I know this says Vinny's " pizza " but pizza is not what this review is about. I've tried the pizza there and it's okay, nothing groundbreaking, but this review is actually about their chicken wings. Their Caribbean Jerk sauce for the wings is really good and would probably be my first recommendation with bbq being my second and mango habanero my third. I ordered over the phone with a coupon and the person taking my ordered charged me full price. I asked him twice if he used the coupon price and I believe if you use a credit card there's a service fee added! The restaurant menu is not updated with their current prices. I also didn't get a receipt with my food which is not right if the business is trying to over charge their customers. The lady that came out with my order was not wearing a mask! So been eating Vinny's pizza for quite a few years, until today! A simple mistake of taking down a credit card number turned it a customer service nightmare. Took them almost 20 minutes to get back to us, so we could give them the proper number. When I called back to confirm everything was ok I was greeted by what most would consider a very inconsiderate and rude reception and then to be hung up on unacceptable. The pizza has been getting delivered NOT HOT and not of the same quality as in the past but not enough to not keep ordering. I think Vinny's has the BEST Italian beef with cheese. The meat is very tender, and flavorful. They send you a small cup of au jus, but it's a perfect amount. As for the fries, they are a hit or miss. I wish I took a picture but I enjoyed the meal. I feel their beef sandwich is soooo much better than the place that also sells them. This will be the only place I will order this sandwich from, unless they change the recipe (which I hope they do not). Vinny's has a really great sandwich, try it you won't regret it at all... I'm writing this as a public service announcement. I ordered a pizza for takeout a week ago when I arrived not a a single of the 5 employees working were wearing masks. I called to cancel my order due to the lack of responsible food handling. I drove by this store on my way home so naturally I look over to see if anyone is wearing a mask it has been 3 times now and still no one is wearing a mask. They even recently put up 2 open pizza boxes to block the view inside of the store. I'm assuming they did this after being contacted by the DeKalb county health services department after I reported them.
