Ambiance is awesome, Halloween themed this time of year, and friendly customer service. However, this is my second time here (because my mom in law enjoys it - lots of vegetarian options), and neither my husband nor I thought much of their food. Very high prices for subpar taste. This 2nd time around I wanted to go "safe" and got the sliders, extremely dry and sort of tough bread, the aioli they provided just tasted like pure mayo. I asked for another sauce, and settled for mustard since they ran out of tahini. My husband had the lobster ravioli, and it tasted as if it had been previously frozen. Tomato concoction sauce was ok. I only recommend because maybe it's just the dishes we ordered, you may want to try it first. But for us, this is not an option anymore.
So here we are again. Another place another time this time was a simple dinner meet up with hubby n boss.... So let's get into it : Food: Atmosphere: Personnel: Cleanliness: Parking: The food was actually tasty and not over seasoned The staff were great attentive The place is small so it's best to make reservations I had the Dubai chocolat martini (2 of them) they were goooood... Had a mix of things as tapas and enjoyed the food and company. They already set up for Halloween must be taking a Disney lead on their getting set up but I love Halloween so it was up my alley... Yeas and yes to this place But as I always say: "Check it out for yourself and you decide. " Be safe and peace out .
It was a surprise to arrive at Rosalia's in August and find it all decked out for Halloween! What? Nonetheless, the decor surrounded us and we were further surprised by Halloween cocktails (with a happy hour until 7 pm where they were $3 less) (as well as appetizers for $5 less!) and the full Menu was Halloweened too! Not to worry: I am including all The pictures so you will Not Be surprised! The food was as good as ever, no surprises there! Boo!
We had a wonderful time, it was definitely an experience. The food was delicious. The drinks were very different.
We had a girls' night and decided to try Rosalia's. Only one of us has been to Rosalia's before, so we knew we would enjoy it. Rosalia's is very small, so you absolutely need reservations for weekend nights and possibly during the week. We arrived on time and we were promptly seated. They have a lot of fun sounding/looking cocktails - many of the ones I would have liked seem to have a sweet profile, so I stuck with Coke Zero. We checked out the secret menu and decided that we would all share whatever we ordered. We got the chicken parm from the secret menu the cheese and sauce is poured over the chicken schnitzel. It is served with a choice of mashed potatoes, fries or rice. We chose the mashed potatoes. We also got the Whispering Pines pinsa (pizza). 2 of us like mushrooms and one of us hates it. So get out all the mushrooms on 1/2. The pizza was overloaded with toppings and was very good. Our 3rd choice, which came out first, was the Rosalia sampler. It had a little bit of everything was was an amazing introduction to they food style of Italian and multiple Mediterranean/Middle Eastern food. We ended the night with the Israeli Cheesecake. It was so light and delicious. It was the best cheesecake I have ever tasted. The restaurant was decorated in a fairy garden theme and there were menu items that were in theme. The meal was perfectly paced and we never felt rushed. Our server was very nice and helped us decide on our menu selections. Would love the check out brunch and will definitely return when the menu flips to Halloween.
If you love a theme, this place is for you! They always have cute decorations, but they have a "secret" food and drink menu to match the theme along with music. Their latest theme (Jul 2026) was Fairy Garden. The staff was super sweet, attentive, and accommodating when it came to splitting the bill. The food was good! Their secret menu definitely had better options than their regular menu. I did get a Smores Espresso Martini from their regular menu, which was good. I like a creamier espresso martini. The location is fairly small. So, it can get packed fast, but when we went (Thursday night), it wasn't too bad. It is also located in a plaza. So, there is free, readily available parking.
Rosalia is a gem! The Mediterranean-Italian fusion menu is such a fun concept, and every dish delivered -- genuinely great food from start to finish. On top of that, the staff couldn't have been nicer; attentive, welcoming, and went all out for the holidays. Already looking forward to going back. Highly recommend!
The food was really good. They don't have Sambuca or Anta and they don't do side salads. They only do soup but yet they sell salad on the menu so why can't they do side salads and in Italian restaurant doesn't have Sambuca or Anar but overall the food was good. We were going to go to Rosialis but the garlic knots are so good. Decent price we were the only ones in there.
