I have been a customer of Rosa's for 20 plus years. Tonight I placed an order for a pizza and salad. I was told there was a 20 to 30 min wait which is normal for early summer. When I arrived 25 mins later I was asked if I had place a phone order. I gave them my name I was told the total was $28.25 and I handed the my credit card and added a 18% tip. I was presented my pizza and told my salad would be right out. After five mins past while my pizza sat on the counter getting cold I was asked if I was had been help, I replied I am waiting for my salad. Another few minutes passed and I was ask again if I had been help, again I reply I was still waiting for my salad. This time I was told it would be another 5 or 6 mins. At this point I asked why my pizza was prepared and my salad was not allowing my pizza to become cold. Then some boy at the station where the pizzas are cut replied that they were very busy and my salad would be up when it was ready. I guess I should not have been surprised as the persons skill was to cut pizzas into 6,8 or 12 slices NOT Customer service. All the had to do was admit a mistake was made and I would have understood. I don't appreciate smart ass remarks from a pizza slicing single tasking punk. As we are full time residents of Bigfork I know the trouble supporting a business in February but we have always tried to support Rosa's. The pizza was good but cold but the comments of the pizza slicing expert were not welcomed or business like. read more

Disclaimer: This review doesn't apply to you. It's useless. Skip it. Ok so whenever I'm staying in Montana, I literally live in a warehouse out in the middle of nowhere in Somers. Rosa's Pizza is awesome by default because they will freaking *deliver to that location*. After working all day at said warehouse, sometimes (almost always) I don't feel like going anywhere, but would rather sit in my room alone, watching pre-downloaded Netflix movies, pretending I'm enjoying myself when I'm actually homesick and lonely. BAM! Rosa's allows that to happen. The pizza itself is fine. Honestly, I can't fairly grade the pizza because I've never eaten a pizza from here that wasn't made an hour-and-a-half prior, put in an air conditioned car and then driven around with a few other pizzas for god knows how long, and then finally delivered to me. If they're right out of the oven I mean hey, they might be amazing. But I wouldn't know. For me, more than the taste and quality of the pizza, this particular pizza is a license to put forth zero effort into obtaining dinner. I also can't comment on the service per se, since I've never had any contact with the fine folks here other than on the phone. I will say that the last time I called I think they were actively trying to talk me out of ordering with them because they knew they'd have to drive really far. The first girl I spoke with seemed to have no clue where I was calling from, so she handed the phone to a dude who made sure to tell me that it would be a long, long time before my pizza was delivered. Hey, I get it. No hard feelings. So after I ordered (joke's on you guys) they called back a minute later to let me know they'd charge me a $6 delivery fee. DON'T EVEN CARE. Take your time. Charge me as big a fee as you please. I'll be sitting by myself in a 100 s/f room that is in turn within a 20,000 s/f dark, empty warehouse: alone, mildy depressed, drinking. One thing I can say for sure: Every delivery guy I've spoken too has been really friendly, and I've made sure to tip them generously just in case they need some emergency gas money for the trip back to wherever Rosa's is physically located. read more

We ordered two pizzas and not only did they mess up one of our pizzas by adding mushroom instead of sausage overall the pizzas were not very flavorful at all. The cashier had a mask, but none of the chefs did either. I'd rather eat at burger town next door and I can now see why they have a 40 minute wait and rosas has a 5 minute wait. Not good read more

The one star is definitely for the staff, they were SO friendly! The man taking our order at the counter and the other who brought us our food. HOWEVER, this was absolutely the worst pizza. It tasted like those Lunchable pizzas that parents used to pack in middle school. Almost like they threw on toppings on an already made dough then popped it in the microwave so the cheese would look melted? This pizza was okay. There wasn't anything special about it. The service wasn't great. The guy at the counter was less than friendly. In fact, he was kind of rude. We ordered a pizza that should have come with Canadian bacon, but it was missing. The people in the kitchen unintentionally warned us of this as they spoke loudly about not having any more on hand, yet they didn't let us know our pizza would be missing an ingredient we paid for and also didn't offer a substitution or a discount. Normally I love this place, but I think they really dropped the ball this summer. Three times I ordered from them this summer and all three times they got my order wrong. They also charged us for ranch and didn't include it in the with our other items. The third time we complained and they still forgot ranch and gave us blue cheese instead. Placed a call in order, I ordered the pizza exactly how I wanted it. When I got home, it was not how I ordered it. I called back to see if they would make it right with me, the person the on phone continued to tell me I ordered it wrong, which they never asked a single question to clarify anything, but they would refund me $2 for the gluten free, since it wasn't their typical maker because of the covid-19. We decided to be lazy and have pizza tonight. Rosa's delivers and were are about 5 miles down the lake from their store. Rebecca had a good result from them in June, so we decided to give them a try. They told us the pizza would be ready in about 45 minutes; it was here in 40. It was warm. It was good. We needed good pizza delivered and they lived up to our expectations. is this gourmet; no. However, it is good pizza and i anticipate we will order at least once more while we are in town. By the way, there was no hair in our pizza. But I wanted to call out the service. Everyone was very friendly and they explained to my daughter (4 years old) how they made the pizza. Rosa's is a quaint, center-of-town pizzeria with charm and character. The dine-in restaurant is clean and neat and has an upstairs patio for additional seating. The pizza is excellent, we ordered a meat lovers special and were not disappointed. The staff were great and moving fast with the high demand on a Saturday evening, and were turning over orders with ease. The only reason for 4 stars is that prices are a little steep for a 16" pizza, but everything is hand made which makes up for the difference. read more

