The slices are $6. They are large and good, somehow I can justify the cost of one large slice. But! Then I got a 14" half pepperoni for ) $17. That felt ridiculous. Too much money for not even filling two people for pizza. We can completing places for way cheaper. Rosati's is a staple! If you don't care about cost, it's a good product, but if cost is an issue...there is plenty of tasty places around. read more

Rosatis Gilberts - $17, a but much for a 12inch - Pizza Near Me - Gilberts, Illinois

We were on a road trip and wanted to sample Chicago-style pizza. We went with the 10 inch version with 2 additional toppings: Italian sausage and green pepper. It was fantastic! The service was very friendly. There was high-top seating for 6 in the eating area, as this location is primarily takeaway/delivery. We ate every last bite!!! read more

Rosatis Gilberts - 10'' Chicago Deep Dish Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Gilberts, Illinois

I thought it was a restaurant. It's just a pizza pick up spot so no it wasn't worth it for me, but I did get a slice of pizza. The sauce was very good. Lots of cheese. I didn't really love the crust - too thick for me. They do offer thin crust, but I just wanted pizza by the slice. It was quite a ways off the freeway. I didn't realize how far out of the way to get back on! read more

They forgot our salad. Brought it 30 minutes later, but it was just lettuce. There was supposed to be a lot in it per the description on their own menu. When I called to complain they told me they couldn't give me a refund. Told me the salad was supposed to come like that when it clearly wasn't. Lazy. Lost a customer over a few dollars. read more

I ordered a pound of boneless wings and was given a half pound ($17.99 for a full pound). When I called to tell them this they said that 12 boneless wings was a pound... well, I weighed the wings - with the foil- and it was under a half pound. I was put on hold 3 times and then they finally refunded me for half the wings - after arguing I was wrong. When I tried to tell them that if they are preparing the wings by COUNT that they should actually charge by COUNT they hung up on me. Weigh your wings. Ridiculous you have to, but they're charging double for less. read more

Great delivery service food is consistent and delivered hot I have had great service from this rosatis

We have been going there since they opened and never had a problem. Yesterday totally messed up on our order in which we had to wait over an hour after the time we were told it was going to be ready and when we went to pick it up also charged a $5.00 tip in which we were never asked or told. Asked to speak with Juan the manager and he would not speak with us. Totally ridiculous. Very disappointed in this business. Corporate office has been contacted regarding fraudulent tip. read more

THIS PLACE IS SO GOOD! 111/10 EXPERIENCE. I loved their pizza and the amazing Italian cuisine! Tomato sauce is very delightful.

Great Sausage and green olive pizza. Delivery was on time and contact-less. Will definitely order again. read more

We've always had good food here and discovered that unlike other locations, this one has bread nuggets that are delicious! We regularly order their pizza and bread nuggets and on occasion get burgers, mostaccioli and beef sandwiches. read more

Back in November 22 we were having a party and had ordered a Jumbo pizza. Upon its arrival when opening the box we see it had been dumped dropped or something making a mess of the order. So I called and spoke to who ever was in charge on the 15th and he ask me to take pictures and send them to his phone which I did and he confirmed he got them and advised me on the phone to keep the pizza and he would give us a free one of the same value on my next order. So yesterday I called to order an the manger who was now on duty told me he would only give me half so I went through all kinds of hell finally getting my order replaced and I told them they need to get their shit together and all be on the same page when it comes to stuff like this!!! But it was finally replaced read more

Service was on time so that made me happy. The food is solely the reason why I wanted to write a review. Definitely below average. Papa John's, Pizza Hut, or any other pizza place can top this one's. This was my first time here and I was anticipating decently good pizza since Rosati's is kinda well known. Pricing is normal but the food is something else.. not in a good way. The garlic cheesy bread was very cheesy but literally ZERO garlic. Take a look at the pic yourself, LOL. It looked nothing like the picture advertised but I still ate it. The pizza was also meh. The cheese was fine, the sausage could've been better, the pepperoni tasted like pepperoni. I got double crust and it was horribbleeee. The worst pizza crust I've ever eaten. It tastes like a breadstick without the seasonings that's been left out for a day. So stale and hard. I'd only willingly eat this place if I was dying of hunger if I'd be honest. A pizza place is a pizza place tho ‍‍ read more

This place is awful! Do yourself a favor and save the aggravation, go elsewhere! They take forever to deliver and even worse completely forget your order, but then lie abd say a driver is on the way. Only for 2 hours later then to admit nope just didn't make your food! Literally any other pizza place and you won't put up with this! read more

Everytime we have ordered from them the delivery is either twice as long or they forget something. Really need to get it together.

