I was visiting my friends in AZ 2 weeks ago and we had Sunday fun day at Rosatti's. Courtney served us at the bar and was super nice, attentive, and friendly. I was back this past weekend and we met another friend for football on the patio and me and my friend walk in after being there 1 time and Courtney greets us and asks if we want our touchdown shots! First she remembered us and I'm sure she runs into a ton of people. Second she remembered what we drank. Third, she was so amazing yet again to us as we ate and drank on the patio all day. She's so cool we wanted her Snapchat! I will for sure be back my next visit to AZ to see Courtney specifically! Thanks girl for amazing service. read more

The food here is horrible, I truly am not speaking out of anger or bitterness because trying to talk with someone about my experience , I never received a call back. But it's ok, thank god for yelp! Over priced sloppy, drowning in sauce pizzas and cold served deep fried zucchini and mozzarella sticks and garlic nuggets that are puke..... Exceptionally great food with typical Chicago style pizza. ( one of my favorites ) Great Italian appetizers, salads, pizzas, and yummy desserts. Dine in or take out, you won't be disappointed. read more

Good food and great, friendly service! Nice sports bar too with several games going. We will return.

We decided to order a pizza from this nearby restaurant because of all the construction traffic near where we live. I mentioned to my wife that I wondered why we had not seen any reviews on Next Door. We used their online menu to order a pizza. Frankly, it was awful. It had cheese only in spots and was cut up into 2 inch squares instead of the usual triangles. There was little pizza flavor and the outer edge was burned. The thin crust was almost inedible. I ended up scrapping the topping off and discarding the hard crust. We won't try this place again. read more

Delicious food! I have a new business that recently opened a few miles away and love to be able to come grab this for lunch! I lived in Chicago and used to order all the time! Super happy I am able to get it again! read more

Our youngest son ordered a pizza to bring a casual meal to his mother on Mother's Day and Rosati's RUINED THE PIZZA's. Both were over cooked, prepared WAY ahead of the pick up time and ENCOUNTERED CRABBY employees. This is not the first time on the weekend when the experience is horrible. I hope someone reads this from Avondale. read more

Ordered pizza online said it would be done in 30minutes - greeted at the door and directed to another area for pickup - cashier was very friendly, immediately checked on our pizza, was done exactly on time. Best pizza we've found in west valley - yes better than Oreganos and Barros read more

We waited over an hour for my son's pizza. Our calzones came out while waitress assured us his pizza needed another 15 minutes to cook. They accidentally used the "cold rack." Another 20 minutes and still no pizza. We asked her to just box the pizza because we wanted to go home. Don't bring your family when they are hungry because it can be an hour wait for food and you probably won't get it all your items at the same time. read more

As a brand of pizza, I've defended Rosati's to the moon and back. For the last few years I've enjoyed them just as much if not more than all the GiorMalnati's East imports receiving disproportionate attention. I love their sauce. I love the crust so thick and heavy it may have its own gravitational pull that keeps drawing me in. But most of my experiences with this brand have just been picking up to-go orders. Now it came time to give it a try in a full-service sports bar. Some of my favorite pizza while watching a Cards game sounds amazing, after all. But it really turned out to be a big fail here. I mean seriously, has management ever run a sports bar before? Here's what disliked. -No TV out on the patio, something virtually every sports bar should have. What a bummer considering the *perfect* Fall weather. -Sound was waaaay too quiet. I struggled to hear it from my table. When the game is on and most people are there to watch it, it NEEDS to be the center of attention. -Food was meeeeh. Like, all the right ingredients were there, but I truly feel as though my pizza was undercooked. Was much better after taking it home and heating it up so that it wasn't all watery on the outside and doughy on the inside. I mean, don't get me wrong...booze prices were SOLID. Service was cool. I'd maybe order a pizza from here to-go. But to hang out? eh...to catch the game? MEEEEEHHH, I have so many better options. read more

The food was really good, however, the customer service was below standard. Also when we were there they were working on a catering order so despite being the only people in the place it took almost an hour to get our food. read more

ZERO STARS!!!!! Not only the worst pizza I've ever had, put the worst meal. I ordered a large deep dish sausage. I paid $35 (including tip) for a soggy (disgusting), mushy, watery, tomatoes spread over undercooked dough. There was so little cheese on this pizza, the strands of the shredded cheese could be seen on it. Worst pizza ever!! Nothing about this is Chicago style and I wonder if the Rosati franchise knows this is how their name and quality is being represented. read more

The pizza was burned the chiken was very salty and the pasta never never buy again never better off with McDonald's

