He came by the same day to give us a very fair and reasonable quote. We scheduled the tree removal service with him the following week. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. My cat got stuck in a tall tree and I called animal control services who referred me to my local fire department who then referred me back to animal services. I reached out to tree services on yelp and Jose from Rosa's tree care came down day of, gave me a fair price, and got my cat down. He even hugged my cat when he grabbed him. The crew that arrived did a great job on the trimming of the palm tree and cleaning the fronds up.The price was more than fair. That being said I have one disappointment around the service. I have many cactus and succulents planted in the garden under and around the palm. I asked if they would be safe and they indicated yes. This is where my disappointment comes in. Many of my plants were damaged by feet and fronds. I would have put something up to protect them if I had known. This tree has been trimmed several times without this kind of damage. So just consider this if you have plants by your palm. I worked for 2 hours repairing and cleaning the garden. The crew did apologize for the damage. I would schedule with them in the future but cover my plants first. read more

In need of a tree removal service, I called around to find out who was available to come out the next day before more stormy weather rolled around. Rosa's Tree Service told me that they could come out the next day to evaluate the tree to remove it. I made a 10:00 a.m. appointment with them -- and waited and waited and waited for them to show up. They finally did show up -- at 2:00 p.m. that afternoon!! When I opened the door, the guy looked confused when I told him that I had been waiting for him at 10:00 a.m. and there was no more work left to do. We had Rosas cut down our 65' redwood tree, the trunk was about 4'6" diameter at chest level. They used a rope and pulley to lower each branch as they cut them, and ground down the stump about 16 inches below the surface. Professional and well coordinated crew of 5 took the tree down in about 3 hours, and about 2 hours of stump grinding and clean up. They were walking the neighborhood asking if we were looking for tree service, and they gave us a good price, thousands less than our other quotes. Arrived promptly at 8am. read more

Rosas tree service is hands down the best. I had them out to trim queen palms in my backyard that are precariously close to my pool. The quote was too good to be true and not only would they deal with the palm trees, the quote included trimming my many bird of paradise plants also precariously close to my pool. The services received were outstanding, so much so that I have used them 2 additional times and am ready to call again. They have trimmed my citrus trees, thinned my many redwoods, staked my fruit trees. I have to admit I am out of my depth related to knowing what my many trees need.
