I called in an order and was quoted a 20-minute wait. Since it's only about 10 minutes away, I gave it a little time before heading over... perfect timing, because the food was ready right when I arrived. The owner handled checkout himself, was friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant looked clean and well-kept which is always a great first impression. Once home, we dug in. The chicken parm sandwich was excellent: generously cheesy, with a tangy sauce that avoided being overly sweet. The bread was lightly buttered with just a hint of garlic, adding flavor without overpowering the sandwich. The chicken itself was thick, juicy, and very tender... not dry, not greasy, just done right. The way you expect it to be. The ribs were equally satisfying. They were very tender, tho not quite falling off the bone, but close enough to show proper cooking, they had a rich, smoky sauce that had real depth of flavor glazed over them. The fries were the only minor miss; they could have been crispier and benefited from a touch more salt, but they didn't detract from the overall meal. All told, this was a great experience and exactly the kind of quality local spot worth adding to the regular rotation. The menu is extensive, and there are several other items I'm eager to try. The interior of OS is a site-seeing tour. Tons of memoriabia from the past. They have a giant dining room, a separate bar room and a few rooms with video games. But above all this is their amazing pizza. We had a Cheese and Hawaiian pizza and really liked both. A size large here probably feeds any 3 people. They home-make pizza and freeze some to be available when pizza isn't happening. When the server said "frozen pizza," I wasn't super excited but it was the best cheese pizza! They let me know that you can always call ahead for them to make or keep a specific pizza to buy frozen for carryout or when the pizza kitchen is closed. Occasionally I'll be naughty and get a burger there cause they're just so good. They (almost always) season their burgers really well so it's super flavorful. Their appetizers are fun and unexpected as well. The staff is usually really chill. Donna, the owner, is the sweetest thing ever, and her husband is super sweet and fun but with some rough edges. I admit that the interior could really use a tune up but all their food and hospitality certainly make up for it.

Walked in 15 mins later to place an order and the store was empty. Guy working the counter was playing on his phone when I walked in - explained the situation and he proceeds to give me attitude and tell me that I somehow just missed the rush. Walked out because I won't deal with that BS. Had he at least been some what apologetic for the issue, I would have totally understood. Instead I got instant confrontation and attitude.