Unfortunately a two star. Pizza was good, but everything else lacked. We used a coupon for $18.99 2 topping 16" pizza with garlic bread and cheese and a two liter Pepsi product, which we ordered a diet Mountain Dew. We did get a 16" pizza, what we assumed to be an order of garlic bread with cheese and a 20 oz regular Mountain Dew. When we sat down to eat, the "garlic" bread was a loaf of white bread with a lot of cheese, NO garlic. The 2 liter was obviously wrong. The pizza had some mushrooms and pepperoni, but expected more from a promotion. Overall, good pizza but really disappointing experience for delivery. UPDATE: Had a much better experience dining in. Danielle was our server and she was very pleasant and not over bearing. The orders all came out correct and hot out of the oven, tasting very fresh. We were going to get a pizza again but the picture of the lasagna convinced us otherwise. Also ordered the Rosati's Dough and a side salad. My boyfriend and I walked away stomachs full and satisfied. Glad we gave it a second chance!! read more

Terrible terrible terrible Never say an hour for delivery 2 hours and still no food! Come on be honest we would have just picked it up!!!! We called twice and was just told it's on the way! Great food! Service was great. We went during the day about 1 pm so it was pretty empty. Our food was served pretty quick. We ordered fried dough nuggets that are amazing fried pieces of pizza dough and served with marinara sauce. I had the italian sausage with italian beef and peppers. It had great flavor but I felt a little over priced for the amount of food I received. My kids had the kids meals...noodles with butter and a mini pizza. These are priced at $5.99 and includes a drink. That's a great price in my book. I would come back! Next time we will try the pizza. read more

I just had delivery from the Avondale location. This was absolutely the worst food I've ever had from Rosati's - who I love. The portion size was laughable (2 T of bruscetta, burnt chicken smaller than a Mc burger patty . The chicken was emaciated - shriveled and dark brown (and inedible). The pasta was literally floating in (a good tasting) sauce. Even the bread (free garlic bread, and [un] toasted baguette) were dry and tasteless. read more

Rosati's Pizza - Shriveled chicken parm, 2 T of bruscetta. Sad! - Pizza Near Me - Avondale, Arizona

I have to say this is our favorite pizza. The thin crust is very much like the pizza we would get in Chicago. I know there are some very good specialty pizza places but for just a Chicago style thin crust it's great. The sauce is perfect and it has just the right amount of cheese. We've gotten it delivered and it always arrives fresh. Glad we found Rosatis! We look forward to trying the other varieties of pizza they have. Give it a try! read more

Rosatis Pizza sent me a coupon for a free pizza as a welcome gift to arizona, the pizza was good i ordered another pizza with alfredo sauce insted of marinera and both pizzas were delicious also the wings were good as well i dont understand why this place has 3 and a half stars, i recomend this spot support your local earterys. read more

If there was a 0 star I would give a 0 star Awful horrible worst pizza ever. My dad ordered a Chicago style pizza from here it should of been a deep dish pizza with out the sauce on top because he asked for the sauce not to be on the top. I should of taken a picture of the mess that arrived It was like all the cheese ran off the pizza to one side there was sauce everywhere you couldn't even tell where the slices were.He also ordered cheesy bread I'm going to assume that's what that was supposed to be it was nothing but hard crust with cheese on top of it horrible I I told him to call and complain about it but he refused to do so so I decided I will go ahead and put this review on there I told him don't ever buy from there again it is way too expensive to get crap delivered to your door. read more

Lunch out with the siblings today and we went to Rosati's for some pizza and wings. We got hot wings and they were delicious! I'm picky about my wings and they were pretty darn good. Got some Rosati's Dough Nuggets which were yummy and can be addicting. Then we got a pepperoni thin crust pizza which was good as well. Not the best pizza in the world but it was tasty and I like the thin crust. Really good place to watch sports. TVs everywhere. We got there during the Chargers/Ravens game right before the Bears/Eagles game. Good thing because the place started to fill up with a bunch of Bears fans in team jerseys and after seeing that intense game at home and how it ended I can only imagine how crazy it was at the restaurant with all those Bears fans. Lol!! Anyway good food, good company and a good server today. The server was very patient and nice even with all my requests. I couldn't help it I had 3 kids with me. Lol! . She probably hated me but didn't act like it. Lol!! She was nice and courteous as can be. read more