First time here and we were lucky enough to see the Halloween decor (it's august), it was a nice surprise! They have a few different menus: seasonal, brunch, lunch, dinner, and a secret menu. We had to try some of the seasonal drinks and they tasted great! We had the seasonal pumpkin ravioli and the not so seasonal chicken sandwich. The food and drinks were delicious, we will be back to try more stuff! The bathroom was also a spooky experience with lots of decor and spoooky sounds. Try to either get a reservation or come early and sit at the bar (that's what we did) this place fills up quickly. Plenty of parking.
Let me start by saying there is no witch! We were told after we asked "The real "witch" is the one in all of us." Okaaaay... After seeing this place all over Instagram we finally decided to make the hour long drive. The decor absolutely lived up to the hype! it was beautifully designed. The ladies working there were incredibly friendly and welcoming which made for a great first impression. Now for the cons. While the staff was attentive at times it felt like we were being rushed. We had barely started enjoying our appetizer when both entrées arrived. Our table was small, so we ended up placing the pizza on the bench just to make room for the chicken schnitzel. It made the dining experience feel a bit cramped and honestly a little tacky! The biggest disappointment was the drinks! They do not have a liquor license and this really should be made clear before ordering. We let the waitress know how this should be stated on their menu. The menu lists cocktails like a Vodka drink and an Old Fashioned but they're actually made with a wine based substitute not liquor. Paying around $25 for a wine based cocktail doesn't make much sense when you could simply order a glass of wine or Prosecco for about $10. The drink presentations are beautiful (just like you see on Instagram), but the taste didn't quite deliver. I ordered the Devil's Advocate and it was far too lime. After that I stuck with Prosecco. As for the food the prosciutto pizza was delicious. The chicken schnitzel had a very cool presentation but it was overly salty. To top it off just before we were ready to leave my friend still had Prosecco left in her glass when we were told they needed the table for a 745pm reservation. It definitely felt like we were being pushed out the door. Would I go back? No. Not because it was terrible, but because: 1. It's an hour drive for us. 2. It's one of those Instagram places that's fun to experience once but not somewhere I'd make the trip to visit again. Overall it's a beautiful spot with fantastic ambiance and friendly staff but the rushed service, misleading cocktail menu, and lack of a liquor license made it fall short of the expectations Instagram created.
This is a fantastic, cozy brunch spot with traditional brunch food, but the deliciously different menu options are totally worth the adventure! Strawberry and regular mimosas are hand poured, not premade in a batch! For an appetizer we ordered the Sicilian Arancini and however they make their bolognese sauce is soooo good. Hearty, flavorful and perfectly paired with the cheesy arancini's. The Traditional Eggs Benedict tasted freshly made, the hollandaise sauce was rich and creamy. The Israeli Crispy Chicken was my favorite!! The chicken was crispy, the meat was tender. The Matbucha with the Morrancan spices, tomato, roasted red peppers reminded me of a dish we ate in Sicily. So LOVED it! Both our eggs were poached to perfection, too. The service by Isaac was excellent! Attentive, but not overbearing, and friendly. Steph, the manager, was also the mixologist and she makes a mean Espresso Martini. Pricing is reasonable! Fairytale, intimate ambiance with delicious food and superior service makes this place totally brunch worthy!
UPDATE: Tonight was the fairy tale theme and had an incredible server named "Charlie" - Yes, just like in 1984, Drew Barrymore played "Charlie" McGee in Firestarter. She was super attentive with a superb personality, but did not possess any supernatural powers. They no longer offer the chicken parmigiana on the menu which is a shame, but redeemed themselves tonight with a risk on the Saucy Clucker - kinda a massive chicken parm sandwich on challah - it was amazing. Still a strong 4.7 stars and would have easily jumped to 5 stars if the chicken parm was available. Please bring it back...
Rosalia's kitchen is quite the adventure. From what I gather, they change up the theme so that you get something a little different when you go! I went during the Enchanted theme and it was nicely decorated and had a lot of cool drink options to match. I started off with a "Sherwood prince" to drink. The server asked if I liked Old fashioned style drinks and I said yes and he wanted to make sure since a lot of people aren't sure what they may be ordering. Overall the drink was way too on the sweet side, wasn't balanced and I couldn't finish it. For the Appetizer, we got the meatball sampler. The cranberry Pinot Noire, peach Bellini, and limoncello were all delicious and honestly could have eaten those things the whole night. For the main dish, I ordered the Gnocchi Alla Vucciria. It was a hefty portion of Chicken Schnitzel topped with a Gnocchi in a Vodka sauce. This was a very tasty dish and even though I was full, I kept eating! Two things made this visit less than desired but I hope to give it another chance. My server was young and was too playful in a picking on you, making fun kind of way which I did not appreciate. It got to the point where if he said something else to my wife in a playful mean way I was going to put him in his place. And lastly, the drink menu was talked up a lot and felt like my drink was overly sweet and not balanced. Not sure if the customer base just likes sweet drinks but I would hope if you are saying your drinks are top of the line that it includes the balance of ingredients as well. Overall Rosalia's kitchen has great food and a nice environment but think the service and drink fell short. I hope to give it another shot. Please tell your staff that playful mean is not the way to treat customers.

