I ordered a pound of boneless wings and was given a half pound ($17.99 for a full pound). When I called to tell them this they said that 12 boneless wings was a pound... well, I weighed the wings - with the foil- and it was under a half pound. I was put on hold 3 times and then they finally refunded me for half the wings - after arguing I was wrong. When I tried to tell them that if they are preparing the wings by COUNT that they should actually charge by COUNT they hung up on me. Weigh your wings. I ordered at 1130am expecting to get my lunch at 1230pm since they do take an hour I ended up waiting nearly 2 hours for the wrong food and when I called to see where the order was the man over the phone said he did not know when I was going to get the food, saying that the driver just left the store and would be there shortly. If this place was a kid it'd be a C student bordering on a D. The customer service is atrocious, I've literally been hung up on while talking by the cashier girl multiple times. While picking up I've had to get the attention of kitchen staff as she was on her phone and didn't notice I was up front. The delivery times vary greatly even on weekdays and I advise you never order sandwiches or anything other than pizza, I've made this mistake twice. Avoid ordering from Rosatis in Gilbert's at all costs. We have ordered here for years and it has gotten significantly worse with each and every experience. It is more less the only pizza place that delivers in Pingree Grove but never again. The manager (LUIS) who takes the phone orders is ALWAYS so rude and disrespectful. He tries to rush people by talking over them and he randomly puts you on hold without notice while you are giving him your order. The manager LUIS always gives you different prices even if you order the same thing every time. When you call him out on it he ALWAYS says it's a new menu even if you just ordered a few days prior. I highly doubt that they are distributing new menus that frequently. After I canceled my order, I immediately called the Rosatis in Hampshire and ordered the exact same thing. My order was $8 cheaper at the Hampshire location vs Gilbert's. I understand Individual franchises, but that is pretty significant. How is that possible? The manager LUIS has hung up on me during my order multiple times. I asked to speak with his manager and he says he's in charge. Supposedly the owner of the establishment is named Bill which I will be contacting on Wednesday to let him know what goes on with his location. read more

Terrible. Dick and Ron (owners of the business), you need to do significantly better. Our experience with your place was awful. I don't know how anyone can say the food was good. Pizza was cold. 14" thin crust pizza was missing one of the ingredients. And, where was the sauce. Perhaps you ran out. The delivery guy must have taken a 30 minute break as the pizza was cold. And, the chicken wings were terrible. You need to learn the difference between mild sauce and hot sauce. They are very different. If the customer asks for mild sauce and you use hot sauce, guess where the wings are going? You guessed it....the garbage. $9 for that trash, and I mean trash. That is where they ended up. We try to be loyal here, but this experience was over the top. We order out so we don't have to turn on the oven. Well, the oven had to be turned on because Dick and Ron can't seem to manage their employees to do right by the customer. There is too much competition out there to put up with this non-sense. Dreadful guys....you can do so much better. Awful, perhaps it is time to exit the pizza business. Response to Owner's comment below: Based on that review, why would anyone go back? Zero stars if I could. I never leave reviews, but this was a terrible experience. Preordered 3 days in advance for a gathering after a funeral to be held. Over $100 worth of food to be expected to be delivered at 12:15p & no show. Had to call the restaurant 4x to see where our order was. Lied. Each. Time. 1st call, dude said they were preparing it then got hung up on. 2nd call - had to call back to verify what the issue was. 3rd call (one hour later) - said driver was on his way. 4th call (30 min later) tells us they didn't receive our order. Had to leave our guests at home with NO food to the store to prove we placed the preorder on THEIR myrosatis.com/Gilberts (which is advertised on their menus) and wanted to CANCEL the order at this point. "Manager" stated bc we had ordered from Slice - deal with them. We didn't order directly from Slice - their system third parties with Slice, they should be assisting with this matter. No solution was provided to help us. Then delivery dude tried to butt in and put in his 2 cents when he only heard half the story... We demanded the number for Slice to call customer service ourselves IN store. Now we will wait 3-5 business days to see if they will truly refund our money. I've ordered pizza here and other stuff many times. I've always liked their product for the money. My son would have the Italian Beef and I would have the combo (Italian beef and Italian sausage) sandwich with giardiniera. Yummmy!.. There's another Rosati's in Elgin (Big Timber Rd.) and I prefer this one in Gilberts. I've also ordered stuff here for my daughter's birthday and my son's birthday and each time they've produced very good tasting food. We love their fried chicken, roasted chicken, italian sausage, italian beef, and, of course, the pizza. Thin crust pizza is very good, if you haven't tried it. Sometimes we'd go for the thicker pizzas. The calzone's as big as your head!.. It looks like a folded 12-inch or 14-inch pizza! It's good for two people. I'll try the wings here next time. We have ordered twice from this location and will never order again. The first time, my fiancee ordered a medium sausage and cheese pizza and it took an hour and a half to arrive at our house. He waited around for the pizza so long that he called the store and was just told "well the driver left here so you should have it soon". The pizza was not warm anymore and did not taste good either. The second incident was a few weeks ago, I ordered myself a chicken sandwich and fried mushrooms. I placed the order at 630pm and figured it might take a little bit for it to get here since it was the dinner rush. Never did I expect for my food to arrive at 9pm. It took so long I was able to call my fiancee in order to complain about how long it was taking, debate whether or not i should ask him to stop and get me something on his way home, and then I also had time to call the store to see what was taking so long. While on the phone with a worker that could not explain why a simple order took so long, the driver showed up. I was hungry so i just paid for a meal and sat down to eat it. The sandwich was cold and the mushrooms were extremely soggy. I felt horrible after I ate the meal as well. We both strong recommend you find another pizza place in the area because waiting 2.5 hours for a sandwich is beyond ridiculous. read more

They deliver to Cambridge Lakes. Pizza is very good, but its been burnt on one side more than once. It's usually our go to place because it's quick. The delivery driver short changed me once... Said he didn't have enough for $10 worth of change. He gave me $7, so instead of a $5 tip, he walked away with $8. I only ordered a $17 pizza and paid the deliver fee on top of the tip.
