Walked in and filled out some paperwork. The receptionist was very nice and accommodating. The office is very clean and modern. They sat me in a room and took xrays immediately. Allow me to say this first! It's rare to find good service of any kind and everything is expensive these days... But, today I met with Norma at RootVision Endo and not only did she have great customer service, she got me 50% off one of the services I needed to have. WOW right? My dentist was Betty Suh and she had an assistant I didn't get her name but I like them both. They were very friendly and very gentle and also communicated with me before they did any work. I especially thought it was nice how the dentist counted down during the anesthesia so that I would know when she will be pulling the needle out since I was extremely nervous. I think this is what relaxed me, well that and my music I brought with me. This process was quick and painless. I had 3 shots and two shots only hurt a little, the 3rd shot was painless. A ROOT CANAL THAT IS PAINLESS, Figure that out... I have had bad experiences with dental offices, to the point where I had to file a grievance. I have been ignored even when I had an emergency visit. The most recent offices preferred to help everyone else. And that left me in pain, UPTIGHT and easily angered. I did expect RootVision Endo to be the same way but only a few minutes into this very elegant looking office, I started feeling good about where I was and soon after, my name was called. Fantastic! Appointment experience: I came home this winter break and was in need of a root canal. I was able to set up an appointment with Rootvision Endo and Dr. Choi was able to finish my root canal in an hour or less! It was quick and simple. Dr. Choi and his assistant was explaining their entire process to me both visually (on a tv screen hooked up to their computer) and verbally, making sure that I was aware of every step they needed to take to make my procedure successful. All of the staff is helpful and kind. I was highly satisfied with my first visit at this office! Billing comment: I accidentally made my root canal procedure payment with the wrong Visa card and I went back to the office the following day to request a change in my payment. The Rootvision Endo front desk was able and willing to carry out my request and refund/charge my payment method as directed! I was relieved and grateful due to the fact that I drove to another dentist office before Rootvision Endo to request a change in my payment method for my temporary crown. First off let me start by saying - EXTREME dental phobia- so this is always a difficult process in finding a team we trust and are comfortable with (knowing ahead of time as a patient we require extra care & patience!) I had a root canal done here. The dentist was great but the clerk at the front desk mislead me. I went in and ask if I can pay the procedure cash. I paid cash but they went ahead and charged my insurance later. When I called to figuered out why they charged my insurance. They said they were not sure what the clerk at the front desk told me, but they only refund a portion of what I paid. read more

I really absolutely hate the dentist. I came in here scared and out of my mind thinking that everything was gonna be all bad. I told them I was scared and hated the dentist but now I needed the root canal. One of the receptionist came in and asked me if I had headphones to block out the noise. I told her no, so she brought me some headphones. They then begin to numb me, it helped a little bit. But once I was numb my anxiety went away and I was so amazed about the professionalism that was presented to me today. I did not feel a thing, I had my music rocking and it made me easy. I was referred here but my dentist for a root canal for a tooth that had possible died after a bad filling done several years before that had initially had problems but was ok for several years. Started having mild discomfort when eating and notice tooth was turning dark blue/gray. Never had a root canal before and was scared to death of the pain. Staff and rootvision was great. They squeezed me in the same day I had seen my dentist for a consultation. Dr Suh was great! She performed some tests and I believe the tooth was dead. It didn't respond to cold like other teeth meaning the nerve had died. Probably slowly over the years. She recommended a root canal. She was able to squeeze me in the same day even thou they were so busy. Yes, there was a little wait but she let me know. Working in the Health Care field, I know it's not easy to see everyone in a timely manor but they were great. Dr Suh was very gentle and I didn't feel a thing, barely felt the injection with the local anesthetic. I have minimal pain after the procedure and have barely taken Motrin As for the bad reviews on yelp, both BS I think. One guy complained he didn't get a crown but I looked it up and Endodontis don't do final restoration. My dentist even told me I'd have to go back to her to get the crown. The other complaint is that of insurance. Uh, this crap and free ppl, they need to verify insurance or payment before they do anything. There are so many ppl out there trying to get stuff for free and it sucks for ppl working in HC as we are not paid buy the government and procedure equipment is expensive. There is no universal health care coverage like Canada. I see ppl for free in my practice due to EMTALA laws one don't get reimbursed for it and it's sucks, especially when in debt 200k for student loans. So please ignore complaints on costs/insurance. Overall, highly recommend this place. I only hope I never need a root canal again but would return here if I did. read more

