Rosa Negra is a good restaurant. It is definitely the place to be seen when in Cancun. The place is very modern, the staff is well groomed and dressed for the part. They have a show with drums and fire which starts around 9ish. I suggest you make your reservations around 8:15 - 9 to catch it. The food is also very good. The hamachi is always a good choice to start with. We also order the New York steak which was made to perfection. It was my birthday so the presentation for dessert was also a good time. Overall a great experience.

Amazing experience the vibe is amazing and beyond fun. If you're looking for more then just a dinner, if your looking for and experienced look no further! The staff is so friendly and helpful. They truly want everyone to have the best time. The food was amazing I highly recommend!!!

We came here to celebrate my birthday while on vacation in Cancun and it was amazing! The restaurant is beautiful and the view is amazing! The service was great and they create a very interactive dining experience. The dancing, DJ, and Fire Show kept the crowd vibing. The food was delicious from the appetizers to the main course. The steak and lobster were both cooked perfectly. The Smoking Moon was too sweet for a cocktail but the Dirty Martini was good. We ended the night with a hookah. Overall it was an amazing evening! I highly recommend this restaurant and experience!

Beware cf the corrupt cops that work that area. They got us for $160 so include that in your budget. Once you get here you will be happy with your choice. The place is beautiful especially at night. Fresh air drinks you can't go wrong. Food was delicious and the service overall was good. We ate at the sushi side but the music from the other side was so distracting you can't enjoy any music.

Chicharron appetizer

Food was great ! Right off the water. Amazing food. All food was amazing ! Gets really hot outside so arrive early and keep drinking the cold brews. Pricey but show and atmosphere worth it

Great place to eat away from the resort. I ordered the Catrina cocktail which was great and came with a fun light up skull. As a good vegetarian starter I ordered the Humita empanadas. It was very small. It came filled with corn and cheese and accompanied by a sauce. Overall I enjoyed it and wish I ordered more. For my vegetarian entree I ordered the Mushroom risotto. This was the only fulfilling option on the menu. It came out well, very soft and mushy as risotto often is. The mushroom slices were limited but overall cooked well. At some point they had a fire show. You really have to be more out in open dining area to enjoy. We had kind of a private area so didn't see any of the show. Outside seating is lovely however the tables a bit tight if you have a large group you will be cramped.

Ambiance is amazing great spot with amazing views. We got the Cesar salad - table side! Hamachi - extremely tasty Ribeye steak w/ veggies + mash potatoes - spectacular highly recommend!! Plus + cucumber tequilas margs - delicious House bread - flakey crunchy filled with Gruyère cheese (hope I spelled it ok) Service is A1. Very hospitable. 10/10 all around If you want the show it's Monday and it's at 9:15pm / our rez was at 7. I'd call to see if they got earlier shows. Th-Sunday are more packed. It's super open and prolly 15-20% filled on a Monday during December

Hands down a must if you're in town there was a live Dj and percussionist playing along there was a lot of crowd interaction and the food was Amazing with every penny in all actuality I think it was price very well!! There was hookah and a full bar the ambience was dark and romantic like I felt super sultry and mysterious just by being in the building. Definitely the type of place where you put that ish on (dress to impress)

Ceviche - too fishy

This place is beautiful and looks like a bunch of restaurants on the hotel strip in Cancun. It can definitely get loud with all the singing and music every time someone orders a big sharing steak. Fun for a group. I wouldn't say it's good for kids. Service was good. The food was ok. Definitely overpriced for taste. My burger was just ok. Pricey. Fun experience overall! They had dancers and a little show outside in the middle of our dinner, we went to watch and dance.

I been to Los Cabos location so I definitely had to try this one out. Lets just start by saying the place is beautiful makes you feel like your in Tulum. The restaurant is waterfront so its so beautiful i went during sunset and it was so romantic. The only negative thing is the bugs i got so many bites on me :(. The food and the drinks and the service 10/10 even got to talk to the owner of the restaurant which was really cool. My server Elio was truly amazing he was so attentive and friendly. It was my anniversary so they gave me a free dessert i don't think they spelled it right lol but still very nice.

This place is amazing for friends and dates, or even families without kids. It's very entertaining. They have a fire show, and some drinks and dishes have like a special show, so music it's on the louder side on those moments. The menu mostly steaks and seafood. We tried a couple of the ceviches, and there were tasty. Plates were very well portioned, specially the Risoto de camarón y la arrachera. They cocktails, and wine, a fairly good selection. Our servers (Abril, y Gerardo) were very attentive, and knowable. All the recommendations were spot on. They don't have a kids menu, but they do have burgers, and they don't serve Chichen.

We had an absolute blast for dinner here. This is a club like atmosphere with a side of dinner and a show. Great service from the staff and entertainers. Loved the female DJ. The food was delicious. This restaurant group has a lot of different properties. We visited 3 while in town and loved them all.

Ambiance is gorgeous. On the bay, this gorgeous restaurant is sexy and giving out door classy if that makes sense. Customer service was outstanding and the servers were super friendly. My big baby doesn't speak a lick of Spanish and they spoke English which was great. For all you non Spanish speaking people, have no fear they speak English too. Loved the Alligator sign as it did make the visit exciting, I really wanted to see one come near us but no luck as those visitors are night time party animals. Let's get into it! We are in Mexico where chips and salsa are complimentary! They were so good and the salsas were delicious. Who needs a real app when you have these! Shrimp Alfredo - It was good! Fish of the day - (native to the waters from there) He loved it! Dessert- We passed! Being on the bay there are tons of mosquitoes. We had to make a fast break to our hotel. Although the food was good we would likely never choose a restaurant with outdoor seating as this proved to be a bit of a challenge. They did have off which helped. At the advice of our friend and the waiter we got several of the Pescadillas (fried fish tacos). The waiter explained that the fish was actually shark. The tacos are 28 pesos each, we each got 3. And they were delicious, we also ordered the Shrimp with garlic mojo. The shrimp was sooo good, as is in the name, it is very garlicky but very good. Just bring some gum. Part of the Anderson group we learned that Cancuns best restaurants are part of a chain and glad we were able to try two of them, Harry's being one. Service - Top notch. You know it's fine dining with the service you're getting as soon as you walk in. Let's get into it! Complimentary Bread - Yes please, the best ever! Appetizer - Oyster Rockefeller- These oysters were the biggest I've had seen in life. I did like them but they were lukewarm, they also didn't have bacon which for me, I needed it. We all ordered USDA filets in the mid $80 range. I ordered mine medium. It was overcooked. No pink/red in the middle and very dry. I was a bit disappointed. We were never rushed. At the end, they brought a piece of cake for the birthday celebrant and a huge cotton candy for the table to enjoy. We each had individual bills. I assume because I was English speaking, they converted mine from pesos to US$'s. I always pay in pesos. The tip has been added and my bill was $139. Not sure how it went from $88 to $139. But on a scale of 1-10 I'd give it a 7. It came only with lettuce and tomato, but it had flavor enough. The quesadilla's were good, but nothing special, I'd say they were comparable to any you get at an average Mexican restaurant in the states. We came here because of the high ratings.
