minutes". Finally after 45 minutes of waiting, I told the counter staff to go back and see if my pizzas were even being made. And I waited. At 55 minutes I asked to see a manager since none seemed to care enough to come out when it was obvious a big problem was brewing. I would say I got excuses instead of apologies..."Oh, Friday nights are always terrible" "We just don't have enough staff" etc. I wanted a status on my order. She said she would find out. I waited. Finally the answer was they had incorrectly made one of the pizzas and were redoing it. But it would be done soon. I waited. They offered a credit for "next time". I said I lived in Dallas so that would be useless. A different manager came and offered to credit that one pizza. (This doesn't help the three other orders I had, presumably getting cold). They said they gave a credit on my card but without a receipt I don't know if I really got one or how much. I guess I need to check Chase online. I waited. At this point, my wife called the restaurant to see if I was still there. The countertop girl assured her I was. I waited. Finally at 70 minutes after the pickup time (2:15+ after ordering), my order was ready. I left and went back to a hungry household. And one final issue... the pizza I ordered for myself (not the one they already remade) was totally wrong. I ordered pepperoni, sausage, peppers, tomatoes and ricotta. Well, they got the peppers right! But the rest was onions, black olives, and something else I couldn't determine. Time to go back to Mangia's. read more

Pizza is awesome! Chicago goodness in Texas. Slices are cheap, massive, and so good! Brand new space that looks great. Indoor and outdoor seating. read more

We finally found a pizza that tastes like home! The thin crust sausage pizza tastes exactly like pizza in Chicago does. The meat sauce on the BYO pasta was the best sauce we've ever had! You can tell it is homemade with fresh ingredients, we cannot get enough! read more

Service is pretty bad. Not sure what the people are doing with their time but counted 5 people serving, bussing and bar tending and service very slow, empty tables littered with dishes and cups that haven't been bussed away. Would think for a place with only about 15 tables and food taking 30-40 mins to come out that there is enough time to keep up. The table behind us is having to put empty dishes on the floor because they aren't being cleared. Saw 3 groups of people walk in and walk out because the only empty tables were not bussed yet and no one was helping them. read more

My family and I tried Rosati's out last weekend and it was amazing! My aunt and uncle(native Chicagoans...i was raised in Peoria) were with us...we surprisingly didn't have the pizza. I had the Combo sandwich...outstanding. Everyone enjoyed the dinner and the beers were nice and cold. Can't wait to try more offerings. read more

This place is SO good!!! We got a deep dish pizza and the dough is insanely good!! We also got the spicy garlic wings and I was so impressed with how much meat was on them! I highly recommend! read more

Closest thing to Chicago style pizza that I've had since I moved to Texas (From the South Side of Chicago.) The Classic Combo reminded me of home! The only thing that needs improvement is the wait time. It didn't take longer than 30 mins for a thin crust pizza back home. Happy you guys are here because I don't have to wait a year to get some good pizza! read more

I have been to this location twice and both times left WITHOUT food. Unbelievable. The first time I couldnt get through the phone line for over 30 mins on repeated redial as I was driving there. When I got there I was told there was a 5 HOUR WAIT! It was a Friday but that is a ridiculous amount of time for anywhere and it was only 4:45!! I could see maybe for later in the evening but come on. So I left. Then yesterday, after learning my mistake from last time I decided to pre-order my food. I called at 1230 and asked if I could place an order to pick up at 5. I was told no. She told me if I wanted to pick up at 5 that i would have to call at 330-345. So I did. At 330 I placed my order. A large pepperoni pizza and garlic nuggets. I arrived at 450, went in and paid. I was told my garlic nuggets were ready but they were waiting on the pizza. I had my 3 yr old with me bc it was supposed to be ready but literally an HOUR later and repeated "I dont know whats happened" from the, I'm assuming, manager , we still didn't have any food. She came to me finally when she could see i had had enough with the HOUR OLD garlic nuggets and apologized and askednif i wanted them. Thats just gross. I told them I wanted my money refunded and left. She credited my account but at this point I highly doubt we will ever go back. Just terrible. read more

We decided to try this place last night. I am very Covid conciuos so I always make sure we choose a place with outside seating. There was quite a bit of people outside and my husband went in to see if they could clean a specific table we asked for. The waitress tells him there is a clean table over there and tries to disregard what my husband just asked her to do. He tells her that we don't want that table and if she could please clean the table. She rolls her eyes and makes a gesture of annoyance to his request. She comes outside to clean the table and tells us to "not crowd around the table as she is cleaning it." Now mind you the area outside is very small. I just about told my husband we were leaving but another waiter came by and apologized and said for us to forgive her as she was the only one waiting on people. We decided to stay and she was nice after her tantrum. Food was good overall but three stars for their service. read more

I was so excited for this place to open. I waited months and I'm so disappointed in my experience. Let's start by acknowledging that it's a new business and I'm sure they're still figuring things out. The first time my husband and I tried to order from them, it took an hour to get through on their line as they aren't currently accepting online orders. When we finally got them to answer, whoever picked up our call promptly hung up on us. We thought it was a mistake, so we continued to try to get through. We finally did, was immediately placed on hold for about 10min. I finally heard them take me off hold. I could hear people in the background. I continued to say hello to get them to speak to me, and was hung up on a second time. We decided to order from another restaurant that night. Fast forward almost a week. We decided to try again. We got through without issues this time. I placed my order and was told it'd be about an hour for delivery. Over and hour passes and I get a call that they're backed up and would take another 30min. I was ok with that, but then another hour passed. It took over 2hrs to get the food. I ordered a deep dish, a thin crust, and I had a coupon for the dough nuggets (tossed in garlic and herbs: sounded yummy). The thin crust was completely cold. The cheese on it was solid. As in literally solid, when it's been sitting out for too long. Right off the bat, the deep dish looked very different from the pictures they had been posting on social media of their deep dish pizzas. Also worth mentioning...not so deep. Maybe it's justme, but it was so thin. The dough on it was pale, undercooked, chewy, and the sauce had a weird after taste. The dough nuggets tasted ok, but they were so hard and chewy it was actually hard to eat. They are definitely pricey too. So I was disappointed I had spent so much on food we barely ate. Maybe it'll get better, but for now it's not doing it for me. I wish them well. I'm glad they're getting business and gaining success during these hard times. Maybe I'll try again further down the line. read more

Been waiting to try this place and it was just not ready for primetime yet! Maybe can give them another try in 6 months or so but the food was not worth the slow lousy service. First off we ordered in advance as many others suggested which the menu on their website does not match what was on the online ordering, ex. they list meatballs as a topping but the online ordering does not have meatballs listed, so I put in the comments that I ordered Italian sausage but want meatballs instead. Note that they did not read that or ignored those comments. We ordered in advance at 5pm to pick order at 6:30pm and it was noted on site 75 minutes for pickup orders at the time. Well get their at 6:30 and was not ready, no apologies or time frame was offered just tell us to wait. Finally at 7pm we see a order in the window but the staff working the front didn't bother to check it just let it sit there until my wife asked them if that was our order which it was, they were busy standing around so I get it. The food was decent we ordered dough nuggets, regular pepperoni pizza and a lrg. Chicago style pizza, note that only the deep dish pizza was hot the other 2 were cold as probably been done and sitting in the window. For the money and the time I would have been better off driving to RR for Chicago style pizza. read more