Love this place! The food is fresh, it's got a great mix and something for everyone. The Nutella cheesecake was highly recommended and sells out quickly. There's a secret menu so ask for the password. The service is nice and friendly and there's indoor and outdoor seating but inside you get to really enjoy all the holiday decorations. Make sure to make reservations as it gets busy during this season. read more

Great for catering! Had only been here for brunch, but attending a yelp holiday party last year opened my world to their hors d'oeuvres capabilities. Coordination of the request was super easy with Katy, was able to maintain quick communication, and make revisions easily. The catering options are extensive, and you can mix & match anything for what your event needs. Everything was nicely packaged when dropped off and the delivery person was very friendly and on time. Everybody was raving about the food the whole party. The arancini and bacon goat cheese dates won most complimented. My Italian in-laws were blown away by the bolognese arancini. The mini chicken waffles came with the perfect amount of syrup in cute little pipettes. Then the cranberry pinot noir meatballs were delicious of course. The Antipasti & Mediterranean platters were elegantly arranged with loads of goods. I had never tried any of their sandwiches at lunch, but everybody enjoyed them, and I was impressed they had such high quality "easy to grab" food options, for what I had pegged as more of a formal entree restaurant. Second time here- first experience was a 5 star.. this time our server just wasn't good. Had to ask 3 times for lemons, appetizer came out and we had no utensils(appetizer became cold and had to send back), asked to 2 large plates because my daughter and I were sharing an entree and salad (plates never came). We ordered from the famous secret menu. It was ok. Portions are huge. Pasta seldom is good at most places. The chicken parm was way too fried - prefer a lighter pan fried. Lasaña was way too salty and couldn't eat more than 2 bites. I couldn't believe this place had such great reviews. Service was great which is why 3 stars is my overall score. I reserved through Yelp and had to put my credit card on file but I wasn't able to reserve through google. As soon as you come to this restaurant everyone greets you and makes you feel super welcomed. This restaurant decoration is super cute I came in October so everything is Halloween themed. Stef was our server and she was soooo amazing and attentive. We never had to ask for a refill of water. She knew the menu very well and even knew items in the secret menu lol. We got there around 9:45pm the restaurant closes at 11 but the kitchen closes at 10:30. However, if you only want to go for drinks and dessert, you will be able to order this after 10:30. This is an Israeli and Italian restaurant, so you have the best of both worlds !! Drinks: I got the eye of protection which came with a bracelet and a tarot card. My sister chose the "can I rub your duckie" drink. Her drink was a bath tub with a rubber duckie that you can keep. Both drinks were delicious. Food: I ordered the lobster ravioli with shrimp and my sister ordered the lasagna ravioli. Both dishes were good but we loved the lasagna ravioli more and it came with more food. Dessert: my sister and I ordered the Israeli Cheese cake the and the Biscoff cheesecake. Both of them were out of this world!!!! We loved this experience and found out they serve brunch as well. *This review has been saved in my drafts for months! * Let me start Their marketing on instagram is elite. I have seen them and immediately had to go. Reservations are tight, and after being there I can understand why. The place is very small, but you see the atmosphere and decor make it grand. There are only a small handful of tables that I could see they could use to accommodate large parties- we tried several times with a group of friends and couldn't find any time to book that worked for us all, so my husband and I went for date night. What worked well was everything was fast, fresh, and looks amazing. Overall though, the taste was good- a little better than ok but compared to the decor, we didn't taste anything that was over the top delicious. But a good decent meal for sure. Also, because the space is small, the reservations are tight. So we only were given 1 1/2 hours to stay (you can feel the rush in it but it honestly was plenty of time of the two of us). I would like to return as I see they switch their decorations and menus out over the season and think the spot would be cute for a girls night. read more