Ok ok ok, so I feel like I have cheated here. I have a go to spot for pizza & wings but the wife wanted to venture out and try somewhere new. I'm all about the adventure and trying new things, after all that's the joy of Yelp! We will definitely be back to Rosati's, especially during football season! There are over 18 big flat screens sure to have your game on. The wings were meaty and just the way I like them, crispy and saucy. The pie was delicious and they have a style to suit your taste. Thin crust, double crust or Chicago style deep dish all made to order with fresh flavorful toppings. I will definitely be back to try and venture through the menu, the Italian sandwich sounds amazing! Don't let the previous reviews scare you off, give Rosati's a try even if it's just to grab a drink from the full service bar. 06/14/2019- The wife and I popped back in for dinner. This go around I ordered the Cheef and the wife opted for a small pepperoni/sausage pie w/a side of 6 mild wings. I decided to sample two craft beers, the first was a Sour Fruit beer and the second called Citrizona from a local brewery. The Cheef-Don't sleep on this sandwich! Juicy, spicy and full of flavor. It was fantastic and I'm not even exaggerating. Pizza-Cannot go wrong with the pies here! Wings-A bit disappointed initially. Wings came out with just a drizzling of sauce compared to our first visit serving. The server quickly remedied though by sending back to the kitchen for a resaucing, just ask for "extra saucy" if you like the sauce lol. 06/29/2019- By far the worst experience at this location yet! It could've been the fact we came in late in the evening, about two hours before closing, not sure. The service was horrible!!! We stood for about 3min waiting for a seat, bartender looked at us, made eye contact even and went back to playing on her phone. Once seated we were told our server would be with us shortly to get our drink order, 10 min later we were finally acknowledged, mind you we saw plenty of staff pass us by. The drinks came pretty quickly, the food was at the table in ample time from ordering and as always was delicious. The only issue was that we had empty drinks most of the meal all while seeing plenty of staff either sitting talking at the bar or walking by us without even acknowledging us. Our server was MIA for much of the night finally resurfaced with broom and dust pan to clean the dining area. It was just disappointing, one night a week to take the wife out and it happened to be my birthday only to end up with her upset over the lack of attention and service. read more

The food was good. But i went their with my husband and i had this very rude lady serving me. She had blonde hair and her name was Alyssa. I had the worst experience because of her, she barely came to my table, was very rude when she was and seemed like she had no interest in talking to us. I would have had a great experience if it wasn't because of her. Rostais you last me as a cus because of her. i used to love this place ! read more

Looking forward to a family dinner with pizza & wings Order an X- Large pizza and 24 wings. Delivery showed up with our hot pizza but did not have our wings. Yes, they did not deliver our wings. Mind you Rosati's is not cheap but the food is good so I don't mind paying a little extra. I called and spoke with the manager Rosa. I advised what had happen and please send a fresh order of wings. Due to being a loyal customer I ask if I could get some type of discount on our next order down the road for the inconvenience. Rosa stated no, we don't compensate customers for our mistakes. I'm disappointed with the poor customer service and Rosa comments or lack of for giving great service. The food is great but the customer service has to improve, possibly more customer service training for Rosa. read more

Ok, I know this is a beer bar, but seriously a 3 ounce Cab wine pour for $7 during happy hour at a neighborhood sports bar is embarrassing for owner. Pizza toppings were good, but crust was flavorless. Sorry to say, but this nothing like Rosati's in Temecula or Las Vegas. UPDATE...very impressed with the responsiveness of this owner. He reached out in an attempt to earn my business back. I've changed my star review because of his responsiveness. read more

Rosati's has very good food and is an excellent sports bar with MANY, MANY, BIG SCREENS all over each and every wall of this place! We watched the NFL draft, the DBacks and Zack Greinke shut out the Pittsburgh Pirates, the NHL Hockey Playof game, and numerous other MLB games simultaneously. Food? Let's start with their pastas. They have a build a pasta section with virtually any combination of Italian sauce, noodle, and toppings that you can imagine. I stuck with the basics last night, just spaghetti with a rich bolonese meat sauce and topped with baked mozzellera cheese. Huge portion, with garlic bread, and took half of it home and had another lunch with again today. Good selection of salads here. I recommend the Antipasto Salad with a great selection of Italian meats, cheeses, olives, and veggies on a large platter. BEST house Italian scratch made dressing that I have ever tasted! Very good Chicago style Italian beef sandwiches and combos with Italian Sausage that actually rival Luke's here in Phoenix and Chicago's own. Very good looking pizzas that I haven't tried yet but they were getting devoured at adjacent tables. I saw a couple of complaints here on service but we have been here several times and have always gotten excellent service with hot looking servers. You can always tell when a server is motivated by making good money and is happy with their job. TWO THUMBS UP! I highly recommend this place! read more
