The plating was beautifully done and the smoked grilled chicken gave it a nice subtle difference in taste than your normal enchiladas. The enmoladas were fantastic! Really loved the flavor of the mole with chicken. The poblano Mac was very tasty and balanced with a cheesy and spiciness that came after. The waitress was very attentive and helpful when we asked many questions about the drinks and menu. I recommend getting the smoked Oaxaca old fashioned for 3 reasons. 1 it is a great drink, 2 the way they present it is worth ordering one, 3 it's a really great drink !