Stopped into last night to order pizza and salad for a family dinner. Although the shop was busy (phone wasn't being answered so I went in to order) they had my order done in about 25 minutes. They were very efficiently getting multiple orders out as people came and went. From where I was sitting I could hear the staff communicating well as they worked to fulfill their orders. Really good pizza, but 3.5 for the cleanliness and service. We had a sausage and pineapple pizza. Rosa's has funky flavor combos and they let you create your own. The crust is a nice medium dense crust. The amount of cheese was perfect; plenty, but not so much it weighed down the pizza. Classic style red sauce. The place advertised delivery but when we called they asked if we could come pick it up. Staying in Polson, MT. Decided to drive to Rosa's in Big Fork, MT today (7/9/21) for lunch after looking up reviews on Yelp and other review sites for recommended pizza restaurants. Ran across Rosa's on a few sites with good reviews and decided to check it out. My wife and I just wanted and were hoping for at least a decent pizza. First impressions were very good....the restaurant was clean and well organized, the service was excellent, plenty of choices on the menu and the prices were much better than we expected from a restaurant in this location. We could also tell that there was not a negative aura between the employees as they all seemed to work so well together, even though they were rather busy. You can see a lot that is going on in the kitchen from the dining room and register. I kind of like that, I feel that it is much less likely that unhealthy/unsanitary habits are being practiced. I have, as I am sure so many people have, been able to sense a type of negative energy that can actually affect a dining experience....enough to where you just want to eat and get out. We decided on the 8 inch 2 topping pizza special with a drink for $5. We live near Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg Tennessee where the price for most everything including food are most times excessive, not to mention the tax on all retail purchases including food, 10.75% I think it is now, being raked in from everyone (including locals, very few local discounts to compensate) that passes through on their way to and from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and of course Dollywood....anyway we were surprised by the price so we weren't really expecting much. The pizza was ready in a timely manner and was baked perfectly. I am a crust lover as well, I mean the pizzas were basically prepared perfectly in my opinion. I had sausage and pineapple my wife had sausage and pepperoni, there was no skimping on the toppings as I so many times run into especially with the big chain pizza places. The taste was very good, there were pepper flakes and grated parmesan available on the table, which added to my pleasure of the taste. The soda fountain cup was not a mini cup but a rather large size so we did not even need a refill. I highly recommend Rosa's, I do not any negative remarks whatsoever. My wife and I were very pleased that we made the visit. For exactly $10 (of course plus a generous tip) my wife and I had an outstanding lunch experience. So much quality and quantity for the price, such a rare and pleasant combination. read more

We were staying at nearby Wayfarers State Park and we got distracted by time playing in the water all day and had no plans for dinner. So we decided to try a couple of the local places and got pizza from Rosa's and shakes and burgers from the Burgertown next door. It was super busy for 8:30 pm on a Sunday night. Counter staff were busy taking phone orders and helping at the counter. There was nobody dining in, this appears to be mostly a delivery and take out spot. Most people were locals, and were ordering right away, but I took some time to look over the menu of specialty pizza combos and all the toppings. It took me awhile to make my selections, but the staff were really patient, checking on me in between the many calls and orders. I ended up going with the Pesto Combo but with red sauce instead of pesto.... so black olive, onion, tomato, and chicken fajita. We took it back to the campground and enjoyed some darn good pizza on the picnic table - I highly recommend it! read more
