I found this place through yelp. I was very far from home and was craving pizza. I walked in to the establishment to place my order. The customer service was good. The woman behind the counter answered all of my questions and helped me with placing my order to go. It took the average amount of time to prepare a regular pizza after ordering. I was disappointed with my pizza. It's all about the flavor and quality of ingredients. The chicken was not of the best quality. There was plenty of cheese, but everything else was bland. The flavors were not cohesive. The sauce lacked a robust flavor and the crust was not rich. I do believe the price I paid for the pizza was reasonable, but much was left to be desired after eating it. read more

I actually really enjoy their pizza, my husband and I would order on our way to Macomb every other weekend this past spring and earlier in the summer. However, I noticed that as time went on, when I tried to call and place an order, I could never get through or I'd finally get through after 30 rings or so and someone would put me on hold and I would get a dial tone. I eventually would get to speak to someone who said they were very short staffed--and I totally understand that excuse. But it kept happening and I gave up and tried other pizza places and none of them were nearly as good. It's just sad that not having enough staff members is keeping me from a great pizza. read more

Placed an order to pick up a pizza. When I went in to pay for it, I was double charged and didn't notice until my wife told me. I went back in and told them about the mistake and they told me that they would credit back my account the overcharge which was around $20. I told them they could just give me a credit for another pizza, but they insisted on refunding me. To make a long story short I never was refunded and when I went back in about two weeks later, I was told the owner said he reimbursed my bank card which did not ever happen. We loved their pizza and food, but I have not been back in almost a year and they lost a great customer over a $20 credit that I never got reimbursed for. I will not in any way bad mouth their food, because it was great, but I would be cautious and carefully look at your receipt after you purchase something. To me it was the principle of how I was treated. Not the 20+ dollars that I lost. read more

My wife and I really enjoy their pizza and often order and slide down the hallway connecting it to Sam's Tavern where we have a beer, wine or cocktail and when the pizza is ready...a member of Stonebaker's staff brings it to us! I load mine with sausage, pepperoni, bacon, green olives and (the only bad news) yellow onions...red onions are the best, but they don't have them. Adults, order your pizza(s), pay at the counter and head down the hall to Sam's for a beverage...they'll bring your pizza to you! If you have the kids, you'll need to sit in StoneBaker's. Snagged a pizza from here around 6pm and it was the best decision I made all day. I don't even know where to start with how much I enjoyed the pizza. The crust was amazing and when complemented by quality cheese and toppings, it made for a great dinner. I really enjoyed the sauce too which is a big make or break for pizza. 10/10 would recommend.