Pretty solid food. Good pizza, good beef sandwiches. We've ordered take out and delivery. No complaints. read more

This is crazy... I ordered online and paid with credit card, then came in to try and pick up my order and the guy tries to tell me the prices on the website are wrong and I owe him more money. I will never go back and would advise against ordering from this Rosati's unless you want to deal with a pizza hostage situation. I typically love Rosati's but definitely not this one. read more

Horrible. I ordered at 1130am expecting to get my lunch at 1230pm since they do take an hour I ended up waiting nearly 2 hours for the wrong food and when I called to see where the order was the man over the phone said he did not know when I was going to get the food, saying that the driver just left the store and would be there shortly. Well 30 minutes later when I called back he simply stated that the driver hadn't came back to grab the food. I am furious and will never order from this place again. Which is sad considering the others in the area are very good at serves and their food is great, The food is almost always wrong and this time is no surprise when after 2 hours of waiting I receive a salad when I ordered a burger. Please save yourself the trouble and never order from this place. Service is horrible. Food is wrong You have to wait 2 hours for a delivery. Not worth the money. Try anyplace else. read more

We have had some ups and downs with this locations...lately, I feel like the pizza has been amazing. We love (sorry Chicago lovers) thin pizza. we ask them to do a 'pie' cut..it's exactly like a NY style giant piece of thin crust pizza with tons of toppings and gooey cheese...We use the coupons they send with the orders for a free appetizer, any little bit helps during these times! read more

Terrible and expensive. OMG. $37 for the smallest pizza with sausage, pepperoni, and mushroom. Minimal sauce. Mushrooms were non existent. Plus half pound of chicken wings with mild sauce. They must have run out of mild sauce and put hot sauce. And, there was enough for one person. Threw them out as they were so hot. Very disappointing and a major rip off. Won't be going to them anymore. read more

If this place was a kid it'd be a C student bordering on a D. The customer service is atrocious, I've literally been hung up on while talking by the cashier girl multiple times. While picking up I've had to get the attention of kitchen staff as she was on her phone and didn't notice I was up front. The delivery times vary greatly even on weekdays and I advise you never order sandwiches or anything other than pizza, I've made this mistake twice. Unfortunately they're my only option for delivery so I'm stuck with them. I guess it could be worse than mediocrity. read more

Avoid ordering from Rosatis in Gilbert's at all costs. We have ordered here for years and it has gotten significantly worse with each and every experience. It is more less the only pizza place that delivers in Pingree Grove but never again. The manager (LUIS) who takes the phone orders is ALWAYS so rude and disrespectful. He tries to rush people by talking over them and he randomly puts you on hold without notice while you are giving him your order. The manager LUIS always gives you different prices even if you order the same thing every time. When you call him out on it he ALWAYS says it's a new menu even if you just ordered a few days prior. I highly doubt that they are distributing new menus that frequently. After I canceled my order, I immediately called the Rosatis in Hampshire and ordered the exact same thing. My order was $8 cheaper at the Hampshire location vs Gilbert's. I understand Individual franchises, but that is pretty significant. How is that possible? The manager LUIS has hung up on me during my order multiple times. I asked to speak with his manager and he says he's in charge. Supposedly the owner of the establishment is named Bill which I will be contacting on Wednesday to let him know what goes on with his location. read more

Rosati's Pizza is by far the Best Pizza around! We have eaten pizza from many different locations all over the suburbs and have to say the Huntley, IL location is by far the best. If I could rate this place 0 out of 5 stars I would! I ordered online at 630... waited two hours (I understand the 45-55 minute wait) but then they would not even answer their phones! Terrible. Dick and Ron (owners of the business), you need to do significantly better. Our experience with your place was awful. I don't know how anyone can say the food was good. Pizza was cold. 14" thin crust pizza was missing one of the ingredients. And, where was the sauce. Perhaps you ran out. The delivery guy must have taken a 30 minute break as the pizza was cold. And, the chicken wings were terrible. You need to learn the difference between mild sauce and hot sauce. They are very different. If the customer asks for mild sauce and you use hot sauce, guess where the wings are going? You guessed it....the garbage. $9 for that trash, and I mean trash. That is where they ended up. We try to be loyal here, but this experience was over the top. We order out so we don't have to turn on the oven. Well, the oven had to be turned on because Dick and Ron can't seem to manage their employees to do right by the customer. There is too much competition out there to put up with this non-sense. Dreadful guys....you can do so much better. Awful, perhaps it is time to exit the pizza business. Response to Owner's comment below: Based on that review, why would anyone go back? To spend that kind of money for awful food just doesn't make sense. There are LOTS of choices out there. You can't even get the order right, and the customer got stuck paying for this crap. Help me understand why someone would give you another chance. read more

This is one of the best pizza places around! The workers that answer the phones are always courteous and knowledgeable about the menu.