Absolutely delicious Italian/Mediterranean food here in the heart of Pembroke Pines! From the customer service to the chic modern decor to the fresh and scrumptious food definitely a place I will be coming back too. We ordered the Hummus Pita Plater and Caprese Salad to start, the create your own pasta with Pappardelle with allá vodka sauce and crispy chicken, and the Mushroom Risotto. Everything was made to order and you can tell they use quality ingredients. Happy hour is everyday from 4-8pm and Tuesday they have $10 cocktails all day plus the happy hour specials from 4-8pm. Try the arancini -- absolutely amazing! Follow it up with the schnitzel and the four-cheese gnocchi, which are basically devious little pillows of heaven. The food is genuinely good, but the experience was... unusual. After being seated, we were informed that the kitchen was behind and the owner had oversold our table, though we were assured it wouldn't affect our table time. Then, after ordering drinks and food and before food arrived -- we were asked if we could either eat quickly or to move (to the bar). So we moved. That was a first. In the end, we decided to make the best of it and still turned the night into a good experience, but there's certainly a story and a lesson in there. read more

This place is beautiful and the service is wonderful. Our food was amazing!!!! I was able to do some work while I was there with my husband and it was such a nice change of pace. Everything about this restaurant is amazing!!! I came on Valentine's Day and they had a fixed, five course menu. There were incredible options in each course and lots of options for dietary restrictions. Service is amazing - our server was Alex. The decor right now is fairy themed and they really went all out with the lighting, everywhere from the dining area to the bathrooms. The fixed menu had us stuffed but we'll definitely be back to try the espresso martini flight!! read more

Last evening we celebrated Valentine's Day early at Rosalia's via reservations thru Yelp. They are full thru Valentine's Day now. They offer Italian, Mediterranean, Greek, Moroccan, Spanish and Lebanon dishes. The ambiance was festively decorated with hearts, teddy bears, streamers, and flowers! There are lots of photo ops including a flower covered altar in the back! It is a nice cozy little restaurant at Miramar Square near Super Cuts with lots of free parking spaces. To start the evening right, my daughter ordered the special Cupid drink in a special Valentine's day display, which she enjoyed. I ordered a Mango virgin cocktail, which came in the The G display. I didn't realize until I really looked at it what it signified, lol. Very clever. Both drinks were excellent! They have a great menu book. Inside that menu, if you look carefully, there is a Q code to go to their Secret Menu, which has even more special items to order. We ordered the White Lotus, which was a flattened chicken breast in a delicious batter accompanied with "out of this world" good Gnocchi, (potato dumplings). To die for dish!! Most of their dishes are shareable, which is what we did. A must order! We also ordered the Amore al Forno to share but neither one of us liked it. Unfortunately, it had a lot of bread with rigatoni type pasta and a thick white sauce that dried up quickly onto the pasta so we were eating dry bread with dry pasta that needed seasoning, creamier thinner sauce, and some meat with it. Then it would've been good. Robin saved the day and spoke to their manager, who okayed another dish in its place, which was called Gnocchi Della Vucciria. That dish was prepared very well. Last but not least, we had the Apple of my Eye for dessert, which was super creamy delicious! It had melts in your mouth goodness. You have to try it. Our server was Robin, who really went above and beyond to do his best. The place was packed and he was kept busy but still kept checking on us the entire time we were there. We never lacked for anything. We enjoyed our Valentine's Day celebration. read more
This place is the pleasant and totally unexpected experience I needed to try! First off, the menu beautifully blends two cultures into a variety of dishes that still very much represent the owner's cultures while still somehow splurging on presentation. I think too often this is lost at a lot of places that either have one or the other, but struggle to balance both. My favorite dish (but seriously everything was delicious) is the Ravioli. It comes served in a mini cocotte. I'd eat this everyday. I loved all of their drinks. They were crowd pleasers. Go for the food, stay for the welcoming atmosphere. I read in 1 review that the drinks are wine based. Is this true? When I look at the menu, the drinks specify the different spirits.
Yes that is correct. The whiskey was wine base as well.
My daughter would like to plan her 16th birthday dinner with her friends. Would they be able to go by themselves without an adult?
I would think that u need to contact the restaurant & ask if they would allow that. I'm sure it also depends on the # of ppl. It's not a big place but it's sooooo good!!
