LOVED the ambiance of this place, fluffy tortillas... drive through window, a little salsa bar. There's a walk up to pay out and then you pick up your food after. There's a big menu with photos! The food is ready relatively fast, served under a heat lamp when you're ready to pick it up. Plenty of seating for families! And dinner dates. Multiple locations, and also just very simple dining! Would return for the ambiance

Amazing place. Definitely not closed. Got into Midland late and needed something quick. Kid at a gas station recommended it, said they have amazing fajitas. He wasn't lying. People call it fast food, but they are serving up quality Mexican food with a huge dining room, and great service. Amazing fresh tortillas. I had the beef fajitas and a pork tamale. They were fantastic and a decent portion at a fair price. The roasted jalapeño was a great addition. Will definitely return.

if you're craving mexican food definitely skip this place. uncooked meat and cold food.

horrible cold food they heated up about five times but still cold

literally gave me cold food when it give me a refund I had hair in my food. The food was so cold that the cheese wouldn't even melt and I asked them to warm it up and it still wasn't warm whenever they brought it back out zero out of 10 if I could give us zero stars, I would.

    This is the tortilla factory.

Food was cold and had bad taste. The cheese was old and the chips were also stale and not good at all unfortunately

I ordered the chicken fried chicken that includes a house salad. When I didnt receive it, I asked the server said "I didnt think you wanted it." I said "If it comes w/the meal then YES I want it." She walked off with attitude. The mash potatoes that came with the meal looked brown and watery. When I asked what was it she said, "It's just a LOT butter." I looked at her confused, she huffed and walked away while I was still looking at her. I wanted "mashed" potatoes not butter potatoes. My fiance' order biscuits n gravy. He said "It tasted like Dollar Store gravy in a can." Lol Needless to say he tried to eat it but could only get 1/3 of it down. Then we overheard the diners behind us complaining about the pancake taste and the fact they they were the size of old-school LP albums and WHO could eat that much bread. Lol. After trying to eat this "food"...we just couldn't, Then waited at the table for 15 minutes for a To-Go box for my chicken fried (because that was the only thing really edible) we watched the servers play on their cell phones, not paying attention to customers. My fiance had to get up, interrupt their conversation and ask for box. So me being petty, when we paid I didn't leave a tip and if the server had asked why, I would've replied, "Because I didn't think you wanted one!" And where is the other "tomboyish" looking server that used to work there? She was funny, hospitable and knew how run that place! The crew we dealt with today... Absolutely unacceptable. * Dine at your own risk. ;)

Great food. Awesome portions. Great ambience. Very friendly. No one could finish their meal.read more

I am very happy that I found Saint Blaise as they hit all three of my marks for restaurants that I take customers to. Food: The food was great. I wanted to get the steak and potatoes but it was $50+ which I thought was a bit steep for just steak and potatoes. I opted for the blackened salmon which was cooked perfectly with delicious broccoli and mashed potatoes on the side that were also cooked perfectly. The gnocchi had a perfect consistency with a non-overwhelming sauce so also phenomenally done. The two drinks I got: Same Place and Maple Manhattan were well-made with each component complementing each other well and not overpowering one another. If you like tequila and manhattans I think you will be happy. Service: The servers were very attentive and made sure we were taken care of the entire visit especially with the waters. Huge kudos! Ambiance: I will say because the inside space is a bit tight and small, having conversation when the restaurant was busy proved a bit difficult but if that is the case they do have seating right outside in the lobby area and having conversations there should not be an issue. I will make sure to be back with customers here!

They definitely stay stocked but this place is POPULAR. You grab a tray and pick your breads, then pay at the counter facing the entrance which is also where you order food. They'll give you a number and have many tables to sit at. All breads were good and fresh. Tried the crispy beef tacos which were no nonsense packed with meat. The green salsa they served with it was bomb. Also tried a bean and cheese burrito which was very delightful even though they don't have sour cream or rice which is odd. Staff was super friendly and the woman who helped me recommended the tacos which were really great and very filling. Hard cut off at 11 for breakfast burritos which is what I wanted but ended up being pleasantly surprised with my tacos and burrito. There was an older man facing away from the counter wearing an apron who kept creepily grabbing a younger woman who was employed their by the waist- it was off putting for sure I got the sense she was maybe newer or in training and hope by saying this the manager/owner will ask the girls and provide a safe space. And address the creep. I didn't see anything off any other visit. Will definitely keep coming back when in town. The tortas are supposed to be insanely good so that's on the list for the next round.

The place has ample seating and is clean and fresh inside. I was drawn to Jimmy's by their extensive menu. It was super easy for my dad and I to both find exactly what we wanted to eat for breakfast. I had avocado toast with an egg over easy and bacon. The egg was perfectly cooked. The bacon could've been cooked a tad bit crispier for my liking. My dad ordered the Classic Combo and added a side of grits. He is pretty particular about his breakfast, particularly the balance of the value vs the taste, quality and quantity (as one should be) and he raved about his meal and whole Jimmy's Egg experience, especially their grits and sausage. He had so much food and we talked about what he would and wouldn't get next time to better fit his appetite and budget. The coffee was also piping hot and perfect with free refills. Our server, Gwen was exceptional and had the prettiest purple pen, notepad and accessories. Thank you Gwen and the rest of the Jimmy's Egg staff for the wonderful food and service you provided me and my dad! He'll be back and I will be back whenever Im in town.