I immediately called my insurance and switched back to my old dental office which made a referral for Rootvision. They accommodated us with an appointment for the next day. Well! The office is clean and modern, the equipment shiney and new, the staff is absolutely lovely and that's where it ends. I unfortunately have really bad teeth and have had too much experience with root canals and this place falls so short.. from the doctor and assistant who didn't listen to the patient when giving information to them, being out of a supply mid root canal, to everyone clearing the room for 10 minutes while my mouth was in the contraption with NO suction. The person who called me stated she was verifying my insurance benefits a couple of hours prior to my appointment. This place is MONEY HUNGRY. I was able to get an appointment same day due to some pain that I had been feeling after my crown prep. My Dentist recommended that I go to this location since it's closer to me because of the pain I was feeling. After checking in, the dental hygienist takes some X-rays of the affected tooth and tells me to wait for the Endo. As the Endo walks in she looks at the images of my X-ray and asks me "what is going on?" I then explain to her that after my crown prep I had been feeling some slight pain and discomfort so my dentist referred me because she was concerned for the pain I was feeling and wanted to make sure it wasn't a deeper issue. The Endo then proceeds to tell me that I need a root canal. I asked her if she sees anything that was urgent that it needs to get done right away and she said "no, but it you want to have the pain and sensitivity go away then you have to get it done " I asked if she sees anything abnormal and she then said "no, I need to be able to get in to your tooth in order to see what's going on." After I said I'll think about it, she had me wait and went to go call an assistant so they can schedule and go over pricing with me. When the assistant came over to me she went over pricing and told me what I was due for after insurance coverage and I was suppose to pay the same day of my consultation because they were going to perform the root canal then and there. I then told the assistant that I needed more time to think out it and then she said ok and told me to wait for my check out paperwork. A few moments later the manager walks over to me because he wanted to discuss more on why I don't want to get the root canal same day. He then offered to give me a slight discount if I had the root canal done then and there. After I told him no he said that he needed to speak to the Endo and give my dentist a call because I was refusing to get the root canal the same day. He the came back to me and told that he called my dentist and she agrees with the Endo absolutely needs to perform the root canal right away because I'm in "dire " pain and he will give me a discount if I get it done now. I said no, yet again. Upon check out then wanted to charge me money for the consult when they had ready told me that there was no charge for my consult. I had two major root canals done just this morning with Dr. Betty Suh and it was utterly painless. I was referred to this office by my general dentist office that couldn't see me. I needed some emergency work done on a molar I broke and that was breaking further. I called yesterday 6/26 and I was accommodated with an appointment the next day. Despite it being a dreadful emergency, this was the most pleasant dentist visit I've ever had. The whole staff was welcoming and made me feel at ease because I was having some nerves. The office manager was extremely helpful with breaking down what my insurance was going to cover and answering all my questions. Dr. Suh was extremely helpful and honest about what she believed to be best for me and gave me her recommendations without making me feel pressured. I normally only yelp about food places, but I was too impressed with Rootvision to NOT give them a shoutout. First of all, their office is DAMN nice. You get your own frickin' flat screen tv to watch while waiting in the dental chair, and while you're examined. The place is totally sterile, the way a dental office should be, though I can certainly say most offices don't live up to this standard unfortunately. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had been having a lot of pain from a botched root canal. I think Dr. Nugent sees a lot of those, so he did a great job fixing the problem and I've been pain free ever since. He's very knowledgeable and shows a lot care and concern for his patients. It is easy to reach Dr. Nugent or his colleagues during off hours for any concerns. I had problems getting my antibiotics filled at the pharmacy, but Dr. Nugent was able to sort this out for me on a Sunday. While I hope I never have to get another root canal again, if I do, I'll go back to root vision. read more

I made an appointment for a consultation for a root canal and within 10 minutes of confirming I did indeed need one, they were prepping me for the procedure. I called yesterday and was able to get an appointment this morning. Dr. Nuget and his staff were amazing! Front office staff and endo assistants were very friendly, organized, and experienced with beautiful and clean offices/COVID-19 precautions in place. Dr. Nugent consulted with me and I went forward with having the root canal procedure. The only slight discomfort I felt was when I was given the Novacaine injections. The office is modern, clean, and well-equipped. The staff was courteous and helpful, and took the time to explain my insurance coverage as well as my financial responsibilities. I was in pain and needed an emergency root canal, so I was a little stressed being from out of town, but I appreciated them for fitting me in and addressing my problem so quickly. However, this experience was so great, that I HAD to write a review. I'll make this short as possible. 1. The office is beautiful and welcoming. It's so modern and feels new and clean 2. The actual patient rooms are all of the above as well. 3. The treatment!! I love, love, love Dr. Vaglio. She was amazing. The type of procedure I needed usually takes two visits but she promised she will try to accomplish it in one and she did!! It was ONE visit with no pain and full of comfort. They even gave me a blanket because I was cold! Dr. Vaglio and her assistant were so attentive, caring, and cognizant of how I was feeling. It was quick and painless. Run away from this place!! These people are unprofessional, rude, unreliable, just the worst dental office I have ever felt with. You feel like you are talking to aliens who does not understand what you are saying. They are dishonest, liars, provide you with wrong information, twice I went there, could after confirming over the phone that they have submitted and confirmed insurance coverage, and they don't perform the treatment saying that insurance did not approve when insurance confirmed approval. These people are "fishy". There are a lot of decent, professional and honest dental clinics in this area, this is definitely not one of them. I got two emergency root canals today due to having a horrible toothache all of last week. Thankfully, Dr. Choi was able to see me quickly (within a few days of contacting). I was impressed by the peaceful & calming atmosphere of the office, friendly front desk staff, all the protocols to sanitize & keep everyone safe during this COVID-19 season, and most importantly, by Dr. Choi. He discussed with me in detail through visuals what happens to my tooth, why I need the root canal, and exactly what the root canal process is like. He finished both root canals in about one hour (my general dentist had estimated about 2hrs per root canal and multiple visits for each tooth) and the best part is both root canals were painless. After the procedure he discussed the end results with me visually and I was able to see on my x-ray exactly how my teeth were treated and how the root canals turned out. I was so impressed with their efforts to keep their customers and employees safe! Rootvision Endo absolutely should be known as the gold standard to which all other similar type businesses follow. Unfortunately, I broke my hand a few weeks back. As a result, I have been to a few different medical offices (urgent care, primary care, x-ray, and surgeon). Wow!!! I just saw Dr. Betty Suh for a root canal that had gone bad. I've had this procedure before (re-doing a root canal).....but this time? NO PAIN!!! I came a few years back for a consultation, but could not afford the procedure. Went to my regular dentist again and was told that I really needed to get my procedure done, so I bit the bullet and went for it. I was nervous on the day of the procedure but Dr. Vaglio was AMAZING!! She explained everything well, made sure that I didn't feel any pain during the procedure, and I'm VERY surprised that I didn't really have pain afterwards! Just soreness and swelling, but that was to be expected. Had my sutures removed and we were both surprised at how well I'd healed in just a week.