I've ordered pizza here and other stuff many times. I've always liked their product for the money. My son would have the Italian Beef and I would have the combo (Italian beef and Italian sausage) sandwich with giardiniera. Yummmy!.. There's another Rosati's in Elgin (Big Timber Rd.) and I prefer this one in Gilberts. I've also ordered stuff here for my daughter's birthday and my son's birthday and each time they've produced very good tasting food. We love their fried chicken, roasted chicken, italian sausage, italian beef, and, of course, the pizza. Thin crust pizza is very good, if you haven't tried it. Sometimes we'd go for the thicker pizzas. The calzone's as big as your head!.. It looks like a folded 12-inch or 14-inch pizza! It's good for two people. I'll try the wings here next time. We'll come back to you, Rosati's!.. :-) Keep up the quality!.. read more

Zero stars if I could. I never leave reviews, but this was a terrible experience. Preordered 3 days in advance for a gathering after a funeral to be held. Over $100 worth of food to be expected to be delivered at 12:15p & no show. Had to call the restaurant 4x to see where our order was. Lied. Each. Time. 1st call, dude said they were preparing it then got hung up on. 2nd call - had to call back to verify what the issue was. 3rd call (one hour later) - said driver was on his way. 4th call (30 min later) tells us they didn't receive our order. Had to leave our guests at home with NO food to the store to prove we placed the preorder on THEIR myrosatis.com/Gilberts (which is advertised on their menus) and wanted to CANCEL the order at this point. "Manager" stated bc we had ordered from Slice - deal with them. We didn't order directly from Slice - their system third parties with Slice, they should be assisting with this matter. No solution was provided to help us. Then delivery dude tried to butt in and put in his 2 cents when he only heard half the story... We demanded the number for Slice to call customer service ourselves IN store. Now we will wait 3-5 business days to see if they will truly refund our money. Bad customer service and never preorder if you plan on ordering from this location...you've been warned. read more

The pizza here is ok. The girl answering the phone needs an attitude adjustment. I'm pretty sure hanging up on your customers isn't a smart business practice. We have ordered twice from this location and will never order again. The first time, my fiancee ordered a medium sausage and cheese pizza and it took an hour and a half to arrive at our house. He waited around for the pizza so long that he called the store and was just told "well the driver left here so you should have it soon". The pizza was not warm anymore and did not taste good either. The second incident was a few weeks ago, I ordered myself a chicken sandwich and fried mushrooms. I placed the order at 630pm and figured it might take a little bit for it to get here since it was the dinner rush. Never did I expect for my food to arrive at 9pm. It took so long I was able to call my fiancee in order to complain about how long it was taking, debate whether or not i should ask him to stop and get me something on his way home, and then I also had time to call the store to see what was taking so long. While on the phone with a worker that could not explain why a simple order took so long, the driver showed up. I was hungry so i just paid for a meal and sat down to eat it. The sandwich was cold and the mushrooms were extremely soggy. I felt horrible after I ate the meal as well. We both strong recommend you find another pizza place in the area because waiting 2.5 hours for a sandwich is beyond ridiculous. read more

Unimpressive service. Mediocre food. Bad leftovers. We ordered from them for delivery--we had a variety of things--Ravioli, Banana Pepper Pizza, couple salads, couple sandwiches. We had it read back to us, it was perfect. So we get the food. The pizza is missing. I call back right away to find out where our banana pepper pizza is. This guy (different from the first woman) says they don't even have banana peppers. Whaaa? So we wait 30 minutes for our pizza to finally get re-delivered. My poor, hungry husband. And the food wasn't even that good. I will not be ordering from them again... read more

They deliver to Cambridge Lakes. Pizza is very good, but its been burnt on one side more than once. It's usually our go to place because it's quick. The delivery driver short changed me once... Said he didn't have enough for $10 worth of change. He gave me $7, so instead of a $5 tip, he walked away with $8. I only ordered a $17 pizza and paid the deliver fee on top of the tip. He insisted I'd have a $3 credit for the trouble, but no such luck. I'm sure he just forgot to report that, but I pick up or pay with a card now. read more

Terrible, awful, bad service! I ordered nearly $50.00 worth of food from this location and I assure you, I will NEVER order from there again. My food took 93 minutes to arrive and was ice cold when it was delivered, an item was forgotten and one of the pizzas was wrong... You would think that a refund or some sort of compensation would be given after several complaints were made... Wrong. They refused to give me any kind of refund or credit towards a future order...
